"Elite Week at The Grove was the perfect way to wrap up a long week. With so many options to choose from, I loved the four I picked for my flight. I also got to introduce my friend to Yelp, and we both enjoyed trying a new spot. The atmosphere was super cute, perfect for working or studying. I'll definitely be back!"
"I guess you CAN mess up shaved ice. I ordered the root beer float shaved ice but requested no frozen yogurt. I simply said "root beer flavoring with a drizzle of condensed milk on top." First of all, I ordered three shaved ices and it took almost 15 minutes to get them all. That's light years in the eyes of two five year olds. It was clear the employees didn't know what they were doing. One of them struggled with the ice machine and even after the other girl helped her make the shaved ices, all of them came out with chunky ice. Think cheap snow cone ice, not shaved ice- the kind thats super hard to crunch. Anyway, we went with some friends of ours who had their own separate order, which was messed up. They completely forgot my friend's shaved ice. Fast forward to the actual product and it was not good. I don't know if their syrup was old but it didn't taste like anything but flat soda syrup that had been sitting out a few days. Root beer has a distinct and rather strong flavor so I was surprised it tasted like nothing but sugar. They didn't just drizzle the condensed milk, they poured it throughout. I ended up throwing the entire thing away after two bites (and yes, I dug to the bottom thinking the flavor was down there). My son couldn't crunch the ice because it was so chunky and ended up throwing his away as well. I tried my daughter's, and while she seemed to like it, I thought the flavors were ridiculously sweet and artificial. I've had some really good shaved ice before and this is not it. I will say, the employees were very friendly and apologetic and one of them refunded my money, and for that I gave them another star. All in all, the employees weren't the issue. It's better training and better quality ingredients that the shop needs."
"With frozen yogurt on the rise, smoothie shop, and urban outfitters, Omaha is giving KC some rubs for trendiest city in the central midwest (Chicago does not count here, people.) I have been waiting for years for Omaha to embrace the frozen yogurt/jumbo fruit smoothie craze sweeping the coasts (and I thought Hawaii was slow when they picked it up 10+ years ago, bc LA had Hawaii beat on that front).Juice stop reminds me of Jamba Juice at home in Hawaii, as well as Robeks. The smoothies to me are REAL fruit smoothies and mcdonalds, tea smith, scooters, starbucks and any other coffee place does not compare. I'm tired of ordering a fruit smoothie here in Omaha that is syrup mixed with ice. Juice stop uses either fresh or frozen fruits, nonfat yogurt, ice, and ..that's all folks. It tastes great and has a smooth texture. Reasonable price for me, about 3.50 ish depending on which one you get. It is cheaper than Jamba.Screw you Mcdonalds real fruit smoothies, ba dah dah dah dah im loving... Juice Stop."
"Tasty organic smoothies and bowls. Smoothie Truck is a healthy and tasty alternative to a full meal. Great selection of smoothies and bowls. My wife found this truck some time ago, but only recently dropped in for a trail. Truck has been open for 5 1/2 years. Must be doing something right. So far we have tried the Sweet Green (spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, organic coconut milk), the Beast (vanilla or chocolate with organic plant protein, berries, banana, acai, sunflower butter, dates and organic coconut milk), and the Berry White (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, bananas and organic coconut milk). Also tried the MaHalo Bowl (organic mango sorbet, topped with organic granola, blueberries, strawberries, banana, honey and shredded coconut). These were all delicious. Not inexpensive, but definitely filling and healthy.Well worth a try. Go and hunt the truck down off of 84th Street in the parking lot where Small Cakes and Saint Vincent DePaul Thrift Shop are located. Hard to miss the big blue truck."

Very cute juicery. Located off 180th and Dodge. Plenty of parking and easy access in this strip mall area. Came here for a sponsored event but then decided to get a treat for my mom. Grabbed the Tango as it was marketed for skin and digestion. My mom is recovering for a knee replacement so thought she would enjoy this juice. Price on juice was $10 bucks. Mom enjoyed her juice. She liked it so much she looked into buying a juicer. Pros: plenty of options, glass container, women-owned business , & other wellness itemsCons: Juice already made Tip: They recycle their glass containers.

While living in larger cities I have been quite the Jamba Juice fan. But since moving back to O town, I have been frequenting Juice Stop quite a bit. I actually prefer it to jamba because they have a much larger selection. I love the variety of fruits and sorbets they use in their smoothies and juice blends. They always have fresh products and their combinations are creative and delicious. They are all named after sport terms...triple play, half nelson, scissor kick, slalom, etc. It's incredibly hard to choose a favorite, but I love the scissor kick (mostly strawberries and pineapple) or the freestyle (orange and mango) or triple play (blueberries, boysenberries, and raspberries). Yum!I also love how each large smoothie comes with a free vitamin blend. I usually get the metabolic blend or daily blend, unless I feel a cold coming on in which case I'll go with the immunity blend. Juice Stop makes the perfect breakfast, afternoon treat, or evening "dessert." Try it, you won't be sorry. You will, however, become addicted.

I wandered over to the Smoothie Truck one Sunday after attending yoga class at Genesis next door. It seemed like the natural progression of things. The avocado toast may seem pricey at first glance, but the ones I got at least were rather large portions, and had some pretty fancy toppings like goat cheese and honey. The bread is that really thick cut whole grain toast with bits of "better for you" in it, the kind that really makes you feel good about your choices, not just toast-wise but life in general. The avocados are smashed in-truck.I ordered two avocado toasts to go, the mexican style one off the regular menu, and a goat cheese one off the specials menu. They survived the trip home just fine in their boxes, and I was able to share this millennial revelation with my husband. We found both toasts to be excellent, though my favorite was the special. The name escapes me, but I hope it makes another appearance on the menu. Naturally, I had to try a smoothie as well. I ordered the starburst one, and it did not survive the trip home. Should have bought two, I guess. It was so good!! It really did kind of taste like the candy. But again, better for you. Like I could have had a bag of candy, but I had a smoothie instead, ok? I'm trying to make good choices here!Definitely check out the smoothie truck, you'll love it! Namaste, you guys.

Delicious Asian food. I had the glass noodle pad thai woosen. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. My friends got Pad Kee Mao, Crispy Pork Belly and another dish. Everyone truly enjoyed their food. Our other friends asked where we found such delicious looking food. Eat here now!

"Excellent service and food quality. If your in the downtown Omaha area for lunch looking for something other than a burger for lunch give it a try. In and out in 45 minutes and back in time for a meeting."
"It was nice to find a place where I could get my protein shake fix while traveling. There are plenty of flavor options and there's a mini-fridge to the right of the cashier that holds cups of mixed flavors (I assume leftovers from each order) for a discount. This is a brilliant idea as I always wondered what smoothie places did with the extra smoothie that didn't fit in my cup.The only downside to this place is that they're lacking in low-carb or low-sugar options.2 smoothies + 2 shots of wheatgrass juice = $13.50"
"Wow I love this place! I drink lots of bubble tea, and from lincoln! So it's always a treat when I head up this way I must stop here! The price is a little high, but I know they use quality ingredients they give you a hefty portion of boba! Being in LA with lots of boba, this was just as good as is in the west coast! Kungfu tea in lincoln just doesn't compare. im so sad this isn't in lincoln! I get the avocado, oolong peach tea, and matcha jasmine! All have been so good I love how it's not overly sugary and the boba is thee perfect texture! Staff is So friendly!"
