C3 Hotel

Everything. The room was a dump. The rooms weren't serviced once. The rooms were filthy. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there was mold. The breakfast was meager and frankly, gross. The whole facility hasn't had an upgrade since the last century. The TV service kept cutting out. The phones didn't work. The staff seemed lazy and uncaring. There was also a junk car with three flat tires in the parking lot. The large sign by the main entrance was also missing half of it's facade. Oh, and they charged a $100 a day for the room. Run away now!!

Very unclean. Was assigned a room that was occupied. Then got another room that was disgusting. Toilet wouldn't flush, sink wouldn't turn on, hot tub water is yellow, and staff vacuumed At 11pm. Lobby shines bright though all rooms. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This was a great experience. We have driven through Nebraska before on I-80 and wanted a place a bit different. We took the trek to Hastings and found this gem. We arrived late (about 10pm) and went immediately for the pool. It was pleasant, the water was great and the hot tub hit the spot. We enjoyed the Giant Chess board and arcade too. Our room opened right up to the pool. I also liked that I could park right in front of my room. The rooms were clean. The area was safe and we had a great continental breakfast in the morning.

This hotel has a large pool in it's center but most hotels have pools in separate closed rooms. They allow very loud parties and added a huge amount of chlorine, etc. in the pool. Those chemicals made my my sinuses hurt so much that I couldn't sleep. I tried to talk to a manager but they had NO Supervisor at the hotel. I couldn't barely talk so I asked for someone to contact me when I checked out but I got NO response at all! I had to go for urgent care. But they don't care.

We recently had my daughters wedding at C3 and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. Liz is an absolute pleasure to work with, as are all of the staff. From decorating to tear down and everything in between - they bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. I would highly recommend this venue for your reception or any other event, without hesitation.

All of the one star reviews are accurate. Only stayed here because no other option. Didn't take my shoes off because the floor stuck to my feet. I'm currently lying awake at 11:30 because of loud obnoxious people's voices echoing through the building. Honestly this building should be razed it is that bad of a design and that old. Oh and I took one look at the shower and decided against it.

Rooms were unfinished and we gross! They are rude and have short tempers. they kicked us out for sitting in the pool.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. King size room was clean and quite roomy with enough space to have a pack n play for a baby next to our bed without making us feel cramped. Older looking but comfortable chair and ottoman and desk with office chair also in our room. A binder with area attractions and local food in our night stand. When we reserved the room over the phone we told them we had a baby and they made sure we had a first floor room with outdoor access to limit hauling an infant car seat around. Such a big help!! They do have roll away beds for a nightly fee too. Shower offered Plenty of hot water and lots of water pressure! The bed was a bit harder than what I am used too but it was better than sleeping in my car... Staff was very friendly, maid service stopped us in the hall and asked if we would like fresh towels or needed any toiletries because we had a do not disturb on our door. We took the extra towels offered and were told to let her know if we were in need of anything else. Complementary breakfast. 630-930 Make your own waffles, sausage patties, eggs, biscuits and gravy, four different kinds of cereal, fruit juices, 2% milk, activia yogurt, frozen breakfast sandwiches available for you to microwave, oatmeal packets to make your own, and an assortment of mini muffins, bagels, and other pastries. By no means is it Perkins/village inn/IHOP but it is good and convenient. However I took a star away from my review for lack of fruits. Zero fruit. Fruit cups or even some apples and bananas would be a big plus. We did not use the pool area but there was always someone in the pool or hot tub with people gathered around socializing at the pool side tables. I would stay here again. I read in the binder This hotel does take small pets for a nightly fee also.

I wish I had read the reviews before my family stayed here. The whole place was super sketchy. Most of the lightbulbs were out in the lobby and pool area. The bathtub was dirty and the water backed up in it. The toilet ran constantly and wouldn't flush. ​There was brown stuff swirling in the hot tub. The pool was closed randomly at times for undisclosed reasons. The breakfast consisted of stale corn flakes and waffles made of very questionable batter. The TV in our room went out multiple times. None of the staff wore a uniform or name tag to know who worked there and who didn't. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. One morning there was a guest yelling repeatedly "DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE" because there was no one around. A hand full of the staff live at the hotel so I'm not sure where they were all the time. Out of hundreds of rooms only 3-5 were occupied which felt super eerie. The whole place was dingy. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Hotel was good. Rooms are small but clean. Looks like it was a quality inn that was redone. Beds were good. We had good service from the employees. The pool was nice but a little cold for being inside.My one complaint is I'd you are going to hit me extra for the weekend, make the free breakfast better and warm. The warm dood was barely warm at all. I nuked mine, my wife didn't eat them. Had toast instead. Said if we stayed again that had between be better or will be last time.
