"Tyler Stone was amazing in his presentation of the facility. Took the time to walk me through the facility. Extremely friendly and no pressure!!!!!"
"These guys are the real deal! Everyone I have encountered here has been top notch professional, knowledgable and friendly! Fit Farm has great community and is an asset to the neighborhood. The space is massive and well-kept."
"superb gym with good coaches who take time to work with you one on one and in a group setting! every class time is a good workout. the community here is great, the people are awesome and friendly! If your looking for a great, challenging workouts you should definitely check unrelenting out!"
"Joined in November because I wanted to start swimming and it's close to my home. The gym has decent amenities have not been overly thrilled with the staff as sometimes it feels like asking them a question is not welcomed. Overall it's OK. Paid for six months in advance so I will be here at least that long. Good thing with Genesis clubs is if you pay for a tier at one club you can't access any of the other clubs that are either that's here or lower."
"Without question an astounding club. One can barely see from one end to the other in the main space. The equipment is state of the art. Although I would advise them to look into acquiring Hammer Strength machines both older and current models, the best out there for most applications although I also like the vintage Nautilus lower back machines. The locker rooms are state of the art. The lockers are almost walk-in closets. The carpet is the perfect loft - almost a hard surface and yet provides comfort. The dry sauna is Japanese level hot and in the locker room. Has extensive seating. And the showers with the wide diameter nozzles are to die for. The whole place is clean as clean can be. Genesis, take your act to major cities in California and NYC. You expose Gold's Gym for the antiquated overpriced and cramped venue which they all are. You'll make a fortune!"
"Amazing coach! She took time to explain and demonstrate every part of the workout. Workout was challenging and fun. Great location for the area. Will be back next time through! Get some XL t-shirts!"
"What really drew me to Hyper Zen is the philosophy. Fitness trainers or the fitness industry in general can be very daunting sometimes. I've been programming with Coach Patrick (from Los Angeles...yeah, I know I could find trainers to work with in person here, but Coach P over any LA fitness trainer any day) for about 5 months now and wow, it's changed me not only physically, but mentally. I used to be scared to lift weights or do anything around gym bros and super fit women, but just after 5 months of just programming (not even working with him in person), I feel SUCH a difference in my mindset and how I look at fitness for me. It's made me think less about the perfect body and eating less, but more about form, health, and feeding the soul. Completely helped me shift my mindset about working out. And physically, my body has never really looked better...just after 5 months. It's crazy how much my body has changed and how much stronger I've gotten from 5 months ago. I don't feel limited by working with him at all. He explains exercises that I've never done before, sends helpful resources and videos and films the videos himself. He checks my form through me recording myself and he's quick to respond with feedback so I almost always am able to adjust and fix what I need to during the session. He checks in with me regarding programs and makes sure that it's something I'm interested in before just sending me the program. He gets to know what I want out of working with him and month to month, even week to week, will adjust the program based on any injuries or movements/exercises he might find useful for what I'm trying to accomplish. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and A LOT of different types of exercises. If you're looking for someone who will really guide you on technique, form, and your mental state when it comes to fitness, Coach Patrick is it. I plan on working with him for a long, long time. Coach Patrick, you are a true gem in this crazy intimidating world of fitness. A breath of fresh air :) The world needs more trainers like you."

The only reason I go to this location is because it's the closest Genesis to where I live. My biggest complaint about this gym is the quality of the exercise equipment. A handful of their treadmills are non functional. Some of them kind of work but usually there's a couple buttons that won't work. Today my treadmill's channel buttons wouldn't work for the tv. I've had treadmills randomly turn off on me mid run- talk about dangerous. I like using the free weights but there's usually not enough space to use them. This location does not have a pool, basketball court or track. I wish the Sprague location was closer to where I lived because I would hands down go to that gym than this one.

Absolutely love this place!! Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I know that I can ask any of the coaches for assistance. So worth the money. There are a lot of class times to choose from and for one on ones the coaches work around your schedule. I'll definitely be a part of Fit Farm for a long time.

