"Great folks here with Regi leading the hunt. Nice place we hadn't been prior. Lots of selections and best of help. Would sure return when we have next curiosities."
"I wanted to get some new tires for my car. I went to tirerack.com to find the best tires for the money and made my decision. I wanted a set of Continental PureContact tires. The only place I could find that offered Continental tires was Papillion Tire. I used the "Request an estimate" function at papilliontire.com to request an estimate. They got back to be in less than 24 hours with a great price. They said I could come in first thing the next morning at 0730. Jeff greeted me and said it would take them an hour. An hour later, I had my new tires. Buying new tires could not have been easier. Thanks."
"Excellent experience and customer service by Lyle Ward (with over 50 years of experience) Lyle provided Dean with thorough tour of all the features ... no detail left unspoken...he went for an AMAZING test drive with Lyle and knew he loved the car. Thank you Lyle for your patience, knowledge, and absolutely no pressure! I would highly recommend Lyle Ward......he made this experience fun and very enjoyable. Lyle forever has our loyalty!"
"I bought an engine for my 2000 Jeep from 4 Brothers. I am from Chicago and found that many yards around here were hard to deal with. I started to question the ethics of most of them. So I branched out looking for someone I could trust and also get a fair price. Well I searched for several days and then called 4 Brothers. I spoke with Clark about what I needed. He had an engine that would fit my Jeep. Without me asking he gave me the VIN number, mileage, compression data, and oil pressure of the used enging. Wow!! After calling 20 some yards I found someone with ethics that wasn't out to make a fast buck.. I bought the engine with about 120,000 miles on it. It shipped quick, got to me in about 3 days, and when installed the engine worked great. My mechanic was really impressed. Also I got a pretty good price on the engine. Clark and 4 Brothers gave me great service, and a great motor at a very fair price. And the fact that I knew I could trust Clark was the big clencher. I really feel he had my best intention at heart. In this day and age that is pretty rare I hat to say. Give these guys a try and tell them Greg from Chicago suggested them. You won't regret your move.. Go 4 Brothers!!"
"Fast, friendly service to get my AC fixed. These folks are AC experts and also work on many of the first responder vehicles in town. As a firefighter's kid, I like supporting them for this reason. Scheduling an appt online was quick and easy, drop off was great, and they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was finished. Honest and open communication about pricing and why the cost. Happy with my experience even though car repairs are the literal worst."
"I had been looking for a Bobcat MT85 with low hours for a couple months in the PNW. It was extremely tough to find one (even new).Until, I ran across an add in Machinery Trader at Hamilton Equipment. Being over 2,000 miles away, I was cautious about purchasing a used machine so far away. But Dalton, my sales rep was on top of it. He managed to pulled out all the stops. From the time I first spoke with him, he had the tracks changed out, the servicing/inspection and the unit (with a trailer) shipped to me in under 1.5 weeks. All of this at a reasonable price! I have dirt tested the machine a couple hours and I can tell it is solid as promised. Thanks a bunch"
"I got a 2022 Honda Accord! Nicolle Moreno did an outstanding job with the whole process! She was very helpful and I could tell that she had my best interests in mind and wasn't just trying to sell another car. She took the time to make sure I understood the features of the vehicle and helped me get everything all set up!Chance Jorgensen also was very helpful in explaining the financial side of things. He gave a lot of good advice and made sure I understood the monthly breakdown, interest rates, warranty options, etc.I would definitely recommend O'Daniel Honda! I had a very smooth experience compared to my last car purchase at a different dealership. Thank you!"
"Came here for their body shop. I highly recommend their body shop. Highly.I had an insurance claim to process for my car, and they handled it perfectly, fixing the problem some errant driver inflicted on my poor car quickly and well. They have an Enterprise outlet there, so getting a rental was painless. They work with my insurance. Again, painless. All this and a cheery staff. They get my body work, going forward. What a delight."
