"Fast, friendly service to get my AC fixed. These folks are AC experts and also work on many of the first responder vehicles in town. As a firefighter's kid, I like supporting them for this reason. Scheduling an appt online was quick and easy, drop off was great, and they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was finished. Honest and open communication about pricing and why the cost. Happy with my experience even though car repairs are the literal worst."

"In my opinion it is almost impossible to find an auto repair shop that you an trust. It seems that once you take your car to a shop, it's all down hill, you end up taking it back repeatedly for different things that suddenly start breaking. BUT, no at Unique Auto, their work is thorough and they are trustworthy. The first time I took my truck to them, it was because of an error my truck was throwing, they took a look and said the Error was anomaly and the part it was saying was bad wasn't, but if I get the error again, to let them know. Any other shop would have replaced the part. I've since taken my husbands truck and my truck back (completely different issue) and the price is always reasonable, they explain what they did and what the cause and they stand completely behind their work. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago we took my husbands truck for some work and we needed to have the truck back by the weekend because we had a camping trip planned. The people in the shop worked overtime in order to get our truck done in time. I was super impressed and I will NEVER take out trucks anywhere else. If you need any work, from an oil change to body repair, they do it all and they do it well. You will not be disappointed."

This excellent service-provider expertly handled my claim, performed the service well and throughly, and proved to be a reasonable rate.They also had an Enterprise provider in house, again part of the GEICO support, which got me rolling (because good partners handle such repairs if they have more free time). Both aspects, auto service and loan, were efficient and effective.The main office staff were very enjoyable as well. I actually miss this interaction now. "I have had a few repairs done here, one a repaint on body and doors for scratches and the other paint less hail repair. Both done through insurance. Experience was pretty good. They worked easily with insurance. Time getting my vehicle back was awhile.They did leave glue on my ceiling interior around my sunroof after the paint less hail repair. And smudges of oil/grease on the carpet. But other than that work was done well and staff was friendly and prompt at working with insurance!"

It was fast I got my oil changed in less than an hour.. On a Saturday, while we were under construction. The service is efficient. . Clean facility. And you get a free car wash.. that you can drive through yourself. And the restrooms are clean!"

"Iggy's is very accommodating to fit your need. If you want something in brand new condition he can do that. Maybe you're on a budget? He will offer alternatives like semi-good to just make-it-so-it-works. I've done both over the years. I took my used car here and got it fixed so I was able to get a working headlight. I also took in my new cart and fixed it so you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. (Don't judge me for getting into so many accidents!)Cleanliness: It's not the shiniest, cleanest place, but Iggy's is about business and fixing your car to your desire. One time I picked my car up early and he didn't have time to wash it. That was my mistake. I had to buy paint removed to get the specked paint off my car. If you are patient he will clean it right up for you. Timeliness: Iggy is pretty good about getting you a time estimate to fix your car. He's also good about getting you in. Another occasion I took car in without warning. I told him it would be awesome if he could fix it in a day, but I had no expectations of that. At any rate, he fixed my bumper in the day! Iggy's exceeds my expectations because he is economical and can fix cars the way you want. He had a pretty quick turnaround. He's also a down-to-business and hard working dude."

"3 years later and my back window (only) is bubbling like a motha. I am now putting their "lifetime warranty" to the test. I will update after I call to get it inspected (and hopefully replaced!!!)***After a quick call to the business, the owner Danny he fit me in the same day, and the process took a few hours to replace my tint. All in all, I have to say great customer service. The tint looks great! He said the year I got tinted there was some problems with the product, so I hope this will hold up longer.** Also, I did save my warranty paperwork and receipt so that helped expedite things quickly.**Despite other questionable things I wrote from the last visits, I really have to say I received top notch service today and also in a very timely fashion. I would recommend them to you all."

"I had a small accident with my Avalanche and my insurance company gave me some suggestions on body shops. I chose Great Plains for its location on Maple St as opposed to 3 other shops that were going to be quite a ways from my residence. Great Plains scheduled my estimate for a couple of days after I called them and in turn just a few days later to actually perform the work. The staff were most professional, friendly and accommodating with me and kept me informed of the work being done and the time schedule via text and email. When I got my vehicle back, (and earlier than expected) it was done beautifully and right the first time. As an added bonus, they had the whole truck cleaned inside and out, better than when they received it. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know that needs a body shop."

Husband went and drove it the day before and loved it.. Made it there after 5 pm and it took quite awhile to get the negotiation done and out the door pushing 9 pm.. Two weeks out and we are still waiting for an item to be fixed that was agreed upon during purchase which is pretty annoying.. The sales man was great and the loan guy was pretty cool too. Would be a 5 star but it is very frustrating that they are not able to give us a timetable of when this item will be fixed..."

When they started their estimate, they looked at it for 30 seconds and just put it back by hand and said likely wear and tear and to get the special auto glue if it falls off again. Price = FREE. Great service and very much appreciate that they made an effort to fix something when they likely could have billed me. I asked about 2 other issues I had and plan to schedule a time to bring the car back for those to be looked at."

"I have had two vehicles repaired with carstar over the years and have had very positive experiences both times. I can't really speak to their pricing, as with both situations I was in accidents that were not my fault so I wasn't paying for it. They are thorough and upon pick up on my most recent visit was pleasantly surprised to find my vehicle washed, vacuumed and detailed. It was such a nice touch.The only reason I give four stars is because it was a full month wait to get my car fixed. My accident was in February and they said the delay was simply due to the fact that it was winter time and they have a higher volume of needed vehicle repairs, which makes sense. I called around a bit to see if anyone could get it fixed a little sooner, but most places I was running into were still at the three week mark.I would still strongly recommend car star for a vehicle repairs even if you have to wait a bit."

"The guys are nice and friendly but I had a bad experience. A friend recommended them and at first I was hopeful it would be a good experience. I took my car in on a Monday and it was was supposed to done ten days later. Ten days came and I called to see how it was going -I didn't get a call back. I stopped at the shop the next day. They needed clips to hold the bumper on, the clips would be in that day and it'd be ready by 5. They'd call when I could pick it up. Of course, no call no clips.i went back two days later, the owner had forgotten about the clips. He said he'd call and get them there same day by 5. Seeing a pattern? This happened three more times before I finally got the car back after 21 days in the shop. The painful part was I was driving a rental car and for 11 days that it was late cost me $1100 extra dollars. I can't recommend them and I wouldn't go back."

"The service repair in this shop is so poor. It's been more than a month already now as of this writing and our bmw x7 wasn't released and still stuck in their shop. They've been calling with their defensive kind of reasoning (we forgot to check this and that, the spare part wasn't ordered yet etc ) which I found very disappointing and the way they manage the repair is so slow and I honestly lost the confidence in bmw. Is this how they will treat you after car sale?"