I have been a member at Khrusos for several years now (with a significant gap during and after COVID, sadly), and I just can't recommend the place enough. It's more than a gym. It's a community . . . a family, if you don't mind me getting a little cheesy about it. The heart and soul of the place is Travis, the owner, but the other coaches are all fantastic, too. Crossfit, in general, might get a bit of a bad or even cultish rep, but that's not how it is here. The workouts ARE hard, but the vibe is 1,000% supportive and encouraging. There are ALL levels of fitness here, from Spartan racer, elite athlete types to the over 50, "what the hell happened to my body?!" types (I fall comfortably into the latter category). Scaling of the workouts is always encouraged to tailor the work you your specific level of fitness and the variety of workouts ensures that it is NEVER, ever, ever boring. Bottom line: If you're looking for a home and a place to start, restart, continue, or supplement your fitness journey, you simply can't go wrong here. You won't find better people or a better environment anywhere.

The place is OK, not great. The place is massive, an old Circuit City location. I've never seen the place more than 20% full. I've never had to wait for a cardio machine or weight machine. Although on home football games, parking can be a challenge. Seems like this place changes names/owners every couple of years. Been a member for about 3 years. The new company keeps saying, big changes coming... it took 3-4 months for the old sign to come down and another few months for the new sign to come up. Staff has changed, I'd say an 80% turnover. I asked them about getting a personal trainer. They told me of a 6 month weekly special for an outrageous price. I asked them about individual sessions. And when I put a pencil to it, it was the same rate as their special rate. The lockers and saunas are always kept clean, which is a plus. Their biggest downfall is the lack of a pool and their weekend hours, which close a few hours earlier and open a few hours later. Like I said, it's OK, but not spectacular. One of these days, I'll get around to joining another gym.

One of the best communities I've been apart of. The people here have made fitness fun! I have never enjoyed working out till joining this gym. Katelyn Teager does great programming and I have seen great results from it. The coaches are always eager to help you with your form and technique. Kenzie has created a great atmosphere as a new owner to this gym and I'm excited to see where we go as the year continues.

I'm entirely new to crossfit and felt a little silly doing some of the movements initially despite having lifted weights for the majority of my life. To the trainers credit though, they wouldn't let me progress to heavier weights until I was able to display proper form. I've been going here for about a month now and am confident performing most of the exercises though a couple times a week I'm learning something new.The trainers are knowledgable and friendly. I'll be a member for a long time.

