The staff always have friendly smiles and greet me warmly, which of course is important in a dental office. I've had the same hygienist for years and she always remembers the details I've shared in our conversations. Going just every 6 months and having so many patients between my visits, it's impressive they remember. I've not had a had experience, in fact I find that they listen to me and my needs without trying to push anything on me that's not necessary (procedures, product, etc). "I have decided to lower my ranking by a few notches based on this morning's experience with a new hygienist who was assigned to me when the one I am most comfortable with left on vacation. She was very inexperienced in my opinion due to the awkwardness of providing my dental scans, pressing hard on my gum lines with her gloves until I felt her fingernails, and jolted me a few times when she picked at a spot continually until it hurt and caused me to jump. I had to remind her several times to use the suction until she finally realized she ought to use this tool more often for my comfort. I didn't bother making another 6 month appointment afterwards because I wasn't happy with the service. I will most likely move on to another dental practice that has great patient care and asks for constant feedback to maintain patient comfort during the treatment."

"I decided to dip my toes in the Botox waters and Whitten offered a nice deal via Groupon. When I arrived photos were taken of my face relaxed and smiling, then Dr. Whitten reviewed the lines and drew out exactly where she would want to inject and how much. I had purchased 20 units and I was able to get my forehead treated with that amount. They did recommend some additional units around my eyes, but being that I am a newbie and was overly paranoid about looking like Janice Dickinson, I declined. There was no pressure at all when I declined. Overall, I am very happy with the results! I knock them one star because when I arrived there were 2 staff without masks, which I found odd for a dental office. When I inquired about this, the woman who was helping me did end up putting on a mask."

I filled out an easy straightforward online thingy and done.Coming in to my first appointment I was very pleased with the space ease and politeness of everyone. this location has been newly remodeled and is immaculate and very clean.The Hygienist was one of the friendliest people i have met. looks like they also offer some calming things. ie aroma therapy, music, massage things etc etc. The Dr came in at the end of each appointment and you could tell stopped to connect make sure I was fully satisfied and that she really cared.I had a second appointment for some other cleaning and they were great again. "I was in Lincoln spending time with my grandsons when a temporary bridge broke. I spoke with my daughter and even though she wasn't a patient, she had heard good things about this practice. I phoned and received an appointment later the same afternoon. The staff could not have been more friendly or professional. The doctor and his staff worked for more than an hour, deadening the nerve, making new impressions etc. Constantly the dentist was inquiring if I felt any pain. I didn't, even When the initial injections were given. When the new temporary bridge was completed it looked great. The REAL surprise came when I went to check out. Since I wasn't a patient of this practice, I fully expected to pay a minimum of $200.00 for the work. However, the receptionist told me that the Doctor said there was no charge. When I asked why he would do such a kind thing, he explained that it used to be a professional courtesy to help out traveling patients. When I saw my regular dentist, he plainly told me that there would be significant charges in his office for the same situation. I live in Alabama, but will plan to get most of my dental work in Nebraska. These people are great."

Speaking of that visit, Dr. Spanel found I had leaky filling which needed to be replaced. They told me to come back at my convenience, which for me turned out be a week later. A little shot in the gum to numb and zip, zip, drill, drill, polish, polish and I was done in under 30 minutes. It's now a few hours later and I'm virtually pain free. "I'll preface this review by saying that I absolutely love going to the dentist. However, this was my first visit to Pacific Springs Dental. I was literally so excited to go and get my teeth cleaned and see what this place was all about. When you first walk in, the building is new and the decor is beautiful. The front desk staff was extremely nice and walked me through everything I needed to do as a new patient. Even though they were struggling to work with and figure out the new record keeping software and systems today when I went I thought they handled the hiccups flawlessly. The hygienist I had ( I think her name was Ashley? ) was so kind and absolutely amazing. She told me exactly what she was doing so I was alway in the loop. After she was done I saw Dr. Beals. Just like everyone else, he too, was amazing. Unlike a lot of dentists I've seen he wasn't condescending at all and actually made recommendations based on my dental needs and not based on his bottom line. So for that I saw thank you, Dr. Beals! I will absolutely be back here to see Dr. Beals and I hope I get Ashely as my hygienist every single time! Thank you both so so much for making my first appointment here easy and pain-free."
