Breakfast Unhinged

Another test experiment for breakfast/lunch. We both have requested waffles, eggs and water to drink. Cute place. All was just...ok.

something good has finally come to lincoln! have you ever heard of a breakfast spot that opens at midnight? after bars/late nights could be a fun place to eat. it's smaller but very cute - decor is on point. they have a cereal wall! there's typically only one server but they do a wonderful job and prices are very reasonable :)

Just discovered this place. In strip by Edgewood Theater, same strip as Great Clips and Cliff's. Yelped "sandwiches near me" and up it popped. Had the Dave - roast beef, bacon, horseradish aoli on marbled rye. Young man working was making bacon as I walked in. How is that no awesome? Sandwich not a huge overstuffed mess, but real roast beef, good proportion. Siide was strawberries, which aren't fresh, but nice to have a choice other than chips or fries. Menu looked good, varied. Open until 8. Good pre or post movie stop! To go containers styrofoam, eh. Easy parking. Young man working chatty. Said they opened in November. Not great signage yet.

We were very pleased with our lunch at Breakfast Unhinged. I am always searching for locally owned breakfast /lunch places in Lincoln- this place was great. I had the French connection-- similar to a Monte Cristo. Delish! Love the ambiance and a great staff. Will come back!

I had the best cinnamon roll waffle I've ever eaten at this little place. They have a startlingly large menu. And the staff were delightfully helpful pointing out the cereal bar, all of the choices for milk, and the various other options for breakfast. If you like breakfast food- especially nostalgic cereal options this is a winner. Cute and cozy. We can't wait to try their lunch options.

Loved everything about this place. Great service. Food was out fast, hit, looked wonderful and tasted better. Atmosphere was great too.

Just wanted everyone to know what to expect: paper plates, plastic forks, 3 tables. Not at all what we expected.One small cooking area - food takes 30 min or more. Coffee from a Keurig, one cup at a time.None of it is bad - but you have to know what to expect.

Very nice staff, love the ambiance and the sandwiches. It's a fun idea for a theme and menu.

Traven was awesome and so knowledgable about his menu. He was so friendly and great to have a conversation with, while making incredible food! The decor was so cozy and perfect for a nice breakfast spot or a spot out after drinking
