Calvin Y. "As part of my latest self-improvement kick, hot yoga has been part of my routine. Even while on holiday in Omaha, I didn't want to deviate. Through the power of Google, I was able to find One Tree Yoga. For new students, they offer 2 weeks for $20. Since I was on vacation, I didn't bring my mat so I had to rent one -- which they offer for $2 per session. Keep in mind, if you're used to a thicker mat (especially with knee problems) the one for rent will require you to fold it over during any kneeling postures because it's on the thinner side. I was able to go to two sessions -- the first being a "Hot/Vinyasa Hybrid Hour" and a 90 minute "Hot Yoga." What is nice about One Tree Yoga is that the instructors are more than willing to give feedback and readjust your postures (I felt so bad because I was so sweaty!). Do bring: water bottle, body towel for the mat, and hand towel to wipe off the sweat."

Melissa A. "This is the kind of health care that we all should have had years ago. Coupled with Strada, this is the perfect model, joining affordability with a staff that truly does care about the well-being of their patients. Rather than only healing the sick, they work on a plan for avoiding illness. With Wendy as our primary care provider, we never feel rushed, and her ability to connect and really "get" us is amazing. Forget about all the political mumbo-jumbo about healthcare in America. OIC and Strada show exactly how it all should be done. We feel fortunate and blessed to have discovered OIC."

Ann G. "First of all, there's a lot to love about Lotus. The downtown location is very convenient for those of us who work nearby. The studio space at the Pine Lake location is excellent. And the quality of teaching at both locations is generally high. One big downside for me has been the vibe of other yogis at the studios, however. I've gone to several evening classes at the downtown location, and it seems like there's always someone knocking to come in 5 minutes late (and, occasionally, smelling like pot). It's a small space and it's hard to ignore that. In general, the clientele seems to be fairly young and not especially diverse, and sometimes it can feel a little cliqueish or even competitive in class. I'm still giving 4 stars because I appreciate that we have yoga in Lincoln and I want Lotus to succeed, but I wish the teachers and owners would do more to make yoga accessible for a broader range of students."

Erin P. "I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They encourage you and make sure you are comfortable at a level that works for you. I have only attended two classes so far and they kicked my butt but I felt so amazing afterwords. I was suffering from constant back pain before these classes and after my second prenatal class my back feels so much better. Teachers remember your name and really make an effort to do so. Each class I have attended has been small making it easy to keep up and see what the teacher is teaching. There is a child care here with an amazing play area set up. I can never leave my son because he cries and he didn't cry once here except when I went to take him home. I can't wait to continue doing more classes!"

Katelyn E. "Natural Therapy offers a lot of services, but this review is for their yoga classes only!Okay to start off... What a fun studio! I purchased a Groupon a while back for 4 yoga classes at this studio. I belong to another studio here in Omaha, but what attracted me was the aerial yoga classes they offered. I've done aerial yoga before, but never in Omaha and I was excited to see it offered here! The space is super clean and serene feeling. You feel like you're in a meditation area, as opposed to a gym, which I love. Big glass windows adorn one wall, so when you practice, you're staring out downtown. Exposed brick walls give the space a modern, yet cozy feeling. The studio itself a pretty small space -- for aerial yoga, only four people can sign up per class. I really liked this though ... it created an environment where we were all encouraging one another and laughing as we moved through poses. Aerial yoga can be challenging, and so having fun with it is important! Karen is the instructor for aerial yoga and she is great. Her voice is super calm and relaxing, and she's really great at helping you through the poses, regardless of how well you can do each one. I leave every class energized, but also sore... it's definitely a workout for your upper body!!There's free parking, which is awesome -- especially downtown. After class, I usually pop over to the new cute coffee shop next door for a coffee or a quick bite to eat. It's all connected, and feels very welcoming. Natural Therapy also offers a lot of other services besides yoga, and after visiting the studio and interacting with the employees, I'd be interested to see what else they do!The only con I have is that for aerial classes, you have to call in advance to sign up. I wish you could do this online, because I've spent a lot of time, calling and calling and calling when no one answers. I've had to leave voicemails (that don't always get returned), and sometimes it becomes a hassle to sign up for class. Other than that though... definitely check this place out!"

Chunk G. "This is a great, cozy little yoga studio. I bought the month-long unlimited groupon and tried a couple yoga classes and a stretching class. I'm not experienced with yoga so I really can't comment on the style of the teachers, but what I can say is I always feel welcome here (meaning they're not snobbish- they're quite friendly), and the classes are small and they provide personal attention. The space is small but nice and well stocked with mats you can borrow, blankets, blocks, everything you need. We had tea after one of my classes."

Robina B. "Ok so, full disclosure, this is the only yoga studio that I've been to in Lincoln but I have to say it is AMAZING!! There are two things that make it way better than taking a yoga class at a gym or trying to do it yourself at home:1. THE SPACE - it's brand new and so calming, serene and uplifting. They have everything you need to practice yoga (extra mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows and essential oils diffusing). It is my happy place. 2. THE INSTRUCTORS - different ages, shapes, and personalities make for an amazing and different practice each class. I personally like the basic yoga because I'm pretty new to this, but the Vinyasa class (which is a little more challenging) is still accessible and they offer lots of alternative poses. I also feel like they give each student a lot of attention (without calling you out in front of the whole class).I always leave here in a state of well-being!They have lots of different pricing options and I'm pretty sure Sara will let you take your first class for free. Don't worry if you are a beginner, just do it!"
