I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but it would have at least been nice to not have to request something as basic as toilet paper. There was an empty roll of cardboard in the restroom, nothing else. The sheets don't fit the bed, and they had many cigarette burns, spots of who-knows-what, and long dark brown hairs all over the pillows and mattress. But, the air conditioning worked just fine, so that was nice.

It's not great, and it's not super clean. But for being within walking distance (for the most part) of downtown Lincoln, it's not bad and it's pretty cheap.Sure, our room had wallpaper peeling off and stains on the walls and ceilings. And, being awakened at 6am by a crying child in the next room that no on seems to be trying to quiet down is never fun. But for $45 a night, when so many nearby places to stay are wanting $100 or more, it met our needs. It was just a place to sleep, not a place to hang out. I have to give kudos to the guy in the office for his honesty. When I called to make a reservation, he warned me that the air conditioning was not working and that he couldn't guarantee it would be fixed before our arrival. (It did ended up being fixed in time, though.)

I don't like the fact that in order for me to take a bath I had to buy my own plug and I think there are bedbugs cause I was there last night and tonight I saw bedbugs in my bedroom!

Stayed in this motel in early July 2011. We moved from PA to Lincoln, NE and stay here for 2 weeks looking for an apartment. Dennis was very helpful. Although service is minimum but cheap ($250/7 days) and quiet. Bathroom, air conditioner, TV and beds were good. Very convenient to downtown by bus, bustop just around the corner. A Mexican restaurant was next to it. Burger King is one block away. It helped me to lower my transition bill.
