As a response to Jeff, the owner of a business who has conspicious business practices and defaults to defensive postures not related to facts, which you ironically didn't dispute. I wasn't attacking you for being kind, I'll emphasize again why I was critical of your business practices as other reviewers previously warned. Securing somebody's business by gladhanding, look up the term; is why I'm dissatisfied. Your immediate assurance that the work could be accomplished easily as you described the techniques of repair followed by repeated admissions that the deductible could be worked around. This deductible was not the priority of my selecting your company. It was one of many factors. Since it was a new truck my priority was the experience and knowledge of repair. Gladhanding, look up the term; is what I'm critical of. Your word is your reputation. Multiple discussions about the repair is what gained my confidence. You had a sign inside the door, assuring customers you worked with deductibles. You had the adjusters estimation prior to working on the vehicle. It was your rush to complete work without the adjusters prior approval that I question. I will compliment your kind demeanor. How you use it is suspicious and might irritate you cause I was stating facts. The truth may have triggered your reaction contrary to facts. If you wouldn't have used your save the deductible spiel first maybe I would understand your defense of business practice. Shortcuts to your defense arguments are routine I see, and perpetuating further lies because you are called out reinforces my complaint about your character or business practice. You attack the truth when it doesn't support your modus operendi. You often defend your business practice stating it's not your responsibility to pay the customers deductible, which I agree. Where we disagree is when your word, promises, kind discussions become misrepresentations. Let me critique further misrepresentations you brought up in your review response. I've made one and only one review critical of another companies business. One in 10 years, calling out unethical business practices. It's not my reputation to summarize unwarranted critiques, other than those who earned them; by as you call them, bait and switch practices. Readers of this review, please read my only other complaint under my reviews. Only one. You however attack those with similar complaints. As you are confused about your other accusation, that you hung up on me because of threats, what threats did I use? You never had any threats, or phone conversation with me; it was your wife I was discussing the charges with and she hung up on me. I was only being certain that your rush to get my money and the insurance payment was addressed so that the supplemental extras you did without approval, would not become my responsibility. So the threats, phone conversation and hang up are delusions in your head. Or the haunting truth! Needless to say the other criticisms I had, which you failed to acknowledge, reinforces the issues why I wasn't satisfied with your practices. My mistake was trusting your word with a smile. Looks good. Finally when It was confirmed that the deductible went from $500 to $400 after trying to appease me after recalculation, you charged me $409. One last grift without explanation. One more hyperbole you misrepresented. I only asked if there was an estimate for completing the work so I could make plans. I dropped off the truck on Monday for scheduled service on Tuesday. I received a call Friday morning to pick up the truck. At best you had it three days to work on. Just cause your kindness spiel may be polished, try a little compound on those business practices.

I had the pleasure of Jeff taking the time to meet me at the shop after normal business hours, due to recent snowfall making me unable to come out on scheduled appt. He took care of my door ding after an afternoon drop off with an evening pickup, while he lingered at the shop, perhaps just waiting on me. The value of my visit was well worth the time, and I wholeheartedly encourage you to give this Bellevue business a try. Pastor Rordy

Jeff is a master and perfectionist at PDR. I brought my car in with a creased dent/ding in the driver's door from a shopping cart on a Friday morning before work. I wasn't able to drop the car off that day so Jeff worked around my schedule and came in on a weekend to fix the dent and buff out several scratches.Simply put, your dent will be fixed to look like it was never there for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Jeff, for the help!

I had the misfortune of calling this body shop recently, and I must say, it was a shockingly appalling experience. As I began to discuss the services I required, the conversation took a detestable turn when I mentioned my nationality, Brazilian. What followed was a torrent of racist remarks and profanity from JEFF.Not only did this person use derogatory language, but they also had the audacity to suggest that people of Brazilian descent should "go back on a bus." Such blatant racism and disrespect are completely unacceptable in any context, let alone in a professional setting. It's truly disheartening to encounter such bigotry in this day and age.Needless to say, I was left feeling disgusted and appalled by the behavior of this establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before supporting a business that condones and perpetuates such hateful attitudes. Discrimination has no place in our society, and businesses that engage in it should be held accountable for their actions. In conclusion, my experience with this body shop was not only disappointing but deeply disturbing. I urge the management to take immediate steps to address this issue and ensure that such reprehensible behavior is never tolerated again.