"It was a windchill below zero and I needed air in my tires. The gentlemen at the desk was happy to assist me and within 10 minutes I was on the road again.I will happily return to Woodhouse for future maintenance."
"Stopped by to have a seat belt repaired and wow was I impressed! t's massive and looks like a european city inside, complete with an ice cream cart for the kiddos. There were lots of cars to check out inside, which is awesome, considering how HOT it was outside! All employes were super friendly and professional. They have it going on!!"
"Just bought second car from them. Terrific experience again. I agree Gordon Miller is great to work with. I don't see myself buying a car from any other dealer!"
"This place has been here for a long time! I remember coming here in high school for a part that my car needed. (20+years ago) Today I ventured here with my son to get some parts he needed for his car. My, how time flies! You park out front and upon entering pay $2.00 a person to enter the yard. You can ask at the front where a certain type of car is that you might be looking for and they will give you a printout with a row where it might be located. We were highly successful on our adventure. We found the car we needed and were able to get a bumper, the large metal piece that goes behind it, and a right headlight for a little over $100! My son was able to put it on himself and save himself a minimum of $1,200! I highly recommend if you are handy at all or need a small (or large) part for your car, you check this place out. They also buy your junk or barely running vehicle. (Price varies depending on make, model and desireability) You can bring your car here and get paid cash on the spot or you can arrange to have them come and pick the vehicle up at your location. (Either way you get the same amount of money for your vehicle.) Knowing my son and his love for cars, I am sure I will be back here again."

I've been a customer of Papillion Tire for many years. Doug and the rest of his crew have always offered me great service in taking care of my vehicles. They have given important information when needed and always have finished servicing my car in a timely manner. Tracy is very friendly and even offered me transportation to/ from the shop. Having someone you can trust to give you honest and fair service for your vehicles is extremely important. Papillion Tire does just that.

A nice yet small neighborhood dog park in Bellevue off of fort crook rd. This is a private dog park owned and run by the Subaru dealership- so you do have to follow their rules. Beardmore Freedom Dog Park.Pros:-mostly grass (for now anyway-more large dog use could change this)-not currently muddy, which could evolve with more use in future -benches and poop stations with waste receptacles, nice study looking fencesCons:-no shade, as the trees planted are very new -no current parking, we just parked in the nearby neighborhood about 400m away- although we have seen people use the customer parking for Subaru. -smaller than other Omaha dog parks, max capacity 20 dogs to run and fetch comfortably -no divider for large and small dogsGlad to have another dog run here in Omaha!

I work for a local vehicle dealership and had a customer wanting a unique add-on to their van. I called Jones Automotive about this accessory, and while my customer didn't end up purchasing the van in the end, the experience I had here will make sure I DO use them in the future. I called initially and spoke to Scott Suter, who walked me through what all adding this accessory would entail. I ended up driving down to their shop to have him look at the vehicle, where Scott even showed me a couple different options to save my customer money. I really appreciate all his help. He was professional, very kind, and I couldn't help but notice the Pro-Blue all around the shop. These guys have a great business model. I look forward to getting to know them and getting to work with them.

