"Came here since Rueben's were recommended from this place. Luckily when we came, there were unlimited mimosas and we love a good unlimited deal. The server was super attentive and chill,And i dug how cool the place was decorated. We ordered two Ruben's, which were actually really good. Would def come back."
"Came in for a late dinner with my family. First impression was that it's an upscale bar. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and gave us some great recommendations. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be making a return trip! My only regret was not leaving enough room to try the bananas foster, which we enjoyed watching be prepared table-side for a few other guests."
"Went here for a date night on their weekly trivia night. The host was fun and there were a number of teams there. The drinks were tasty. They have a large beer selection with a good list of cocktails. The pretzels are always delicious and perfectly made. They come with a side of mustard and cheese. We had a great night and will be back for more drinks and trivia!"
"Best pizza in Kearney! The pretzels & nachos are also super yummy! Great drink selection & friendly staff!"
"This place is so good. I've had so many things here. From specials like chicken fried chicken, to 4 alarm wings (like a 6.5 on a scale of 1-10). Today I tried the hot mess burger. The hamburger was so perfectly shaped and consistent I question if it's hand crafted like everything else I've had here. However it was great and didn't taste like a premade patty from Sam's club. I love the rotating beers as well. We discovered this place a few months ago and have been here 4 times. Every time I've had something new and it's great."
"The pizza here is always soooo good. Thick crust but cooked perfectly so it's never chewy. They're generous with the toppings so no bald pizzas here and the wings are crispy and delicious. Our servers are always sweet, fast and attentive"
"This place is a brunch classic! The food is hearty and comforting. They have a huge selection of drinks on tap and monthly specials. The brunch menu on the weekends is too good, the steak and eggs are the best in town. They season them perfectly and cooked expertly. It's a great place to watch Saturday/Sunday football games. There are plenty of servers walking around to grab their attention. The mimosas and bloody Mary's are one of a kind"
"Met here for a few patio beers. Huge selection of cans and even some NA beers if you're looking. Small but comfy patio and a lively crowd on a Friday!"

Read through the majority of reviews and can add the following. This (IMHO) is the best Ruben sandwich around. The city has many varieties but this one takes the prize. Pro tip: upgrade the fries to garlic fries and add a side of dill ranch. In regards to the negative posts, the service at lunch was spot on. Sitting at the bar is the move but the dining room had attentive service. The beer selection is massive and they have daily specials. I'm from out of town and came for the history and storied Ruben. It was worth the trip. The bar (pun intended) has been set very high and this is what I will rate other versions off of.

Really enjoy the food and the ambiance. I was only disappointed that I couldn't try the candied pork as it was sold out for the day.

Although this is more of a dive/sports bar, I would highly recommend coming in for their salmon salad! I was looking for something healthy and delicious, and definitely found it!I came in for a work lunch, and had no trouble getting a table for 4 at 11:45. The atmosphere was very casual a little tight, but not overly crowded or loud. The menu had a lot of options, and I was impressed with the fresh ingredients, and delicious vinaigrette on the salad. The salmon was cooked great as well! Our server did a great job and we had no issues waiting for anything.I would definitely come back for this!

Just okay. Tried the steak tips sandwich and it was very dry and bland. Not a single morsel of seasoning not even salt. I asked for no horseradish sauce and paid extra to get blue cheese added and they didn't include it. The waffle fries were the soggiest fries I've ever had in my life. I couldn't even eat them. Thankfully I also tried two tacos a beef and a chicken, so I ate those instead. The tacos were decent but I'm not sure if they were worth the price point. The chicken one did come with a lot of chicken but overall it's not a place I would return to.

