all the staff were so nice and accommodating. they took multiple tests to know what was going on and were very helpful with making me feel comfortable and explaining the medication I would be using.

I waited for over 2 hours just for her to come tell me that they're unable to diagnose the condition I had! Garbage service! Care quality was absolutely trash! The type of care was very bad they didn't even care about my time or suffering!

Poorly educated Doctors, poor service, poor patient care. I caught the nurse on the phone lying to me about calling in a prescription that was needed for an appointment they made for me with a Urologist. When i called the woman out on her lies she became angry and defensive. They sent me a certified letter in the mail notifying me that i can no longer recieve treatment at Bryan Medical. I also ended up having to call the Urologist to get the prescription called in by them instead of my own Doctor.If you value your health and time stay away from this place. Its amateur hour at Bryan North. I will post a photo of the letter and a clarification as to what exactly transpired as soon as i get some free time.

When my husband had a kidney stone and was in excruciating pain. They got him right in and tested him. Then sent him over to the ER as quickly as they could.

This place is a joke. i have gone at least 4 times to get a Uti fixed and they lie and say they've sent a prescription but when i go pick it up, it's never even been called in. they don't care about patients or have any consideration for the pain i'm dealing with. and i'm not convinced they have any real education either.

Why expose yourself to air that has possibly been exposed to Covid-19 ? The air in your car is probably safer.
