I worked with Darrick and Ben, both were quick to communicate and professional.I bought an 2023 M340 and thought the deal was great, both on the BMW and my trade. If I ever trade up, I will be reaching out to BMW of Lincoln right away.

So along with the break light going out in 2 weeks I was unable to register the car on time because the dealership didn't send the title to the DMV until 3 days before my registration due date. The response i got when I called the dealership was basically again "sorry but nothing we can do". This is the only car I own so now if I get pulled over I won't have my registration. Also did talk to Bryan Niebrugge and nothing came of it.

After talking with Chris at BMW of Lincoln for 2 days, I decided to place a hold on a 2018 X3. 2 days later, after asking to place my hold 3 times, I was told my hold was never placed and another customer has a hold on the vehicle now. While I understand Chris wasn't sure about placing holds with out of state customers, he did not expedite my request nor did his manager Aryeh help out at all. Now the X3 is gone and I will never want to buy another vehicle through this dealership due to these shenanigans.Furthermore, there was no concessions to me after they said the vehicle was on hold with another customer. Nothing like "Hey, we have another X3 coming in, and we would love to place a hold on that for you!" or "There is an X3 on the lot with a similar build, what do you think?"Avoid this place until they sort out training their employees and improving customer experience, especially seeing as how this is a BMW dealer, not Ford or Kia!

Never bought a used car over the internet before, but after doing business with Brett B. at Husker BMW Of Lincoln I think I'll be buying all my cars online. Brett was exceptionally helpful. He gave me his personal cell number and put up with my constant stream of texts and emails asking questions. He did a great job keeping on the right people to make sure the deal moved forward. Brett works all hours of the day and night to keep his customers happy!I would never buy a car without having an independent mechanic look at it and they were more then willing to hold the car until my mechanic could inspect it the following day. Everything checked out during the inspection: a few dents, scratches, chips in the windshield. There was one minor inconsistency. The dealer says the tires were new, but the date code indicated they were 2 years old with wear consistent with the age. Exactly what I expected on a used car, but not something I would have noticed even if I inspected the car myself. This is why you get an independent inspection! Quite a few of the bad reviews are just blind trust in the sales presentation or unreasonable expectations. A used car is going to be used. The F&I guy is a little slow on the paperwork, it took several business days to get it all together. There was no effort on my part. They sent a courier service out to my office to get everything signed and notarized, I spent less than 30 minutes on paperwork. On the way back my paperwork got delayed just before memorial day weekend by FedEx. Brett spent an hour at the FedEx depot helping them find it so he could ship my car that Saturday rather than waiting until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. That is going above and beyond if you ask me!All said it took two weeks from when I committed to buy the car to when it was delivered to my doorstep. (Took another week for the title.) I spent less than 30 minutes doing paperwork and Brett took care of the rest. They didn't try to sell me VIN etching, security stickers, or any of the other shady car dealer accessories. They did offer an extended warranty, which I declined without issue. The doc fee was a bit on the high end at $399. In the end buying from Husker BMW Of Lincoln saved me about 15% over buying from a dealer in Seattle, and the car was in much better condition then what was available here.

BMW of Lincoln stood by their product and was very professional in their resolution of my issue. Also their car passed an inspection from my mechanic, I would buy another car from them.

Just had an absolutely AMAZING experience with the ladies and gentlemen of BMW Lincoln. It cannot be overstated just how streamlined and efficient their process was. We weren't even there for 1 hour! I don't know if any of you reading this have ever leased a vehicle before, but if you have, then you know that getting out in less than one hour has never been done before. We will definitely be returning to buy another car in the future and will recommend to all friends and family. Thanks again Lincoln BMW! You guys are amazing!!

Not only did they misdiagnose a problem, but they Broke my car, refused to fix it, then wanted to charge me $7,000. Never returned my calls so I had to get a ride to them just to get answers. Ended up towing it to a local shop who fixed what the BMW tech broke, correctly repair the problem, paid less than $1,500, but I got my car back from the local shop in two days. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!

urchased a 2014 Acura MDX, in the we owe paperwork, they promised the car to be buffed and remove swirls (the car is black). They told us to come back the following day that the car would be polished/buffed. We drove back and forth from Omaha, took couple days off work to go back and forth. Upon arrival the car was not polished/buffed by any means. They just washed it and spray some paint gloss enhancer. They kept saying it was polished/buffed but there were water spots and sticky residue on the vehicle. Instead of offering to send it back since the service wasn't done! They just kept saying I'm sorry. They have 30 days to complete the service promised in the we owe. On top of that, the finance department (I don't want to include names) was very rude once we told them we didn't want any of the warranties they were selling. Keep lowering the price and being pushing the warranties. The finance guy even got red! That was no way of being professional especially for a BMW dealership. I'm just disappointed on the service we received. Once we paid for the vehicle they didn't care anymore since we paid already.

I will never go back to this dealership, they would not accept responsibility for snapping a bolt when attempting to repair the car, they tried to get me to spend an additional $5,000 to buy a new engine when it was not needed, they could not complete a simple repair, and they would not return my calls asking about the status of the car.In late June 2023, we brought in our BMW to have the serpentine belt replaced. The service department called and said the bolt that holds the tension rod onto the engine block snapped when they tried to remove it. When I said it sounds like they either accidentally tried to tighten the bolt or they went too fast trying to loosen it, they refused to accept any responsibility and said the bolt must have been crossed threaded and it was not their mechanic's fault. They said if they can't remove the bolt, we would have to buy a different engine since the tension rod has to be bolted to the engine block. I asked them to try to drill out the snapped bolt. After several days of them not returning our calls, we finally drove out to the dealership to see what the status was on the car. The service technician said they couldn't remove the bolt and I would need a new engine, they said they found one that would be around $6,500 to install plus whatever would be needed fixed once it was installed. When I asked if they tried to drill out the bolt they snapped off, they said they didn't have the special tool needed so they didn't try. They also said the current engine was leaking oil everywhere. I had the car towed to a local garage mechanic who removed the bolt, replaced the tension rod and belt, and fixed the transmission, not oil, leak all for $1,100. The mechanic said he didn't understand why anyone would have had trouble removing the bolt, he just watched a U-Tube video that noted snapping the bolt isn't uncommon if you aren't careful and he had no problem removing the bolt. He did say someone had tried to drill out the bolt but went in at an angle and stopped, so perhaps the BMW dealership did at least try to remove the bolt.
