The service repair in this shop is so poor. It's been more than a month already now as of this writing and our bmw x7 wasn't released and still stuck in their shop. They've been calling with their defensive kind of reasoning (we forgot to check this and that, the spare part wasn't ordered yet etc ) which I found very disappointing and the way they manage the repair is so slow and I honestly lost the confidence in bmw. Is this how they will treat you after car sale?

The only reason they have 1 star is because of Hector in Finance. He was the only one willing to work with us and answer our phone calls/emails. My husband bought a WRX from them and we were told that the clutch was replaced prior to being traded into the dealership. My husband drove the car off the lot at 6pm and by 5:30am the next it was broke down. Turns out it was the clutch and the cam carriers was leaking. We called and blamed the clutch on my husband yet the 2 mechanics we had look and the warranty center all said that was NOT caused by my husband. Do you think the dealership paid for any of it or offered to help?? Hell no. They couldn't even provide me with an inspection paper!!! Before you buy from them I advise you to take the vehicle to a mechanic and have them take a look!!!

My dad and I were traveling cross country on our BMW R1200GS's. One of the bikes had a leak from the drive shaft. We stoped at BMW of Omaha dealer and from the get go they took care of us. They diagnosed the issue and helped right away. They understood the urgency of the repair, were more than fair with the price and even gave my dad a loaner bike for a few hrs to explore Omaha while they did the repair. A+ service all the way, if all BMW dealers were this awesome, professional and honest, people would only ride BMW motorcycles.