Hamilton "repaired" my husband's skid loader, and the repair was terrible. I have never welded, but I could have done a better job. The worst part was that Hamilton saw the poor work and not only refused to correct it, but charged a premium for the poor service. Overall terrible. Would recommend others go elsewhere.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a used Honda Pilot. When leaving the grocery store, we noticed they had a nice looking pilot on the lot, so we stopped to look at it. We called to ask for the price, mileage and if it was available. We were told it was $14,995. We went home to feed the kids and then returned to test drive. Side story here, two weeks prior we had bought a nightmare Honda pilot from a dealership in Minnesota. Upon returning home, we noticed loud sounds when turning. We quickly had it looked at by a local mechanic and to our horror were asked to return to the shop. He couldn't fix the rear differential because the pilot was so rusted that he believed the whole bottom of the pilot would fall off. We paid $15,777 for this 2015 pilot. Fortunately West End Lincoln took the Honda pilot back, and cancelled the contract. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks ago when we started the process of buying the Honda pilot from O'Daniel. Evan, our sales person, told us the pilot was 15,995. We said that was not the price told to us over the phone. They said they'd honor the price given to us. So he ran our credit 7 times that evening. The auto sales program used by dealerships was down, so it was taking a long time. We left, being told we would get the pilot, it was just going to take longer. My husband called the next day to check on the progress of the purchase. No update was available. Another day went by and he called again. That's when he spoke to the sales manager and was told to be patient. So a few days go by, then a week. Not a word. Then to our shock, it shows up on my cars.com app listed at $17,995.Now I'm a little angry and our credit was pulled roughly 12 times only to be treated like trash by a dealership that had no interest in selling a car to our family. We both have average credit. A major reason all the banks were saying no, is because we had a new, active car loan showing up on our credit report. We clearly should've waited longer to give time for the new car loan to fall off. I've been driving my husband to and from work for over a year now. Not because we can't afford a second vehicle, we had one, that was totaled in a mishap. My husband works 6 days a week, it's hard to find the time to go to a dealer when they're closed on his only day off. We aren't trashy poor people. We're just trying to get by in a crappy economy where used cars are priced too high, interest rates are insane, and average credit isn't good enough. 3 years ago, I bought a nice Nissan Armada from Willie's Nissan in Des Moines. Same credit score, 3 times the price. We were treated with kindness and respect. In the future, we will buy from Willie's.West end Lincoln sold us a rust bucket that was unsafe to drive. Then O'Daneil treated us like poor people that weren't worth their time, or good for the money. If you're trying to buy the white Honda pilot listed for $17,995 with about 115k miles on it, just know that they offered it to us, for $14,995. And if you don't have perfect credit, they will treat you like a basement dweller. I will never purchase from O'daneil. Below is the worksheet given to us and agreed upon by O'Daniel and Evan.V I N # 5FNYF4H5XEB025005Note, I have tried to post my review on Google, and it will not post.

I always get my service done here for my Chevy, as I get some good coupons in the mail.I can get in really quickly too! They're really fast so I just work from the lounge and enjoy the complimentary pop and snacks, and whatever daytime tv is on. Last visit I came in, and they suggested I get my brakes done. I got a quote, and then compared it with a few other brake places around town, and Woodhouse was the best price! Plus I had a coupon, so I feel great about my service. They aren't overly pushy or salesy, and give good honest feedback. I will continue to get my service done here.

"Not a typical car buying experience. Adam did great in recognizing that research was done. I was shopping for a newly transplanted Omahan. Located online with the features that were needed. The vehicle was cleaned and ready upon arrival (great approach) and greeted us genuinely. Even with Adam's efforts, we were there for hours. We effectively took his entire day. Sorry. The end result was a successful sale. The buyer is happy and you can't put a price on that."
"We came in for our 370Z Nissan (without an appointment..) service took us right away ..said about a 45 minute wait..their "app" allows us to track the progress on our car at any time during the service and we sat in comfy lounge chairs with a couple TVs to watch ..fresh popcorn, snacks, pop, water, coffee, tea....just like home...very quiet and relaxing area while we wait ..separate glass walls area for kids (with a door you can close...a win) very clean and tidy....but do not come in if you are "weak" those cars in the showroom are GORGEOUS...we had to look away! It took 35-40 min!!! Awesome job..super quick!"
"They are in the middle of construction right now. But they have a greed are out on the drive who watches to see if you were looking for how to pull into the quick lane and guide you in. It was fast I got my oil changed in less than an hour.. On a Saturday, while we were under construction. The service is efficient. . Clean facility. And you get a free car wash.. that you can drive through yourself. And the restrooms are clean!"
