"I think I found a hidden gem. As a first time home buyer and major contract hire you want to make wise decisions. After researching do it myself and hire it out expectations, I couldn't have been more happy to have stumbled upon Team Renovate. They caught my project, ready and able to help. Brandon is skilled in every aspect of your home, and can make dreams come true!. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and consults with you throughout the process, so there is little room for mistakes. He's the pro you want to know. He was flexible with my indecision and suggestive in encouraging the right one, but allowed for my full control of the end result. Their attention to detail went beyond the job, they truly care about how you feel throughout the process. The flexibility from estimating on my time to material and placement was unexpectedly enjoyable. He left my home spic and span and gave my family a very happy space. The skill and vision is everything I hoped for. I couldn't have imagined a better experience or bathroom. You will understand after hiring this dynamic team and renovate your space. I really thank this team for helping turn this old house into my home."
"I had Dinsmore flooring install wood floors in my home a month ago. They removed my carpet and installed the floors. They were able to make the furniture moves minimal by moving it to 1 side of the room for the large items. What a difference! They were on time, and cleaned up any messes they made. These floors are beautiful. AAA rating. They care about the customer."
"So happy with the job these guys did on my wood floors. If you aren't a general contractor, it's difficult to even get contractors to return your phone call. De La Cruz were the only company to return my call, come out and give me a bid and show up to do the work. I highly recommend this business. Hope they don't get so big that they start treating potential customers like every other one I called."
"Customer service (Jackie) was horrible. Her lack of communication with customers needs some serious review.Carpet installer did a terrible job. He was in our house for 2 1/2 days and never clean up anything and made excuses for almost everything we ask him concerning the installation. They destroyed our woodwork and suggested that we should have KNOWN that this was going to happen. Say what? They also suggested that we (homeowners) were responsible for the repair of the woodwork (baseboards) that they destroyed. I would never recommend this flooring company to anyone. I would agree with the review from Heather K."
"Mark David made the bid proposal for us. From the others we had bid, he was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Him and his company did what they were expected and floors turned out amazing. If you are looking for quality work, they did great. I will warn get your spot on his schedule as with his price and work his company is in demand. We will be asking him back to do the upstairs."
"Horrible company to do business with. They were unable to get a permit to do my mothers bathroom remodel so they took her money and basically ran with it. No refund , nothing to compensate her. Sherri said the 17k my mother gave her was a deposit. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They do terrible work according to other reviews I have read on the BBB website. Don't waste your time with them and don't get scammed."
"My flooring project was just completed and it was awesome! I had the existing wood floors refinished and then extended to more than double my wood flooring area. They scheduled me for there soonest opening at my request and then called to see if I wanted them to come a week early when they had an opening. It worked out great for my schedule. I never had to wait on them and they were always on time.I did have one small spot where the floor didn't absorb the stain properly and after showing them and explaining how I didn't like it, they came right out and fixed the problem and now you would never know. They even sealed it again to make sure it blended correctly. I would highly recommend them!"
"Had a new kitchen floor installed from Walls2Floors. They did a fantastic job. The price was very competitive as well!I had old vinyl flooring that needed to be ripped out of the kitchen, as well as 2 sub floors removed, so while it was messy work, they did everything possible to minimize the dust! They hung plastic to separate the room from the rest of the house!Had a crew of 4 working on it, and all 4 workers were very professional and very careful about doing the job correctly.I have a cat the goes in and out all day long, and they were very careful about letting him in and out keeping in mind he was a bit frightened from all the construction noises going on!I'd definitely use this company again should I have another opportunity!"
"Very impressed on such an excellent job refinishing our floors. Rick does a wonderful job and is very detail oriented. I highly recommend Moldenhauer Floor and Sanding to make your floors look like they were just installed! He doesn't rush the work and that gives a better finished product. Trust me, I have used some of the other so-called "Big Guys" "Best of Omaha" and was not satisfied at all! I used one of the "Best of Omaha" guys to install my floor and they did a very shoddy job.Moldenhauer fixed all of the mistakes that the original installer made from the divots from improper sanding and other problems from a poor installation and finish job. The original company that installed the promised for months on end to come back and make it right and they never did.Don't waste your time and money trying the "Big Names", just call Moldenhauer Floor and Sanding and get the job done right the first time!I know you'll be happy that you did. I am!"
"We broke our shower and john came withing 20 minutes fixed it and fixed it affordably and correctly. We were so impressed by his work that that we had him come and replace the shower. Terrific job and well within budget. we simply cant say enough about their work and their attention to detail. because of this we had them paint and replace the trim add a new light and some small hangers for towels. we will be having them replace the vanity and the floor as well.Nothing seem to phase them, add a picture to the wall sure. Hang some lights no problem. We added more stuff and they did it without question and fairly priced. The time may be unusual but they do splendid work and very affordable would highly recommend."
