Brave’s Kitchen

The beer was great but I feel like the food service is just as slow as Shadows (the previous restaurant) was. I had the Highway MyWay burger and it was good. My wife had the chicken nachos and they were very average and came out cold. It was also SO LOUD in there. It was difficult to have a conversation in there and our ears were ringing when we left.Might go back for a beer on a non peak hour but it'll be hard to go back for a meal.

Came where for lunch on a Sunday with some friends. I like the ambiance of this place. I've driven by the town several times and have not seen this restaurant. I had their traditional wings and my husband had a burger with fried cheese curds. Everything tasted good and the service was prompt and friendly. They have a selection of beers on tab and cocktails. I tried the expresso martini. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised to have found this place.

What a fun place! Hwy 14 and Braves kitchen is right on the edge of Columbus, with great drinks and food! We did a flight with a variety of the Hwy 14 beers. I really liked the Triple Action Mango IPA! For food we did a few appetizers, the ravioli and cheese balls. The cheese balls were probably the best I've ever had! The ravioli was also great. If you are around the area, check this place out! They have a sweet staff and a great patio when the weather is nice. It was really busy when we went so service was a little slower than we would have liked but with being new that is expected! I think this place has so much potential, can't wait to come back!

Tried to go there 4 times, only one of those they were open. Told multiple times they were closed on a Saturday afternoon during a Husker game. There is being short staffed and then there is being out of business. They need to pick which one they are.

10/10 recommend this place! Everything on the menu is delicious. Would definitely recommend the wings and flatbreads!

Skip the food and only come here for a drink. It was terrible. Slow service. Cold food. Very noisy to the extent we could barely talk at our table. Typical bar food at best.

Nice selection of craft beers from blondes to heavier- flavored, that really makes this place stand out for a visit. Food is average bar food without any stand outs. Have burgers, paninis and a few appetizers. Outdoor sitting area is nice and has volleyball. Service is hit or miss but worth a visit if you want a good craft beer.

We entered and had pleasant staff in the beginning, greeting us . By the time we had ordered, my friends and I stayed for an 1.5 hours just waiting. The people around us had gotten their food and were out the door before the staff checked on us. Once we had our food it was cold and too strong of a smell it overpowered our table.

I'm so sorry to have write this review. We were so disappointed in our experience at Brave's Kitchen as the story of the restaurant is wonderful. It is so noisy inside you can hardly talk to your table mates. But the main problem is after waiting a full hour for our food we were told they were backed up in the kitchen......no kidding !!!! We decided to leave and they were kind enough to charge us for our beers that we drank while waiting for dinner. The beer was OK but certainly not great. The manager didn't seem to care less about the poor service. I would never go back.