"I'm about a year late making this review. I wanted to make it on your Facebook page but I couldn't figure out how to so I'm leaving it here. Dave did an outstanding job getting the 2002 Ford F-150 for my husband, Ricky. Upfront, to the point and no messing around. I would highly recommend Dave to purchase a vehicle from. One year later and the truck is just what he wanted, runs great and handles great out on these gravel roads we are on. Just wanted to say thank you Dave."
"Wow, I wish I would've looked at the 1 Star reviews for the past 2 years! How do they stay in business? My husband has always driven a Hyundai & had all the repairs done at the dealership. Well, not anymore! We're done with this dealership & the rip off mechanic repairs. We took our 2016 Hyundai Elantra in for a new transmission after 120,000 miles. $4,000 for a rebuilt with 1 year warranty. After 8 months it started to slip again. We had to wait 4 weeks to take it in. They blamed it on a cracked front bumper that cracked the transmission fluid box. They sent pictures. There is no scrapes or scuffs on the box or sub frame. Our insurance wouldn't even cover the repair with this non-sense! They said we would have to pay another $4,000 for another rebuilt transmission. We asked to talk with the manager. We were told they would put on a new fluid box & run a diagnostic test to be sure the transmission was good. Why wouldn't they run a diagnostic test the 1st time to be sure the transmission wasn't good when they told us we have to pay $4,000 again for another rebuilt? They called us the next day to say it's still not working. At this point we're not getting it fixed, but have to pay $800 for the fluid box (they can't put it back in the box) & $250 for the diagnostic test. They're terrible for not covering their warranty! My family will never come here again."
"I really like this dealership. The service that I've had with Jake in sales and Carreo in service has always been extremely helpful, kind and quick. When I went to look for cars, they offered help in finding the right one that fit my needs and my budget. The signing process was smooth. When I returned to get a replacement key fob, was also a smooth and quick process. When I've needed to drop my car off for service, they've had awesome loaners that I didn't want to give back, haha. the one thing I'd say is a miss with this location are the amenities, any other car dealership I've been to there's at least coffee and some snacks while you wait if you're in the service department but here they have only a vending machine so you have to buy your own and a small area to wait. Not a huge deal because I'd rather have good service and friendly and helpful sales, but it is an important point when you might have to be at the dealership for a while."
"Went to Joe's Karting the day before Thanksgiving for a small group function. It was 12 of us and Joe's opened early so we could go in and race against one another. When you arrive, you'll fill out a "racer" profile on the computer. Once registered, the staff will take your photo, pay your money, get your safety brief and get ready to race. Six (6) people are able to race at a time. Each race is 15 laps around a decent sized course. Karts were surprisingly fast. Staff was very helpful and informative. Everybody got to race twice and the event was thoroughly enjoyed by all. I would rate the cost to be moderate to expensive based upon what you are accustomed to. One race is $15.00, two races $28.00, three race pack $40.50 plus you have to pay a $3 daily membership fee if you don't have an annual membership ($7.00). Group rates for 10+ members are available in advance Karts are loud, there are some fumes and your clothes will smell like gas, but that's racing.Enjoyed the activity and would go back, but would look to maximize discounts in order to cut costs."
"When I purchased tint on Groupon from them, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised he was able to get me in just two days after I called. He finished my front two windows in an hour and for an amazing price. Highly recommend!"
"Dallas Ottemann was very nice to work with; he was helpful and friendly. I bought a car remotely from Virginia and he helped me take care of everything over the telephone. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Honda of Lincoln to friends and family. My car buying experience was stress free and very easy, even when buying from 1,200 miles away!"
"These guys are dope! I needed a replacement stereo for a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country and there was definitely no shortage of them around the country. I sent off about a dozen requests for pricing with shipping late one night via email and only heard back from a few companies since most of them don't really use email. A-1 was the cheapest part and the cheapest shipping. Called up and spoke to Tim and he shipped my order the same day, and I received it a few states away just 2 days later. Amazing. Will literally try to find my future car parts from A-1 before looking elsewhere."