"I had a small $1700 job done on my front porch and sidewalk. Beautiful job. Asked Steve how much to maintain. He said for epoxy sealer, $200 every 2-3 years. Called after 3rd year, $400 minimum. Okay, so I had it done. His brother did it and said it was a better epoxy that would last longer. 1 year and it was a dull POS. I found a guy that does a 3 step epoxy and my stone looks like new after 3 years. The initial product is good, but Steve is very misleading."

Eddy and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our 100+ year old wood floors. Eddy was very responsive from the estimate inquiry until completion of the project and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We were so pleased with our wood floors that we had them back out to lay vinyl flooring in a rental unit. We highly, highly recommend.

I had my wood flooring refinished my Mark David Floors. They did an excellent job. However, after the job was completed and the bill was paid I had an issue with the floors and needed a call back. I was very disappointed that my issue was not addressed and a representative was not sent out to even look at the floor. I was told over the phone "rub some furniture polish on it". So after a big investment and all the time and effort involved, I was very dissatisfied.

"While in the process of selling my house I reached out to heartland floors to see what options I had. They provided me two options after coming out and seeing what I wanted to do. I stopped in and threw a curveball. I was eventually going to a later date in the year as thing in life are constantly changed. I wanted to move up the timing low and behold the day I go in there they had a rare opening. The flexibility, understanding the importance of customer service was amazing. To the entire team from the front desk to the final product was easy. I unfortunately did not take a picture of the before, but I can tell you it looks horrible here's a picture of the after it looks like a completely brand new floor simply amazing great job."
"Great experience. Prompt and kept me informed of his process. My shower has never looked better. We will be using him in the future. Thank you for your hard work"
"We just had all of our flooring on our main floor replaced by Rockbrook Floors in Westwood Plaza. They have a great selection of flooring. We did some comparison shopping at other outlets, but we went back to Rockbrook. They also did a wonderful job with installation. Jake's attention to every little detail was the best. We love how our home looks larger and brighter with our new floors. Thanks Rockbrook Floors and Jake."
"We have used Carpetland on and off for the past 8 years. We have purchased luxury vinyl tile, carpet, natural wood floors and backsplash tile. From a pricing perspective, we have found them to be more competitive than Nebraska Furniture Mart, but the Mart will sometimes win out due to their financing options (Carpetland has very limited options). During our most recent renovation, the rep we worked with went above and beyond in special ordering wood floor samples for us to review.Their installers (they typically outsource) have been professional and do quality work. My only reason for 4-stars is that at times communication could have been more proactive and there were a few occasions where we needed to follow-up more than once. We also had a more recent issue where they ordered grout for our backsplash, were told it was there, but then it couldn't be found when we arrived to pick-up. However, in the whole scheme of things, we will continue to use Carpetland for their quality, reasonably priced products and great service overall."
"Jon and his crew were recommended by a neighbor. He was very friendly and professional. The work was done as scheduled, despite two full days of rain while they worked. Cost was reasonable for the high quality of the work. 35 y.o. garage floor looks better than brand new. I would recommend garage revolution to friends and neighbors."
"I received three quotes for carpet stretching and Chris was the only one who explained what he would do and the complexity of my carpet (pretty distinct pattern). Chris wore a mask and was polite and nice. My carpet looks better than it did even after they installed it. Thank you to Chris and I definitely recommend."
"This showroom has beautiful, unusual tile. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I'll be sure to stop back when we're closer to needing product."
"Tony and his coworker, Zak, did a fantastic job installing a new wood floor for us in a recent home addition. Having lived in Europe for many years we wanted a floor that reminded us of all the beautiful floors we saw while there. We had it laid in a Herringbone pattern and couldn't be more happier with the results. From the initial meeting, to choosing product and stain, to the installation and final review, Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. We highly recommend his services and will definitely use his company again for future projects!!"
"My garage is now far nicer than any apartment I ever lived in. Robert and Jake did amazing work with the installation, never tried to "upsell" us yet offered quality products and options at different price points, allowing us to make informed decisions that fit our needs. So, so happy we went with Robert & In the Garage to do our polyaspartic floor coating, cabinets and painting. Robert's prices are among the best in Omaha (we shopped around) but the skill and level of service that go along with the products make him the best choice."
