While communication mishaps and errors did occur on the project (as with every house project), Kustom Kitchens was incredibly professional in addressing every issue to ensure our project was done right and prompt. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you are considering a kitchen remodel!"

The price was very competitive as well!I had old vinyl flooring that needed to be ripped out of the kitchen, as well as 2 sub floors removed, so while it was messy work, they did everything possible to minimize the dust! They hung plastic to separate the room from the rest of the house!Had a crew of 4 working on it, and all 4 workers were very professional and very careful about doing the job correctly.I have a cat the goes in and out all day long, and they were very careful about letting him in and out keeping in mind he was a bit frightened from all the construction noises going on!I'd definitely use this company again should I have another opportunity!"

"Everything Fine till the check list of things That needed to be corrected was given to him he became very frustrated said he was losing his a** on this job Was here for 2 weeks we didn't rush him he started another job in that time But rush the job we gave him a checklist He told me he had finished everything on it my wife was crying by the time she Checked the list I confronted him about a stain spill off the steps to my Deck he Did not tell me about said he didn't know what to do about it put dove dishwashing soap on it Then found over spray on siding and my storm door From spraying the deck said he knew about it and would bring over something to try to clean it but didn't tell me and initially of anything . left saying he had completed everything And would bring us back some paint to touch up Went to change out some face plates and found out He painted around them and the Vents So when you put new ones on you have to buy oversized and if they are oversized to start you just have to Paint around them again cause he didn't take anything off He seems to take a personally when you criticize or show him anything that is flawed even when it's obviously flawed Keeps repeating that is losing money on this job and still never really completed painting the kitchen he said it just made a touch up but still wanted full Payment because he painted the outside of my front door and the inside of a kitchen pantry door and a small cabinet that separates the kitchen from the other I offered to pay him separately for those And come back and paint my kitchen walls to complete the contract Best bet find another painter Chris Wyman Is not the guy you want panting inside your house or your deck Wish I could post the pictures"

They were going to come to the house to perform the work but the weather wouldn't cooperate. They said they would call if they were going to postpone. Finally, we called them. The lady said, "the other guy called and there was no answer"--Since we use cellphones, we knew she was full of cr@p. I hate excuses for not taking care of your customer... if you are in business, what could possibly be more important? Loved the finished product, hated the lies."

"We broke our shower and john came withing 20 minutes fixed it and fixed it affordably and correctly. We were so impressed by his work that that we had him come and replace the shower. Terrific job and well within budget. we simply cant say enough about their work and their attention to detail. because of this we had them paint and replace the trim add a new light and some small hangers for towels. we will be having them replace the vanity and the floor as well.Nothing seem to phase them, add a picture to the wall sure. Hang some lights no problem.We added more stuff and they did it without question and fairly priced.The time may be unusual but they do splendid work and very affordable would highly recommend."

"I had terrible service with my bathroom remodel. They didn't show up at appointed times, did sloppy work that had to be redone. My shower head leaked, back panel cracked, caulking had gaps, and I had to point out that they didn't caulk the tub to the walls and floor. Drywall had to be redone in places, even the threshold to the hallway was done incorrectly and had to be redone.My phone calls were not returned, I had to catch project manager in the office in order to talk to them. It took over 2 months to get my 5 -10 day project completed. I never even got a thanks for your business or sorry for the inconvenience from them. I would not recommend them for ANY job."

"We rent our home currently and our sidewalk and concrete steps were in disarray. Our landlord currently lives in North Carolina and she is the one who set up the work through G&K Construction LLC. We were a bit nervous as we had no initial contact with the company. Our landlord messaged us that work would begin on April 4, 2016 at 8am. Sure enough they were there at 8am and promptly started ripping out the old concrete. The workers were very friendly. We left a short time later to run errands and when we returned they were just finishing the contraction joints. As I waited on the side of our yard for my husband to park the car a worker found a snake in and picked it up to move it out of harms way. When he heard me shriek since I am scared of snakes he placed it in our neighbors yard. Before leaving that day the owner talked with us about how to care for the new concrete by not salting it for a year and letting us know they would be back the following day to remove the guide boards and put our wood railing back. He also gladly followed our request to have the railing on the other side of the steps. The next day they were there again at 8am. They removed the boards and replaced the dirt and grass next to the sidewalk and cleaned up all remaining pieces of rock left from the day before and replaced our railing. When doing so they made sure the rail was the exact slope as the stairs using a measuring tape and made sure it was sturdy. My husband and I were very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship of the owner and employees. I would highly recommend this company and if more work were needed we would request our landlord use them again."

They were unreliable and still quit after 3 days, accusing me of "micromanaging" (yes,it was my home, but no, I wasn't even there most of the time} and demanding "full access" to my house so that they could "come and go as they pleased." I had paid 30% up front and they did a little more than half that amount of work. When I agreed to comply with their desire to renege on the contract and asked for a final invoice and refund. They said they would put "extra work" on the invoice so that I wouldn't get any money back. I never heard from them again."

"We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen earlier this year to put in a new bathroom in our basement plus do a minor remodel (countertop replacements) on all of our other bathrooms to match the new one. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish.The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed.When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!).I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end)Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. "It was time for new gutters and Nissen construction delivered. The owner came to my house and gave a quick free estimate on having some 5 inch seamless gutters installed with leaf guards. I read in consumer reports that the expensive gutter guards to fail in heavy rains and the less expensive ones do not. The owner confirmed the consumer report info, and was very straight forward with the product and price to install the gutters. They came out about two weeks later and I couldn't be happier. They did a thorough job at a fair price, and made the few tweaks I asked for perfectly. The owner was on-site the entire time. They were able to remove and replace my gutters, and install the guards in one day. Bonus, the owners family stopped by at lunch, we got to see them all parade up to Dad."
