"Taco Tuesday treat! Each month they have a specific protein that is on special every Tuesday for $1/limit 5 per person. We stopped in for the last April-Al pastor one. Staff was very friendly and nice. The establishment appeared clean and open. Not many people were there when we arrived around 5:30pm but quickly picked up as we were finishing. The street tacos came w/ or w/o onions & cilantro. Simple and tasty! The sauces were a little confusing as far as heat scale. Pictured is the self serve salsa station which shows the "heat" scale under each name but when you look at the same scale for the same salsas being portioned by the staff they are different. Not sure what thats about but we enjoyed the tomatillo with ours today."

"Burrito Envy became a favorite takeout spot for us during the pandemic. We have yet to dine in house, but the burritos and margaritas we have carried back home with us or enjoyed in a park have all been very good. I particularly enjoy the passion fruit margarita, and being an herbivore, I tend to get the mixed veggies burrito unless the current special is veggie friendly. I guess one drawback wpuld be that they have lots of options on the menu, but not a ton for vegetarians. Good thing I enjoy the one main offering. Definitely check out BE if you're in the neighborhood."

"Yum! What a great experience. Just north of Dodge on 204th street Javi's newest location is located for east drive thru or parking access for dine in. All orders are customized with the freshest ingredients ; their guacamole and salsas (all heatlevels so watch out!) are awesome.The restaurant is open and very clean. The service is wonderful and exceptionally friendly. Pricing is reasonable for the wonderful food provided.We stopped in for a midday snack and we're not disappointed. You must check out this restaurant the next time you're in the Elkhorn area in need of a taco fix."

"I rarely give out 5 stars but Wham Bam Meal In a Pan by ChefAuChef hits it all! The food is delicious, the service is honestly stupendous (I have called when I was lost, messaged on FB, made comments...all has been answered with over the top friendliness and every time I walk in I feel genuinely greeted), and this is an experience. It's different, it's a brilliant concept, it's affordable, easy. I can't say enough good things. What WBMP is, is a fast food service without the high calorie, fried, greasy fast food lifestyle. You stop in to their location (super convenient for me because I work downtown and live NE), fill out a card of what foods you want. There are only a couple choices so it makes it SUPER easy. Then you decide if you want a two person dinner or four. It's usually just my toddler and I enjoying it so the two person meal is MORE than enough for us which I also appreciate because I get a lot of bang for my buck. I usually have enough leftover for lunch the next day. When you select your menu, you're handed a well wrapped, hot meal in a pan. What kills me is it's the same price or even cheaper than fast food and MUCH healthier. I'm trying to make it a goal to stop by at least once a week to avoid eating out as much. I cook at home and meal prep, but there's always at least one day or two where that's just not an option because we get home and are rushed off to the next thing. I don't consider this eating out, I consider this making life easier. Thank you for this wonderful service!! I can't stop telling people about it.I try to follow WW and it's not always super point friendly but all meals come with veggies so it forces me to eat more of them. Every meal I've gotten has been delicious (from meatballs to meatloaf to pasta) and mostly scratch made. I noticed the meatballs were packaged ones in a yummy sauce and honestly, I don't mind. It's real food. It's what I would cook. I'm not stopping in for a fancy catered dish, I want a hot and ready dinner that I would/could make. When it's all said and done you toss the dirty dishes (or wash the pan and reuse it for bread!). They also let you know on the menu if it's dairy, gluten, peanut free and I think they do a pretty good job of keeping a steady rotation of such recipes in their menu. As if this isn't enough good things to say, I also want to add that each pan you buy they donate money to the Food Bank of Lincoln! In August 2019, with $1 donations from each pan sold - the food bank can help feed 3,210 people in our community!Keep your order card each time you go and when you get 10, you get a free pan. AND, if you give them your phone number you also earn points each time you order. You might want to ask about some of these things, especially if you're a newbie, because they don't always tell you when you. Not to be rude but I'm guessing they think you already know or they are busy and forget. Either way these are awesome perks. A few things to note:- They have limited hours and aren't open every day. Check their website but I think they are only open Monday through Thursday. - They do take cash or cards! Whoop. - Sometimes they sell out fast! So be sure to go as early as you can or check their FB page for an out of food announcement if you're going far out of your way. https://www.facebook.com/chefauchefLLC/.