"I needed a specific part, or I needed to cobble together something. Tyler had my exact part posted on his website. Made the call, got the part for a reasonable price and reasonable shipping. It arrived perfect. It's just what I want, just what I needed, and I'd definitely do business with Road Rage Bike Works again. Not only did I get my part, but customer service was awesome. Imagine that, customer service in this time! Thanks Travis!"
"Excellent to work with and best price for a totaled car. I called several places and the gave and honored several days later, the best price."
"Was in Omaha for a baseball tournament and decided that I had been driving on borrowed time with my over worn tires. It was a Sunday and Nandos was open. Not only did they have my tires but it was an incredible value. I had called Discount Tire back in Colorado to set an appointment and they gave me a price of $1200. Nandos got me out the door in 30 minutes for just over 500 with four new tires on my BMW 330i. I would recommend these guys to anybody! Super nice people, reliable and affordable."
"I have to admit that Edwards Kia wasn't my first choice of local dealerships during our last search for a new car. Although this dealership wasn't as "polished" as the other Kia dealer across town...they sure made it up with customer interaction. The car buying experience was actually pleasant and was treated better in comparison. I've also had a chance to use their service department and received the same excellent service.I'd definitely add this to your list of dealers if you're ever in the market for a new Kia."
"Very helpful staff. Efficient process. Video from tech very appreciated and what an innovative customer service tool! I felt I was notified fairly regularly. I appreciated getting a clean car back with all recalls very thorough addressed even though the car wasn't purchased in house. Great experience with seamless rental care service that was convenient to my work. Honestly first rate experience."
"Great experience! Mark Austin was my salesman and he was terrific. 1st time buying a car on my own and also from out of state. I live in KC and was communicating with Mark on the phone for a few weeks until I was able to come look at it. When I got to Omaha all the staff in the dealership were very friendly. Sasha helped with the financing and we were out of there in a few short hours. There are a few very small chips that I asked to be covered so we set up an apt. for when I'm in town next. I've loved everything about the car so far! Mark was very knowledgeable about all the different tech specs and gave me a great run down on everything in the car."
"Amazing dealer! We worked with Derek out there. Found out that this dealer try's to help out all customers by not selling there trade in to other dealers. They will keep them and try to sell them to customers that are looking for a cheap car, or sometime a project car. So for any budget they work amazing. The dealership is huge and has a amazing shop inside."
"The service repair in this shop is so poor. It's been more than a month already now as of this writing and our bmw x7 wasn't released and still stuck in their shop. They've been calling with their defensive kind of reasoning (we forgot to check this and that, the spare part wasn't ordered yet etc ) which I found very disappointing and the way they manage the repair is so slow and I honestly lost the confidence in bmw. Is this how they will treat you after car sale?"
"Wow. Simply amazing. I was originally in touch with joel about a car I wanted to purchase. I wanted to bring it in and verify if I was to be getting a good deal. I called again a week later and spoke with someone else and they said I could bring in said vehicle no problem.I arrived today and I was surprised! Like a mom and pop shop, but mom stepped out for a bit. Very down to Earth and understanding. these guys deal only with foreign cars. VW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, etc...I saw an awesome Merkur XR4Ti. Message me if you son't know how cool that is.A really great shop that is second to none and if not for them, I don't know if I would have my new used car. Reasonable estimates and a great demeanor.I would love to say I can't wait to come back, but I know I will be and I have to save money for that.Overall, a great value and no BS. I shall be loyal"
"Excellent and speedy service! I elected to wait while my hitch, wiring and ball was installed which only took about half an hour. The waiting area was very nice equip with tv, coffee, newspapers, etc. The employees were very friendly and helpful! After my vehicle was finished they showed me how the wiring worked and even tested it to show the turn signals and brake lights were working."
