I love this business! If I could make them my primary care physician I would in heartbeat. They might be a bit slow sometimes, but the doctors and nurses at Bryan Urgent Care Southwest will truly listen to your concerns and provide you with the best care they can muster!

Fast option if you need to be seen quickly by a doctor, especially on the weekends or later in the day when you Primary care Doctor is not in. I can usually can get in here easier and faster then our regular pediatrician or family doctor for stuff like ear infections. Open M-F 8am-8pm and Weekends 9am-5pm. Not the kind of place you want to go to treat chronic conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, etc. and its NOT an ER, so don't go if your having chest pains or anything but If you have a small cut, or bad cold, or ear infection, or UTI etc, this is a great option to get in and out quick. They bill your insurance just like if you went to your primary doctor so your cost is no different.

I spent a little more time here than I would've liked, but the staff was extremely nice and very professional. It completely made up for the extra 20 minutes or so I was there. 10/10 would go back.

I've been to this location 3 times. Its convenient because its within walking distance of my house. However, out of the 3 times I've been there I was told twice that "We don't do that here". We are not talking about major items. One was a large skin tag I wanted removed. I don't want to pay a dermatologist to do something so stupid and I can't see my doctor when its convenient for me (weekends). I went in and was told "we don't do that". Are you serious?? Give me the scalpel and a little shot of novicaine and I'll do it myself... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do this. Secondly I went in for frequent bloody noses. I needed my nose cauterized. I've had this done at plenty of other urgent care facilities. Takes about 30 seconds. Nurse or PA puts a little silver nitrate on a qtip. Goes up the nose to the blood vessel thats broken and thats it. But not at Bryan Urgent Care. I hear "We don't do that here". Wow. What do you actually do here? The only time I've ever had success here was when I needed a simple prescription for an infection. Thats sad. I know I'll never be going here again...

I have been going to Bryan Urgent Care for at least 2 years now. Which means I wouldn't need my ID since I'm in the system. This morning I felt like crap and headed to the 27th and Pine Lake location. There was some kid in a suit and tie as the receptionist. First of all, he didn't look happy to be there at all, and second he didn't look like he knew what he was doing. I called the 86th location previously to me going to the 27th location and they said I didn't need my ID since I've been going for a while. This kid wouldn't budge on me not having my ID as I'm over here coughing and short of breath. So I had to leave and drive 15 min out of my way to come to the 86th location. How pathetic.

Currently disputing a bill. My wife and 2 kids went in for a "Free" Covid and flu test and then we received a $500 bill weeks later for 3 office visits despite them saying they only want a covid test. To boot, the office visits were billed as 30-45min visits, even though they took place concurrently. Clearly a double - dip and bill for services not requested. I hope Bryan Health can resolve this in a reasonable manner.

If you need a Covid-19 test in Nebraska, then you don't need to go to one of these clinics - you can sign up online at testnebraska.com/en and you can receive a Covid-19 test in your car (whether you have a new car or a used Lexus). Why expose yourself to air that has possibly been exposed to Covid-19 ? The air in your car is probably safer.

Went in with a injured foot. Had to go to another facility to get X-rays then return. BP was 170/110 because of pain and I was told to stay off my foot and it wouldn't hurt. Sent me on my way. What a joke of a place.

Daughter was vomiting every 5-10 minutes for the last hour and a half which had escalated over the course of 5 hours. Brought her to urgent care as I was getting concerned and knew that we needed an anti emetic shot of some kind. Instead of assisting with the naseau, they told us to go to the ER because she was dehydrated. . . . . In 5 hours you don't get dehydrated by vomiting which is not accompanied by diarrhea, especially when the vomiting is during a time when she would not normally be drinking anything. Stopping the vomiting would have helped. Telling me to go to the ER doesn't. So much for Urgent or Care.
