"In my opinion it is almost impossible to find an auto repair shop that you an trust. It seems that once you take your car to a shop, it's all down hill, you end up taking it back repeatedly for different things that suddenly start breaking. BUT, no at Unique Auto, their work is thorough and they are trustworthy. The first time I took my truck to them, it was because of an error my truck was throwing, they took a look and said the Error was anomaly and the part it was saying was bad wasn't, but if I get the error again, to let them know. Any other shop would have replaced the part. I've since taken my husbands truck and my truck back (completely different issue) and the price is always reasonable, they explain what they did and what the cause and they stand completely behind their work. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago we took my husbands truck for some work and we needed to have the truck back by the weekend because we had a camping trip planned. The people in the shop worked overtime in order to get our truck done in time. I was super impressed and I will NEVER take out trucks anywhere else. If you need any work, from an oil change to body repair, they do it all and they do it well. You will not be disappointed."

They worked easily with insurance. Time getting my vehicle back was awhile.They did leave glue on my ceiling interior around my sunroof after the paint less hail repair. And smudges of oil/grease on the carpet. But other than that work was done well and staff was friendly and prompt at working with insurance!"

"Iggy's is very accommodating to fit your need. If you want something in brand new condition he can do that. Maybe you're on a budget? He will offer alternatives like semi-good to just make-it-so-it-works. I've done both over the years. I took my used car here and got it fixed so I was able to get a working headlight. I also took in my new cart and fixed it so you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. (Don't judge me for getting into so many accidents!)Cleanliness: It's not the shiniest, cleanest place, but Iggy's is about business and fixing your car to your desire. One time I picked my car up early and he didn't have time to wash it. That was my mistake. I had to buy paint removed to get the specked paint off my car. If you are patient he will clean it right up for you. Timeliness: Iggy is pretty good about getting you a time estimate to fix your car. He's also good about getting you in. Another occasion I took car in without warning. I told him it would be awesome if he could fix it in a day, but I had no expectations of that. At any rate, he fixed my bumper in the day! Iggy's exceeds my expectations because he is economical and can fix cars the way you want. He had a pretty quick turnaround. He's also a down-to-business and hard working dude."

I work for a local vehicle dealership and had a customer wanting a unique add-on to their van. I called Jones Automotive about this accessory, and while my customer didn't end up purchasing the van in the end, the experience I had here will make sure I DO use them in the future. I called initially and spoke to Scott Suter, who walked me through what all adding this accessory would entail. I ended up driving down to their shop to have him look at the vehicle, where Scott even showed me a couple different options to save my customer money. I really appreciate all his help. He was professional, very kind, and I couldn't help but notice the Pro-Blue all around the shop. These guys have a great business model. I look forward to getting to know them and getting to work with them.

Had a great experience at Unique Auto today. Went there due to a sudden and mysterious mileage drop on my 95' Astro camper van. Was greeted by a very friendly and super knowledgeable mechanic named Ted, who, perhaps simply out of a mix of curiosity and generosity, proceeded, without charge, to test drive it, run some tests, and do light some tinkering, spending some solid time trying to troubleshoot an issue that's eluded others recently. Sadly no "smoking gun" was yet found, but he did a meticulous job outlining my options were I to schedule an appt to go deeper into testing for vacuum leaks, worn out cat converters, etc...The shop vibe overall was one of real professionalism. And they had some seriously stunning vintage rare cars in the lot. Looks like they're well-known by car collectors for knowing the ins/outs of old engines as well as new ones. I couldn't recommend this place more! I'm only sorry that I couldn't tip Ted - didn't have any cash on me at the time.

The customer service was excellent at Great Plains Auto Body, starting with Latrice and AJ at the front desk. They were friendly and professional, so I felt confident that I would have a great experience from the beginning. They took down my information and asked my preferred method to be reached. They also made sure I was comfortable while I waited for Enterprise Rental to come meet me. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my car either by phone call or text. And they finished on time!! I was satisfied with the work done on my car. It looked brand new. I'll definitely continue to do business with Great Plaines Auto Body as my needs arise.

Dave at the North location replaced our right front fender a day ahead of schedule, which was a great help to us. But more importantly, the repair job is flawless; the paint matches exactly, and the detail job! That car has never been so clean outside. I had some scratches and a dent on the front bumper of my car repaired here and based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Crash Champions. The repair job itself was fine. However, communication from this company is virtually nonexistent. I was on my way to pick up my car on the estimated date of completion (had to make arrangements to leave work early) and called to let them know I was on my way. They informed me that there was an unforeseen delay and my car was not ready yet. The repair was not completed for another week, during which I had to keep calling to request updates. When I picked up my car I was told that there were clips missing and I should bring my car back to have the clips placed when they came back in stock (estimated one week). It has been over a month since the repair and I still do not have the clips. I have called the shop multiple times and each time a staff member has no answers and falsely reassures me I will receive a call when the clips do arrive. It has been over a month and I have not received a single call from them. I paid a lot of money for a repair job that to this day is still technically unfinished. I unfortunately would not recommend this company for any auto repair needs.

Anderson Mazda is THE place to go if you're looking for a car or for service. I regularly have my MX-5 serviced there and the folks in the service department are very thorough and friendly. On my last visit for service they included a short video summarizing the work done to my car. This was pretty impressive to me and shows the level of dedication and attention to detail that I have come to expect from Anderson Mazda.

Iggy did an AMAZING job on my 2018 Chevy Trax. After an unfortunate incident involving a support beam and the passenger side of my car, Iggy was recommended to me by a friend for great honest work at the best price. The next closest estimate to Iggy's was $1,500 more. Iggy was able to replace the car door and paint and blend in 3 days! He even fixed a little ding on the back of my car for only an additional $2.30 over the estimate price. My car looks great and everyone I met at Iggy's was very nice, respectful, and honest with me about what they were doing. Should I need more work done in the future, I will 100% be going to Iggy's!

I chose Great Plains for its location on Maple St as opposed to 3 other shops that were going to be quite a ways from my residence. When they started their estimate, they looked at it for 30 seconds and just put it back by hand and said likely wear and tear and to get the special auto glue if it falls off again. Price = FREE. "The guys are nice and friendly but I had a bad experience. A friend recommended them and at first I was hopeful it would be a good experience. I took my car in on a Monday and it was was supposed to done ten days later. Ten days came and I called to see how it was going -I didn't get a call back. I stopped at the shop the next day. They needed clips to hold the bumper on, the clips would be in that day and it'd be ready by 5. They'd call when I could pick it up. Of course, no call no clips.i went back two days later, the owner had forgotten about the clips. He said he'd call and get them there same day by 5. Seeing a pattern? This happened three more times before I finally got the car back after 21 days in the shop. The painful part was I was driving a rental car and for 11 days that it was late cost me $1100 extra dollars. I can't recommend them and I wouldn't go back."

They've been calling with their defensive kind of reasoning (we forgot to check this and that, the spare part wasn't ordered yet etc ) which I found very disappointing and the way they manage the repair is so slow and I honestly lost the confidence in bmw.
