"I was given a flower arrangement from Janousek for my birthday and I was floored. Their customer service was top notch - they called prior to the delivery man leaving to ensure that someone would be home or they'd be somewhere to place the flowers out of the heat/sun. When the delivery person arrived, he gave excellent care instructions and even offered to carry to bouquet in because of the size/weight. Turning to the arrangement itself, it is stunning. The combination of flowers and colors created a beautiful arrangement. I'm very satisfied with being a receiver of flowers from this florist and I plan to use them in the future for whatever floral needs I may have"

"Due to unexpected shipping issues from wildfires grounding planes, I was frantically looking for greenery, specifically silver dollar and seeded eucalyptus in case my order didn't arrive. It was central to my arrangements for a friend's daughter's wedding. My hubby suggested Blooms as he'd been to Rockbrook the previous week and thought it looked like a place that might be of help. After calling a dozen florists to no luck, I decided to take a chance and headed out with my daughter to visit. Inside the store, she instantly ran to the cooler and pointed to the beautiful silver dollar eucalyptus. I just prayed that some of it was available. They were so understanding and kind. And thankfully, ALL of it was. I snatched that up and then also some various colors of yarrow, too. The shipment got here the next mid-morning, but some of the flowers weren't in great shape AND they had substituted another dark green filler for the eucalyptus so I couldn't use it anyway. It was meant to be that I went to Blooms and Blooms really saved the day! The greenery realy made the bouquets stand out and everyone commented on how it blended well with the bridesmaids sage dresses. They're super nice there, the selection is fresh, and they have a good variety. I'm impressed and I'll be back."

"I live in southern california now and needed to send some live plants to one of my oldest friends for his wedding I was going to be missing. Holly responded to my email almost instantly and was always fast and available to help me choose the order. She had great advice, price options, and customer service overall! The only small complaint I never received my email copy of the receipt even after a second request to have it sent. I'm guessing that this is the fault of email filtering to junk or trash however since they were fabulous in every other way, so I can't dock them for it. They sent me a text message photo of the plants before sending them out for delivery so I knew what my friends were getting.What blew me away!!: I was on the phone with my friend the day of his wedding and found that he had not received any deliveries. I started to panic since it was supposed to be delivered 2 days prior to the wedding.Holly responded to my text immediately that she was calling driver, and if for some reason it didn't go the right place she was VERY sorry and they would send another RIGHT AWAY. Once confirmed that the driver had attempted delivery & had left it in the leasing office due to no answer at the address or phone for delivery. She even went as far as to call the leasing office to confirm that they were in fact getting in touch with the people it was intended to be delivered too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN! They will go above and beyond to make sure that your desires are met and your happy with the product produced."

They easily accommodated my wishes (and my somewhat late in the day request) and the order was quite reasonably priced. They reconfirmed details both on the phone and then in a follow up text message. When my friends received the bouquet (precisely on time) they were ecstatic! "If I could give them a minus 50 I would! Completely unprofessional! My daughter tried to send me some flowers for Mother's Day. She ordered an orchid plant and a nice card and they had add ons of small bags of chocolates which she added one. Anyway I happen to be in my front yard on Mother's Day when this old junky car pulls up in my driveway. I walk towards the car and the gross guy in the old dented car doesn't even get out just hands me a clear grocery bag through the window and drives off!!! No flowers no card just the add on candy in a grocery bag. My daughter gets an alert on her phone that her order was delivered! She calls and asked how I like the flowers! It was absolutely ridiculous!!!! She tried to call them and they didn't even respond back! Do not use this place if you actually want flowers!"
