Brass Rail

It should be a crime to have this bad of a DJ on Halloween. Drinks are ok, I miss the DJ they used to have. - DJ got better after 12:15 or so. Idk why they couldn't be bothered to play decent music the whole time.

I was leaning against a wall awaiting my fiancé when I was attacked by security. DO NOT GO, they are aggressive and rude.They ended up admitting their mistake and allowing me back inside but that does not change the serious damage to my chest. Please do not risk your safety by attending this establishment.

I recently went to "The Rail" for the first time in a while & it was the same as it always was. As much as I don't want to, I always have a good time when I go. Typical night summed up in this picture.

Fun fun place, but for sure grimy. Pretty cheap drinks, the shots are so small. I really liked the half normal bar half club. They had really fun and bumping music. The security seemed really strict I'm not sure what people were getting kicked out for but it seemed like every two minutes someone was being escorted out.

Do you like the smell of Axe body spray? If so, you'll LOVE this place. We were there in the off-season and even THEN it was obvious that this is the frattiest, most testosterone-laden bar in townThough it wasn't busy, we found a corner that was beyond Minimum Safe Distance from the cluster of fratboys in case more of then showed up and they achieved Critical Mass.We decided to get out of there as quickly as we could. Unfortunately our beers were gigantic (like they are at most college bars, since they cater to people who are trying to get as drunk as possible as fast as possible) so some of the Axe cloud (it's cologne, kiddos, a perfume!) wafted over onto our bodies and soaked into our clothes before we were able to make our escape.

Yeah...not the best bar I've ever been to. A little on the dingy side, and the drinks were overpriced. I admit I was f#$%ing *blitzed* when I got invited here, so I don't remember exactly. But I thought a regular rum and coke in a flimsy plastic cup was like 8 bucks or something (you get a nice one in a glass for 5 or 6 at Jake's).The dance hall in the back is kinda small, but they sometimes have live DJ's, so that's pretty tight. I mean if you're going with some girls (or guys) to have a good time, sure, it's alright. But there are definitely way better places than this. Oh, another thing. The Rail is definitely a haven for bros and frat guys with their sorostitutes. Definitely worth mentioning.

Bar is ok but they have shady cover charge practices. I came in with a group of people. Doorman told me there was a $4 cover charge, so I stepped out of line so I could dig in my purse for cash. Came back through 1 minute letter. Gave a $20 for myself and a friend. Was given $10 back. I said I thought it was $4 cover? He said it's now $5. I get inside, and my sister told me she was charged $3. She was 5 people in line in front of me... Why the discrepancy in charges within such a short amount of time?

Cheap beer. Friendly staff. In town for work on a Saturday so we went to a few bars. Staying at the Cornhusker so only a brief walk, this was the best bar by far. Think a beer was $3 so hot bad even with the dollar tip. Beer in my town is $6 not including tip.Lot of college kids so if that bothers you steer clear. No one was spilling drinks or pushing though. Booths up front to sit at and standing room. Bathrooms in the middle. Dance floor in back with another bar, DJ, some seating, and an upper viewing/standing area. Will make a point to stop in next time I'm in town for work.

FUCK U, lost my phone the bouncer didn't allow me entry because of policy , you guys are literally greedy asshole who only care about themselves .

As the boy John R said, this place is disgusting. Multiple health code violations blatantly seen, just a dirty place overall with unfriendly staff and fair at best drinks. Will be taking my business elsewhere
