Buddy's Towing Omaha

Please do not trust this business! A truck hit my husband's parked car and landed on top of the hood today due to freezing rain. The owners of the truck contacted this towing service, and they told my husband that they work with the police. They insisted that my husband had to provide his information and insurance, claiming that they were going to tow the truck. We absolutely refused to give any information until we saw a police officer because of obvious reasons. My husband speaks and understands English, so we know what conversation they had with the truck owner. After being rude, both parties just left without a word.... Interesting! My question is why didn't the towing service representative take the truck when they claimed they would at that moment! I called the police hours ago, and I understood that police were busy at that moment we were waiting patiently, they just didn't have time to come right away. When the police finally arrived, it turned out there was no need for my insurance! The officers explained everything in detail. I could say much more, but I'll stop here. People, please do not trust this towing company!

On 1/17/24 Joseph jump started my SUV. Wonderful service! Answered my questions and was very appreciated!

Damien White came to assist me with switching out my flat tire with the spare. His response time was super quick and he kept me informed of his ETA. Excellent customer service! Very informative, showed me some things about my car I didn't know and changed the tire from start to finish 10 min max. 10/10 recommend.

I called AAA and Buddy's came within 10-15 minutes. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

These guys towed my van for expired plates. They just winched it onto the flatbed without lifting or putting it on rollers. Also they put a huge dent in the door. Criminal level incompetence at minimum. They also seem to have a racket going with certain local police officers. Note that it's either 1 star or 5 star with these guys which implies friends and family posting the only positive reviews.

I watched a buddy's towing flatbed truck makes several dangerous and illegal moves when they were driving on 192nd St., July 7 about 5:30 PM. Twice this huge truck got into turn lanes passed up all the traffic going straight and cut off the drivers going straight and veered back into their lanes, my family were in 3 cars going to dinner and we all commented on the dangerous driving, I wish a cop would've been around!

Company is a joke they treat their employees like crap they lie about everything they don't keep their word on anything they say ! They steal their employees money out of their paychecks , they let there drivers drive without a license. And so many more !!

Divers lied multiple times to AAA Dispatch stating they had contacted me when they never did, couldn't locate the vehicle when it hasn't moved since the first service call, stated that I personally talked to a driver and told them I didn't have any legal documentation to prove the vehicle was mine (which I do, and again never spoke to anyone at Buddys) and just in general gave me a very hard time trying to recover my vehicle in an already stressful situation. I have had to file complaints with both AAA and The BBB, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this tow companys service.

Nicole fro Buddy's Towing came to rescue us. She tried a number of tricks to help, was very patient and even offered to stay with us for another hour while we waited for our son. She was terrific.

Came out of Pitch in Dundee last night to find my car had been towed by Buddy's Towing. They are in some kind of racket with Pizza Hut (which is, by the way, filthy inside). Not only did they tow our car, but by the time we discovered their dirty deed, they were in the process of towing the car of a mom and her three little kids who had just run across to Pitch to pick up a carry out pizza. Come on Dundee. Get your act together. Will never go to any businesses in Dundee again for fear of some other petty, parking prescript.
