Brite Ideas Decorating

Purchased lighting mounts from their website that came incomplete. Discussed with their customer service department, left numerous voicemails, and I'd get email replies 2 to 3 weeks later. 2 months later, they did not end up shipping out the correct product so I'm out money and do not have what I needed for the holidays. Terrible customer service that won't stand behind there product, specifically Jonathan O'Malley, their VP of operations. Be wary unless you're positive you'll get what you need! Sleezy return policy as well.

If you're going all out on lights and want something super bright to keep the neighbors awake or to make a statement at your business to flag in oncoming traffic, this is the place! I could spend a fortune here if I had it! What a great selection of lights and specialty sculpted decorations! If you're looking for something cheap you probably won't find it here though. Even if just to get some ideas, still check it out! We found a couple small things while walking the showroom. Truthfully, this is probably where Linden Estates does most of their lighting purchases. You have to see it!

I have been installing Brite Ideas for 20 years. I have seen this company evolve and truly appreciate the support that they give their dealers. They have gone far above and beyond for me, and have been phenomenal to work with. Their showroom is a great place to explore, and feel the magic of the lights as well. I highly recommend them and the products.

I don't ever use Yelp but this made me download it... I was shopping around for led lights around 12:45 I couldn't find the right ones so I waited outside for a ride... A young man who drove the trucks approached me and told me that I needed to leave "his" property. I stayed there because I am a customer... The young man (Who drives a white Chevy) approached me again Super disrespectful and said I'm trespassing and that I need to leave even though I was waiting for my friend to pick me up. And I told him I am a customer I have every right to stay here. And he told me you better start walking... so I didn't want to cause any conflict so I walked to the gas station right across from the store. I called the store to try to sort this out and they said there were no managers to talk to. For now on you will no longer be getting me or my family's business. Thank you bright idea Decoration

There's really no need to drive all over town to look at holiday lights when you can just walk around Brite Ideas! They have so many decorative selections of lights to choose from.

This is a must visit! They have commercial grade products, at residential pricing. You'll find items you didn't even know existed for your home, neighborhood, HOA and your business. Talk to Kurt and Jenny Albertson for a personalized experience. They'll open your eyes to the possibilities at very reasonable cost!

Brite Ideas has a decorative lighting product line but it's expensive and low quality. Strands for exterior framed lighting have a 1 year warranty and last about that long. I've had to replace numerous strands each year and one of the female staff poor customer service skills articulating this no exception position, even when I was quite nice about my predicament. At $30 a replacement strand, there has to be a better product (higher quality) with a longer life. I'm not interested in wasting money and making Brite Ideas owners rich selling me a low quality product. I will have to find a better way, and suggest to those who read this note that you should be prepared to spend much more following your first purchase, replacing expensive strands annually.
