Bo's West

Everything about this was a bad experience. They had no veggie burgers. I opt for a quesadilla. Then they don't make quesadillas after 2 pm. Then I order one of the few things on the menu I can eat and they manage to mess that up. The pretzel bites were saltless. The cheese dip was cold. And then the bites were fried which screwed up the texture horrendously. Everything about this place was awful and slow. Not going here again it's sad

If you're looking for a place to eat in Columbus at 10 PM, Bo's is your option! A Nebraska Cornhuskers' themed bar, they have local and standard beers on tap, a variety of flavored margaritas, and canned/bottled beers as well. The food is your standard bar food: burgers, chicken wings, deep-fried gizzards, pickles, and cheese curds. The server did a good job considering all the tables she was supporting.

45 minute + food wait time. When the bar tender asks about your food, it's a problem. The bar tender was friendly and great even though we just got waters. The brown haired woman with sparkly gold nail polish sat down at the cash register and let out a deep "uhhh". I told her that my friend and I were going to get a refund and go get food elsewhere. She said, "We just dropped some of your food. I can't give you a refund." So I asked, "just a moment ago there were 3 other orders in front of us and we have already waited 45 minutes." She snarking replied, "Well, she just dropped some of your food, and it'll be out soon." I replied, "So I understand, you can't give me a refund because you just dropped some of the food. Why can't you use it for some other order?" As I looked up at about 25 tickets above their grill. She replied, "It's only been 45 minutes. It'll be done soon."I was shocked and am still shocked at such a disdainful lack of customer service by this woman. I decided to take my receipt to the bar tender and let him have the food because he seemed like he deserved it. I will also say the nice young man that works in the grill was trying to help me before the lady with lack of health department standards stepped in to refuse a refund. I can only hope that she doesn't get any of the tip I left and it only goes to the nice staff. $45 dollars wasted-don't waste your time. Or just go for a drink and maybe the liquor store. Don't eat the food. They don't wear hair coverings and gloves seem optional.Ambiance is a typical bar with sports, keno, and table games.

Favorite!! Love wagon wheel, Double punch with grilled chicken!! Wings, nachos, everything!! Tiffany and crew are awesome!!

If you are looking for the best wings in town my money is on this place. I ordered the boneless 20 count with 2 sauces Asian and Thai Chili. Absolutely amazing!

The burgers here are the best you'll find. Every time I talk about Columbus to anyone, I always tell them to drop in at Bo's West.That's my tip to anyone, go to Bo's West, get a burger, you'll never find another one better, anywhere. (and the wings are great too!)

The owner Tiffany is fabulous!!! What a worker!! The staff is amazing as well!! Got stuck here in a snow storm from MI. The best place to be if you're stuck. Drinks and food is wonderful! Highly recommend this places. See you again in 2 wks.

The service is great! We had the mango habanero and honey lime siracha wings, AMAZING!! And the price for drinks was really good