"I'm a long time gym goer and have been skeptical of Crossfit for the longest time. But I started to get back into Olympic lifts and my school gym at Creighton just wasn't cutting it. I originally signed up with the intention of going to just their open gyms so I can work out on my own, but after going to some classes I got hooked. The staff here is awesome and really pushes you during your workouts. I've heard of other crossfit gyms where there are 20+ people at a time for each class, but it's averaged between 2 and 6 every time I've gone, and sometimes there are up to three trainers so you are pretty much getting one on one training. And that's important with crossfit, because the exercises really push you to your limits and quality of the workout really increases if you have someone constantly pushing you to work harder.I was hesitant to write a review because I would hate to see this place get busy, but I know if more people sign up they'll be able to open more class times in order to maintain a good athlete to instructor ratio. Check the place out, and if you end up liking it, please tell them that Paul Chin referred you."
"A really positive experience at this YMCA location. I understand they just turned 2 years old and the facilities prove it. Really clean and well maintained. The usual assortment of cardio, free weight as well as group workout and locker room facilities. I love that they have a saltwater pool with a communal area, three lap swim lanes and a deep water (12ft) area with two diving boards. Employees and patrons have been equally welcoming - positive vibe and I look forward to returning!"
"This is a bery unique gym. The concept of doing your workout while in a sauna is amazing. The membership is a bit pricy but it's totally worth it. The location is also soooo far south. It would be wonderful if another more central location would open."
"I love the variety of ISO classes, and how much the HIIT classes push me! I just started going this month but I've done at least 20 workouts which says a lot. I'm sure this initial wave will be the strongest, but I don't think I'll get sick of the infrared sauna experience."
"Went to HOTWORX with a friend. We tried a yoga session and enjoyed it so much we signed up. The store manager was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of the infrared sauna. There was no pressure to sign up for a membership which we appreciated, although signed up later the next week. HOTWORX offers a variety of workouts spanning from HIIT to iso exercises, these workouts are offered in 15/45 minute class sessions. You can sign up/cancel for a class online with no charge for cancelled classes. Hotworx is also open 24/7 (you will gain a unique code to enter the studio). Only caution is pay close attention to the cancellation policy."
"Place is fantastic! This gym has more than you'll ever need at a price you can afford. Basketball court, cardio, indoor/outdoor pool, café, tons of equipment, free weights, dry and wet sauna, and so much more. Equipment is always well taken care of and never "out of order" for too long. Members and workers both always seem warm and welcoming. I pay around $70 for my fiancé and I both. But I know some companies have deals to make it even cheaper. Price is extremely reasonable for the amount of amenities they have. Free classes but also classes you can pay for. They also have multiple locations in Omaha and surrounding cities/states. With a membership you get access to multiple locations which is great when you travel. Overall 5/5 stars!"
"I was a member of Vise for more than a year. It's challenging to write a review that helps provide an adequate representation of my experiences in a way that helps inform the decisions of others. I appreciated some of the programming, some of my personal progress, and some of my friendships; for a while I saw my strength and skill develop, and my fitness changes to accommodate new modes and durations of training.I recently chose to end my membership. Ultimately... It was not the place where I could train or improve because of three things: inconsistency in coaching, constant offensive member misconduct, and a culture of favoritism set my the leadership. The CoachesI liked many of them as people, and many of them mean well and want to help. Not all of them possess the appropriate education, skills, or experience though. Some seem well-educated, well-trained, and very professional in their program delivery; others lack education or training or certification. Offense Member Conduct AllowedMember conduct from a few of the gym "favorites" was downright abusive and bullying. One member in particular harassed me personally several times online, in the gym's private Facebook group. I'm no push over; I pushed back. I discussed it with management, but the elites kind of rule the roost and I was encouraged to just ignore it. I witnessed many other examples throughout the year with other members getting attacked. I often tried reaching out to or helping those that got bullied when I could. I was also not alone in that the gym favorites could easily gang up on or push out less favored people, which happened from time to time. It honestly felt a bit like playground bullies. Much of it can be ignored if you just come in and do your workout. It was prevalent both in the clubs and online, but a lot of people just tried to ignore it.Culture of Elite FavoritesUltimately the management and leadership permitted a culture where the elite athletes were favored and catered to - with programming, with gym schedules, with behavior or attitude. I guess the rest of us were free to come along for the ride if we didn't mind, but ultimately for me it just wasn't tolerable long term. For me, I just wished that were obvious upfront. I'm just not the elite athlete guy... I'm the average guy hoping to be better. A few times the gym would close or they would cancel class or abandon the programming that day - unexpectedly, unannounced - because of the elite group. Which I can understand a bit but for the majority it just kind of sucks.Overall - If you want great programming, I think you'll like it. What you might not like is the environment and the way some people treat each other. And if you yourself become the target it can get pretty rough and ugly. I had thicker skin than most and let a lot of stuff roll off my back, but others quit instantly and had to pay out their contracts, which can be a few thousand bucks. Personally, for me, I just needed a great crossfit gym without the drama between the members, the staff, and the volatility in schedules and catering to the elite. I'm just a regular guy looking to be a little better every day, and this place was putting too much drama in the way of that simple (expensive) goal."
"Absolutely LOVE Hotworx! I was introduced to Hotworx from my sister's bestie and close friend of mine Krystle K. My sister had joined Hotworx shortly after Krystle did and I had been meaning to try a free class with them for some time. After setting up my initial free class with Haley the three of us managed to finally take one of these virtual sauna classes together. It was super fun and I was absolutely down to supplement my powerlifting workouts with these quick and intense workouts in the saunas. It's been a little over a month since I joined and I have loved being able to sign up for classes at any time of the day in a 24 hour period, being in the sauna by myself or the max of 3 people. It has been the perfect self care regimen I've needed since the weirdness of the pandemic and the world getting to a new norm. I know I'll keep coming back to this location to workout with my sister and Krystle as well as one that's opening up near where I live. Thank you Hotworx midtown for helping me realize what my mind and body need to be the warrior woman I am!"
"I am not from Omaha, so when I decided I need a good box to workout in while I was visiting, viral came up on my search, and it didn't disappoint. Great group of people and great coaches who were very welcoming. The workout was brutal but was exactly what I was looking for. This will be my go to spot anytime I visit Omaha."
"I recently signed up and I love it! I've never been so motivated to work out! Amazing staff and facility."
