On Jan 2nd, we made the whirlwind trip to Omaha from Denver, spending just 4 hours on the ground--but it was worth every second. After weeks of research, I found the ONE jeweler in the country (Borsheims) who had the exact discontinued Furrer Jacot ring my husband had his heart set on--right down to the size and specs. The ring was still the one, and the experience was unforgettable. A huge thank you to Borsheims and their incredible team, especially Deb McAtee, who brought so much care and human connection to this moment. We shared our journey with her, and she offered invaluable wisdom from 52 years of marriage--what it means, and the commitment (like flying to Omaha on a random Thursday) it takes to make it thrive. This journey reminded me how powerful human engagement can be in an age where so much of our world is digital. Some things, like love stories and life milestones, deserve the personal touch--and sometimes, that's best experienced in person, where human connection truly shines.

My (now) husband picked out my engagement ring from Borsheims, and he picked a great one! We had to return to Borsheims a few times, once for a resizing and another to pick out our actual wedding rings. The staff are consummate experts at finding you the perfect fit - in shape, style, and size!They also provided a care kit with our ring/s, that included a jewelry cleaning kit, a little ring dish for placing by your nightstand, and even some Borsheims brand colors nail polish.If you want to be treated like a queen yourself, or are a spouse-to-be and looking for the right ring or jewelry for that special someone - definitely make your first stop Borsheims, and you won't have to look any further!

I typically have fantastic experiences with Borshiems and own a handful of pieces that were gifted or picked out by myself. I always find that the sales associates have been attentive to my needs and help me find exactly what I am looking for! Recently, my daughter was gifted a Jellycat stuffed animal from a relative that purchased it from Borsheims online. I can't even begin to explain what a delight it was to see my daughter open this gift. Even for a stuffed animal, Borsheims saw to it that it was wrapped with care and presented in a beautiful way! They offer free shipping too, so there is no losing. I highly recommend gifting from Borshiems!

Located in the Regency Mall where the Marriott Hotel is situated, the parking is plentiful in this complex. The armed security staff looks alert at all times, and provides a safe feeling while shopping for valuable items such as high end watches or rings. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient with potential buyers. The space is very large and the staff keep the store very clean, especially the glass doors. The prices seem reasonable but they will not accept trade in on jewelry unless you purchased the item at their store. Overall a good experience here and I most likely would consider returning when purchasing jewelry in the future.

Absolutely over the moon about my experience today. I stopped in to look into exchanging a gift (sorry jerad) and I didn't know how the process worked, or even how to set that up. I ended up chatting with a very kind, and eager to help saleswoman. She guided me through options and I ended up having a credit, which she helped apply to another item. With all her help I was able to come in and out, and get exactly what I wanted, without feeling like a burden or a bother.This seems to be common place at Borsheims, o matter what you're looking for or how big or small your budget you're very well taken care of.

We've always had stellar experiences at Borsheims! We've worked with Josephine throughout the year and will continue to as long as we're able to! The service is almost always fast and convenient, there have only been a few times I've had to wait 5 minutes or so for help. And let's be honest, who wouldn't love complimentary drinks as you make your way around the store looking at all the gorgeous selections! One of my favorite Christmas experiences so far has been my husband and I searching for gifts while sipping on cocktails, then having Josephine take care of what we needed seamlessly from start to finish! If you find a gift there, they offer complimentary wrapping and do such a nice job of making it look appealing and special. We'll continue to come here as long as we can! Oh, and they offer jewelry cleaning and inspection free of chafge

Absolutely phenomenal experience here. We worked with Barbara Miller from the start - I got my now-wife's engagement ring from Barbara, who helped us find the perfect one. She then helped us find my engagement ring, and then our wedding bands together. All of them are gorgeous and the turnaround was only a few weeks for each of them to get made. It was really nice that we got to customize basically whatever we wanted, from the stone to the elements on the bands and mixing and matching. Barbara was so flexible and understanding, it's really clear she's experienced in working with people to find what they're looking for without pushing anything at all. I felt really comfortable with her throughout the process, and I usually don't feel so at ease with a sales person. It's also really important to me that I felt safe as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. It's unfortunate that this needs to be stated outright, but regardless, Barbara and everyone we encountered at the store treated us just like any other couple. The prices for the rings were all extremely fair, they do trade-ins as well which was fabulous, and the customer service is incredible. I couldn't be happier having chosen Borsheims instead of one of those big name jewelers.

I had such a great experience here yesterday. I stopped in just to browse while traveling and found a menorah for my family. It wasn't very expensive, and I was having it shipped to NJ. The saleswoman that helped me (Michelle) made me feel like I was spending a million dollars. She offered to gift wrap and ship the piece for free and even had a brand new one pulled from the back without me even asking for it. I honestly had a better experience spending $100 here than I did buying a new car. I had so much fun in that one little interaction, I can't wait to come back and shop next time I'm in the area. The selection was really great, especially in the jewelry section, and all the people that work here seemed like they were really friendly and having a great time.

First off, I noticed a group of Santa Clauses and all were White except for one that is Black, in the corner. That was a major red flag. Next, several of the security guards were following me. There are other jewelry stores that treat all races equally and this store isn't it.
