Jill S. "A little on the pricey side, but I really dug the updates they did for this location. Spacious and really cool almost chandelier like light fixtures as opposed to the same old fluorescents. Aisles are a little longer than most so it made my shopping time longer. Nothing too out of the ordinary offered but spacious parking lot and friendly people who take your groceries to your car and unload them, I'll be back."

David G. "Bruce Goldberg (yes relation) consistently delivers outstanding pharmacy services at rapid speed and reasonable prices. With deep roots from Keystone Pharmacy, Bruce pours years of experience into each and every prescription, emphasizing the importance of value, personal service, knowledge and health wisdom...REAL health care. If your physician knows Bruce, s/he will certainly recommend his pharmacy. If not, s/he's either obligated to drive patients to a chain / hospital system pharmacy or just does not understand the underpinnings of quality health care. If you seek value, information and service beyond your wildest expectations (yes, he will open the store in the middle of the night for an emergency rx, then personally deliver it to you at a price less than any chain), choose Pharmacy Express. If you expect less, please remain at Walgreens/Walmart/Target/Shopko/Bakers etc."

Jeff E. "Small, independent pharmacy I used because it was convenient to my doc's offices. We had some insurance problems that were maddening, but I will add this: the staff here worked harder to resolve these issues than any staff of any pharmacy I've ever used before. I cannot say enough that is good about their knowledgeable, caring approach to roadblocks placed in my way by my insurance company. As it turns out, my insurer requires me to use a mail order pharmacy for most of my scrips. But some can still be filled by Elmwood and I decided to keep using them as a way to support this local, Omaha-owned pharmacy that went above and beyond what was required to help me when i needed it most.If you can find any way to use them -- plenty of off-street parking -- I hope that you will as a way of rebelling against the corporatization of the pharmacy industry."

Nikki B. "This Hy-Vee store was replaced with Hy-Vee-owned "Heartland Pantry". Neighbors & Councilman Doug Emery were discouraged when the Hy-Vee closed & fought to keep a grocery store in that space.I've actually never been here since it changed, but I was unable to post a review without giving it a rating."

Melissa D. "I was on an assignment with this company, trained for 2 weeks and had nothing but problems. It started on day one! Some of us did not receive our equipment so they postponed our training to the following week, blaming it on the fact that their "head IT" guy was no longer there and they are trying to get things sorted out!? So classes finally start and there's nothing but computer issues the entire time, with myself and several others. There is a strong lack of communication with the IT department. If there is a complex issue, it will ultimately be placed on you and nobody wants to get to the root of the problem, instead, it turns into a blame game?!? It is not my fault they won't provide proper support for their remote employees! I ran test after test, even paying my internet provider to come over on my day off to check connections, just to prove it was NOT a router/internet issue on my end, even sending test results to the Customer Service Supervisor! Several of us tried to keep up with our trainer who needs coddled and reassured all the time, but I guess when you walk out on your training class bc your "frustrated," yes we are all wondering what the heck did we get ourselves into! We fell behind terribly bc of all the issues, not to mention over half the training class quit, most during class! So she skipped over several things that should've been addressed but she covers her a$$ by making us all sign a "checklist" stating she taught everything. I did so much "catching up" off the clock including submitting customer's refill requests to Cook County. My trainer knew, and was perfectly fine with my extra time spent off the clock. I continued to have IT issues, even promised on 3 separate occasions that a different laptop would be sent out to me immediately bc clearly mine had problems. Well, management got involved and said no, so I continued having IT issues and the IT department had no clue how to fix my problems other than to blame me, so ultimately my assignment ended with no explanation other than...IT could not resolve my computer problems. I could not speak to anyone in HR, bc there is NO HR! This company has a reputation, and it's not a good one! Just look at the reviews on any social media platform, that alone speaks volumes! I've included only 3 photos for reference. Due to HIPPA, I could not post my other screenshots that have names and other personal info."

Tim O. "I went without my necessary diabetic medication for two evenings and one morning as prepared by Crosier Park Pharmacy. The dosages were for this weekend. I wasn't notified my supply of Metformin was out until the very moment I picked up my medications tote before Friday. I consider this not thinking outside the box, as Crosier Park Pharmacy is well aware I can afford to purchase Metformin from another supplier to get me by until I get a regular supply from the Veterans Administration. I consider this patient neglect. Denying diabetic medication places me at risk. This is yet another example of relying on South Central Behavioral Services and they failed once again. It took from December to April to get a regularly schedules in injection to be provided by ACT Team services. This week I will start the process of relying on the Veterans Administration Hospital in Grand Island for both my medications tote and regular injections. I consider this a lack of leadership on the part of Crosier Park Pharmacy, as a provider, and South Central Behavioral Services."
