Burton & Tyrrell's Flowers

Thank you for taking great care and providing a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day.

From out of town, so I decided to go through a local florist. Burton and Tyrells was recommended, so I went to their website and ordered my flowers. Fortunately, I came to the funeral and saw my flowers. The way the card was written up, it was obvious that a person did not look at it to make sure that it was correct. There were five families in together on this bouquet, and all the names ran together, like one word, no spaces. It was super difficult to even tell whose names were on the card, and it was even run together with the message that I left on there Ex: celebrating her victorybill&sherrywright. Super disappointed. Also, the bouquet was pretty small for what I paid for it.

I want to add my voice to the rave reviews for Burton and Tyrrell's Flowers. I needed an arrangement sent for a memorial service in Lincoln. I live near San Francisco. Trusting the Yelp reviews, I ordered the arrangement online. And, I attended the service online. The flowers were beautiful. The family called the arrangement "absolutely stunning." Reassuring to know that you can trust a business over the miles. I am thoroughly impressed, over a thousand miles away. Thank you, B & T!

I'm from Oregon and wanted to send my niece some flowers for a special occasion. I picked Burton Tyrell's Flowers from the internet. I called and talked to Gary and gave him a budget and let him design the flowers, same day delivery. They are stunning. If I ever have to use a florist from Lincoln, NE again I will be calling Gary, hands down.

After a phone call to another Lincoln florist who was clearly annoyed that I was calling to order a funeral arrangement for a co-worker's father the week of Valentine's Day, I went back and found B&T. Gary was an absolute professional, taking all the time to accurately and completely take my order and reassure me that it would be beautiful and delivered the afternoon before the visitation, as we are located in TN. My new go-to florist for delivery to anyone in the Lincoln area! In the middle of the V-Day rush, he was polite and thoughtful, a clear reflection of a superb-quality business.

I got married in a Small Backyard Wedding on 8/8/20 due to COVID and met with Gary back in June and sent pictures of what I wanted, etc. Flowers were delivered on time and were everything I wanted. My Wedding flowers were Sunflowers. Gary also added in some flowers that were growing at his house that he thought were nice and matched our scheme. Would definitely go back to Burton & Tyrrell's Flowers!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Burton Tyrrell's flowers. We needed several different types of arrangement for an event and I called in, gave them a direction we were looking to go, and they did all the work from there. Everyone at the event complimented the flowers and they were very accommodating of my budget. The value for the cost exceeded my expectations by far. The flowers were extremely beautiful. What a great experience I had with Gary at Burton Tyrell Florists. I asked for purple and Texas Blue Bells. He nailed it. Sent to a Friends who had lost their Daughter same Date I had lost my daughter. Gary made a suggestion for the enclosed card that was perfect for the occasion. After delivery Gary called me to let me know the arrangement had been delivered and my friends reaction. What a lovely person. I HIGHLY recommend

I live out of state and my cousin recommended Burton & Tyrrell's to order flowers for a family funeral. I called looking to buy a large peace lily. The woman who answered the phone struggled with hearing me so I had to repeat and spell everything. I asked if they would deliver to the funeral home for the visitation and she had to ask someone. (Is this not standard protocol?) I gave her the name and address of the funeral home and she said "I think I have everything now." I replied: "You haven't asked for the name of the deceased." She said she didn't need it because the funeral home would know. I then asked how they would know if they were handling multiple funerals....she replied, "Oh." I ended up cancelling the order and placed it elsewhere.

I ordered flowers for my mom who lives in Lincoln. I am in Utah so I wasn't able to go and see what the arrangement looked like, which always makes me a bit nervous. I spoke with someone on the phone who mentioned they might not have all the flowers in the picture I was looking at online, but they assured me they would take good care of my mom and keep with the overall color and theme. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers. They were even more beautiful then the picture!! They were a gorgeous, full arrangement and absolutely perfect! I am so grateful for such wonderful customer service, especially when I couldn't be there myself. I would definitely use this florist again!
