Bowling Lake

Much nicer since they updated the fishing area. A decent small lake in the middle of air park with fishing areas available. Also small boats with no motors can be on the lake. Some upgrades to the roads in from NW 48th could be done and other care to make it as nice as the new docks. But overall it's not a bad area lake.

Not an especially pretty place but it's decent for wildlife viewing (water fowl & beavers)

Great place to fish with little kids, great place to picnic, very close to our home, without traveling far out of Lincoln. It's a clean lake, decent fishing, and seems to be relatively unknown at this point. We go there and have lunches or dinners and if the kids don't want to fish with me, they play soccer. There is no playground equipment here, but it's a big, wide open space surrounded by the lake.

Fun place to take the kids and cast a lure or two. The small lake is stocked with various game fish and is very convenient for someone who lives in Lincoln.
