Bryan Medical Center West Campus

I was here on January 6th for a procedure recommended by my physician. The appointment was made several weeks in advance. It was easy to get checked in. The staff were professional and efficient. This was my first time at Brian west as a patient. I don't like being in a hospital as a patient, but my brief visit was a pleasant one. Shoutout to my friend Sharene for giving me a ride.

My mom received the best care. Even though she was sedated, they constantly asked her how she was and talked her through everything they did. For us, they told us a lot and even updated us frequently. Our nurse Heather was amazing!

My daughter went there tonight and the staff was totally rude! And this is not the first time! I have chronic migraines and I get them 25/30 days. They always are on the pain scale between an 8 to a 10. Well anyway the nurse had an attitude saying my migraines are always an 8. Um, excuse me you don't know how I feel! If I tried everything at home and they didn't work why would I even go there otherwise?? I'm sorry it's not a hobby to visit the jerks at the hospital! Why do they care anyway?...they still get paid! If you have anything wrong...I recommend going to Bryan East or even St. Elizabeth!

This review deserves zero stars. They are not concerned about patient care. The room was filthy. The staff was condescending and lacking in empathy.