"Went here for the NE bowl game. We had a pepperoni pizza, Mac and cheese bites and biscuits and gravy. The pizza was great, super thin and crispy. The Mac and cheese bites looked and tasted like Kraft and the biscuits and gravy were great. The problem really was the service. Yes they were busy but the servers continually walked by our table to help others around us and it was only when we stopped them that they helped. A little frustrating when we just wanted a drink refill or to order again. I would come back but not during a busy event."
"Overall, not a terrible place to eat for lunch. This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and value. The food is okay. My first experience was better than my second. The burger patty was a little dry. I ordered the 10oz Cowboy, and it was probably too much for me, but I finished it. The service is friendly, and the dining area is as clean as it could be. Inside is old, and in desperate need of a renovation. The ambiance is that of an old dive bar. Don't get me wrong, some of the best food I've ever had came from similar places. The value is average. I paid $16 for a burger and side.Three stars means I will go back. It also means there's room for improvement."
"Good pub for whiskey lovers. The owner was tending bar on Christmas Day. I had hunted a bit for a tavern that was open. He suggested several different bourbons for me. I settled on an Old Forester 1920. Generous pour. Friendly and accommodating of my internet needs. Atmosphere dark. They have a lot of obscure and expensive bottles on the shelf. The shelves that are not lined with bottles are lined with books. Country music in the background which I was enjoying. The owner was filling in for the bartender, who took that country off soon after he arrived. He probably would have left it on if I asked, but as a non-regular I didn't want to overstep."
"one of my favorite places in the haymarket! came here with my husband to watch the CWS game. plenty of TVs and a good mix of food on the menus!!for food i got the corona fish tacos which has a good flavor alongside their kettle cooked chips :) my husband got the pulled pork sandwich, which he deeply enjoyed!for drinks, their moscow mule is always a hit! they also have a good spread of beers and other cocktails you can order. they do have mango cart from goldenrod brewery which is one of my faves! this place as a whole though is so fun! good vibe for a sports bar or just to catch up with people. the service was great with always asking if we want another drink or order anymore food. a great feature of this place too is the whole front is a garage door style so the entire place can be opened up to the downtown haymarket :) overall another great experience :)"
"Repeat customer but it was still great! Only downside is finding seating for a larger group can be difficult. We called ahead and were told they wouldn't be busy and no reservations... that was not the case. We did find a couple tables near each other and made it work. They do have NA brews, so don't be afraid to ask. Fried pickles and cheese curds are a must. Especially the cheese curds. I had a Greek salad that was great."
"We were at Patty's a couple of weeks ago for the first time. We're meeting friends at their place and we offered to buy pizza. Using a maps app saw that Patty's was nearby. We called in the order and then drove there to wait. My friend who used to live in Lincoln remembered it as much different, a smaller less attractive location. When we drove up she mentioned immediately that it had a nicer look than he recalled. We took a table towards the back as the place was fairly busy and we knew we weren' eating while there. I had a beer, she a soft drink. The pizza took the time they said it would, but we were both drinking a and had decided to play some keno, a first for both of us. We both liked the ambiance, it was busy and moderately loud, but no more than would be expected for a buy pub with food and alcohol. We can't speak to the food except for the pizza we ordered, but walking through the place it certainly looked well made. Beyond that, we have no way of knowing. The pizza we bought and took with is turned out to be very good. The was a generous amount of topping and it seemed as though everyone enjoyed it. As we left and again later on our way back to Council Bluffs we agreed that this is a place we will likely stop at again. For us, it is conveniently located near things we go to and people we know. Next time we hope to try the food."
"O'leaver's is the kind of place you just have to go experience for yourself to understand what everyone is raving about. (& I recommend that you do just that.)The interior is kind of small, especially if it's a really busy night, but it feels less like a crowded dive bar & more like an intimate Omaha scene where (for the most part) everyone's just happy to be. The beer garden out back is definitely my favorite aspect of the bar/venue. If the weather is nice & the crowd size is large enough, they have a full bar outside that they'll stick a bartender behind. This is especially nice if the crowd inside is too thick to easily order a drink. The "garden" has an enormous sitting & lounging area all beneath draped soft-white lights & enclosed on all sides, creating the illusion that you're secluded from the bustling side streets & the noise of the city. They also have an impressive list of bands that have played on their small but efficient stage."
"Finnegan's is a great place to meet with family and friends. Large venue, comfy club chairs, and Keno is available. Their staff is prompt and friendly, and the food is served fresh and hot off the grill, made to order with special requests honored. All of our food choices were excellent and we will definitely frequent this centrally located establishment."
"I make it a point to go to Glur's when I am in the Columbus area. Local legend has it that Buffalo Bill Cody paid his bill at Glur's Tavern with a $1,000 bill after a funeral in Columbus for Major Frank North in May 1883. North had been the head of the Pawnee Indian Scouts and was a close friend of Cody's. Buffalo Bill brought his group to Columbus for the funeral and rehearsed at the local fairgrounds. The outside is historic, white clapboard, that probably has not changed much since Bill was there. The inside is more modern and sports bar like. The food is basic, bar food, but with a homemade touch. Don't expect fast food. It will take about 20+ minutes for your order to come. I like the wings, the chicken salad (on the days they have it) and the burgers. I have always felt like a regular when I walk in, although I am only here a couple of times a year. Prices are very reasonable."
"We were introduced to Clancy's through some friends and it has turned into our local location for Oklahoma State football watch parties for most weekends. So, if you see this and know an OSU fan, let them know! Anyway, back to Clancy's, we really like the place. There is a big bar area and plenty of seating and TV's in the main area. There is also a back room with additional seating, a pool table, darts, and an area for indoor cornhole. The food we've gotten has all been pretty good. I got a chicken philly the first time, which was good not great, and my wife got pizza, which she really likes. The last couple of times, I've gotten the wings. You can get the wings traditional style or charred and I like the charred with the grilled flavor but also like to have some additional sauce in which to dip my wings. They are really good wings. The menu is typical bar food but they do it pretty well. The service has been really good. Our watch parties have had the privilege of being assisted mostly by Lindsey, who is very attentive and sweet. She has taken good care of us and I know we appreciate it! I've not been into Clancy's beyond our watch parties but it is just down the road from our house, so I do anticipate stopping in just to grab lunch or dinner once football season winds down. Check it out if you are in the area!"
"Great food and great price. Good deals on wednesdays and Thursdays after 6pm! Will definitely be back when I come visit."
"Cool downtown college bar. Nice draft list and great weekly specials. Pool table, ski ball, and darts. Great staff. Definitely a great place to stop for a draft. Awesome prices as well. I will stop again. The isn't any kitchen so no food at this place. Never has been."