"Let me walk you through the lovely horror my wife and I experienced with Keystone Carpet and its ultimate resolution. We were advised by a neighbor to go with Keystone Carpet for our new purchase. We didn't know at the time that our neighbor bought and flipped houses with cheap fixed. Our mistake. We met and liked Stan and ended up going with him for our carpet, recarpeting essentially the entire house. We demoed our own carpet, which was exhausting work, but Stan said it would save us about 1k on our costs. After we removed it, Keystone showed up a couple of days late and put the carpet in. We had agreed to a 2 year no-interest finance deal with Wells Fargo, but when we got the paperwork signed, it ended up being only 1 year. Whoops.None of the installers spoke english, which made it difficult when my wife, who was observing the process, was pretty sure the wrong colors had were being stalled on the wrong levels. And when we received the bill, they charged us for the demo of the old carpet. The install itself was okay at best, but we can still signs of mediocre quality on some seam lines and edges. After verifying that the carpet had indeed been installed on the wrong floors, we contacted Stan, who advised to just repaint the walls to match the carpet. Walls we had just painted. Uh....what? I'm not kidding. That's literally what he told us to do.So then he offered us $1500. I told him no. We either wanted the cost of the carpet credited back to us, or we'd take the $1500 as a whoops, and then they can come make it right because by that point, we'd moved all our stuff into the house because we had to get out of our old place. After much back and forth, Stan ended up passing away, and we had to resolve the rest of the issues with Emilie, who was a go between us and the other owner. The correct carpet was finally installed on the top floor along with a credit of 1500 + 800 for the self-carpet demo, but nothing was done about the basement. Because, according to Emilie, we had never agreed that the correct carpet would be installed in the basement. Apparently, Keystone didn't think we still wanted the correct carpet in our basement. Even that's exactly what we'd been asking for all along. So we went back into dispute resolution with Keystone through Wells Fargo because we want the cost of the wrong carpet comped back to us as we were tired of dealing with Keystone. After literally 1 and a half years of back and forth and essentially being ignored by Keystone, we finally got an additional 2800$ refunded which, added to the original credit, equaled the cost of the wrong carpet. Even though we demoed our own carpet. This company is a total joke. Maybe it goes without saying, but I would not recommend using them. I will say that Emilie was very professional in all her responses, but we have a bitter taste still after going through this ordeal when all we really wanted originally was the right colors on the right floors. But apparently that was too much to ask for."
"We had Ohana Floors do some repair work as a result of remodeling our fireplace. I would not hesitate to recommend them for both major projects or small projects.Erik Nawrocki was friendly and was most interested in our satisfaction throughout the project. They are very good at what they do and they are reasonable. No reason to look Any further than Ohana floors for all you wood flooring needs."
"McKean's just completed a whole house remodel project that included LVT floor coverings, tile, granite countertops, kitchen sinks, and carpet and I cannot express how impressed I am with both the quality of products and the excellence of their saleswoman, Becky, and the installers. Becky did an outstanding job of helping me pick out the different features, not an easy task considering all the decisions that have to be made in coordinating everything. I highly recommend McKean's and especially Becky, who I now consider a friend."
"Professional and personable from phone call to service. I bought a townhouse and the carpet was good just stretched out. I called O Street Carpet to access & then scheduled the job to be done the day before moving in. Very professional & the carpet look perfect!I would most definitely would recommend & use them again."
"The countertop selection was great They even had remnants of many of their countertops. However their remnants did not have much of a discount tied to them. I've attempted to purchase countertops from them twice but only did once. The first time was a remnant and the cost was about $60 a square foot installed. The second time I went there I got a price quote from them and paid them to begin the work and two days later I got a call and they told me that they quoted me the wrong price which was over $1,000 in difference. The owner was very blunt and unwilling to budge on his position of recanting his offer to us and almost came off a little rude. This was more frustrating because it was their fault for the mistake and were very unwilling to make amends other than just to refund the money to us. We ended up going to another place to get our countertops."
"I purchased flooring and thought we could install on our own after the flood. However, the floors were more uneven than we thought. I called multiple flooring stores. No one would install flooring not purchased from them. Called Mike and he came out promptly to see what he was dealing with, take measurements, and sent a quote. Mike's got great crews, great product, and prices. After we installed the upstairs, Mike got the carpet in the basement (Roger did an amazing job with that install) and when we got the back room remodeled Mike leveled the floor and installed hardwood that gave the perfect finish to that room and flood recovery. I love working with small businesses! More could learn from Mike and not be snobby about it."
"We had the carpet in our basement replaced with vinyl flooring. It looks great! They really did a really nice job with the installation and doing it in a timely manner. They had to add an additional installation fee that was not in the initial estimate, due to our floor having some uneven spots. Fortunately, it didn't add on that much more to the bill. I priced out a few other places before I went with Timberland and I think they offer a good selection of flooring options. And while they're not exactly inexpensive, they're not the most expensive place either. One of those instances where you get what you pay for."
"We needed a carpet remnant for the basement, and didn't want to spend a lot. After shopping around, we decided to go with Smart Choice Carpet. The staff are all very friendly, and super helpful. They even gave us a discount on the remnant we chose. We will definitely be back for any future flooring needs."
"They just finished our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Chris was really easy to work with and everything turned out perfect. He had great suggestions and he implemented them quickly."
