I went in all banged up and bleeding from falling on my ebike. The receptionist was very professional and had a sense urgency as she checked me in. I was seen right away by a friendly and caring team member. I began to have a panic attack and faint and all the staff that assisted me were very kind, supportive and understanding. That wasn't my first visit there and I would def go again if needed

The receptionist was cold as ice. There was no compassion to be found in her. I saw her on 9/10 at about 9am in the morning. Both the Nurse and the Doctor made polite excuses for her. There is no excuse for treating patients unkindly. When people are ill they are in a vulnerable place. When I spoke up for myself, after an unfair accusation made by the receptionist, she told me I should go somewhere else, she said this twice. I asked her if she could show some compassion, she of course refused and said she was just doing her job. That is not what you say to a sick patient. Although the Dr. and Nurse were kind and helpful, the receptionist really colored my experience. I guess in the end I need to have compassion for her, anyone who treats people with such absolute coldness in manner and demeanor must be suffering herself.

I could not have had a better experience- well minus the rash that threatened to take over my body. Original trip was to urgent care where I was treated in a timely manner and felt like I was getting great information-- Not a fan of going to docs but was impressed enough that I made appointment for new patient status. Fast forward and things still weren't right and was able to get in again with doc even though I hadn't gone through "new patient" hoop. It's a big operation so you have to expect rules that can't be bent.Extremely helpful receptionist for urgent care - others were great- she went above and beyond.

We took our son there to get some x rays of his shoulder And we were very impressed with the Staff And doctor who took care of him. Extremely nice and helpful with finding a sling that works best for him and making sure he was comfortable

They ONLY care about COVID. I went to the walk-in clinic with all the symptoms of a sinus infection. The symptoms had been present for 4+ days. I explained my symptoms and my medical history (millions of sinus infections all cured by a quick antibiotic). I asked her if we could please skip the covid test since I have not been exposed. The PA at Bryan Urgent Care Southeast chose to completely disregard my wishes and my medical history and went so far as to pull up a chart to show me my symptoms are also symptoms of the coronavirus. I pointed out these are also all symptoms of strep throat and the flu to illustrate the double standard she is applying to this visit. I explained I didn't want to pay for a test I did not find medically necessary. At this point, the PA essentially told me to pack up and hit the door. She refused to provide any medical support once I told her I didn't want a coronavirus test. It was very disappointing to receive such poor care from a Bryan facility. I will be sure to never return to Bryan Urgent Care Southeast.

I went here because I had an asthma attack out of state and both of my inhalers were out. The staff was very kind and professional and I felt very safe and cared for. I highly recommend going here! Dr. Jeff Baker is such a lovely physician!

If you need a Covid-19 test in Nebraska, then you don't need to go to one of these clinics - you can sign up online at https://www.testnebraska.com/en and you can receive a Covid-19 test in your car (whether you have a new car or a used Lexus). Why expose yourself to air that has possibly been exposed to Covid-19 ? The air in your car is probably safer.I went to this clinic on 1/7/2021 before reading a YELP review which mentioned that this place seems to only care about Covid-19. As a Diabetic I should have done more investigating before attempting to stop by a Clinic for a Medical Issue - after my primary care physician's hours were over as per my insurance - I should do this before going to the Hospital Emergency Room. Thankfully, I was told by the Nurse that the Doctor would not see me - after she asked me what kind of CAR THAT I DROVE. I do not see the relevance to a Medical Issue and the type of car that a person drives. In frustration, I went to Saint Elizabeth's Emergency Room and they assisted me in a timely manner and answered my questions rapidly with compassion and most importantly advised me what to do about a previous injury that I had incurred at a Medical Facility earlier in the day.
