My husband and I stopped here today because my husband needed pants and boots. Their selection wasn't to bad but their customer service SUCKED!! There were four guys at the counter the whole time we were in the store. We were the only customers there. One mumbled hey to us when we walked in. That was the last thing anyone said to us. When we left no one uttered a single word to us. We had heard the customer service was bad. This was beyond bad...it was nonexistent!!! We will not return.

I have been riding BMW's for the last 11 years and bought all my bikes BMW Motorcycles of Omaha. They are a first class operation and have always treated me right even going out of their way to help me many times. I have to say I am shocked after reading some of these reviews here on Yelp. I recommend that you go in and see for yourself what a great dealership this is.

Terrible customer service, they acted like they where doing me a favor to help me. I pre called on parts availability to make sure they had them, they said they did then when I arrived they did not have them! I drove an hour, why didn't I just get them off the internet? I actually wanted to buy a F800GS they had but after the above, not likely.

I had a tire puncture in Missouri. Called these guys and they were great! Nursed my bike to Omaha, showed up at 0830, had the wheel off, and they had my new tire on and out the door at 0945 after they found the problem with the old one. Nice people. Thanks for getting me back on the road! They even came out and put the final torque on the bolts when I was done! Happy traveler

I have purchased four new BMW motorcycles from BMW Omaha. I have always been satisfied with the arrangements ( trade in price, prep of new machine ). I also have had all these machines serviced at this dealer with no problems.

BWM motorcycles of Omaha is a smaller shop. Their reputation, well deserved, is NOT good. I have had two bikes there, the third experience will definitely be the last. I had an older R100/7 there several years ago. It had not run for several years, so I expected it would take a while to get it back. It did. It does run, but the somehow didn't seem to check the battery, and left it in the parking lot for me to "pick-up" with a dead battery. They also seemed to miss a problem with failed transmission bearings. On the plus side, the instrument lights didn't work (they also misssed that) and when I took the cluster back they didn't charge me for the repair. Last year I took a 1200C to them because of a transmission fluid leak. Turns out it was only overfilled, but it took over 5 weeks to determine that. On the plus side, the mechanic found a problem with the ABS system, and repaired it. Problem--that mechanic has left for a better paying job. I took the same bike to them last October for the annual maintenence, winter storage, and a problem with surging at low speeds. The annual was done fairly quickly, and a chip was placed--apparently an option on that bike--for the low speed problem. They stored the bike for the winter. After NO communication from them I went into their store, and was then told there was a problem with the fuel system, it needed a part. Still very cold weather, should not have been a problem. They apparently got the part. Now, mid-May, they haven't even started on it. Called them last week and was told they "would talk" to the mechanic to get it done this week. Stopped in at the end of the week, not even started on. This is coupled with paying $1,000 for a set of side cases, last year. Haven't seen them yet either. So, 8 months is not long enough to accomplish a repair, nor for an accessory. In sum, they are slow, overpriced, give rotten service, and treat customers like they don't deserve to be treated reasonably nor deserve reliable service. They really don't care, because they know there is no competition near by.The prior review suggests Kansas City as the place to take a beemer, lots of bad reviews there, too. Highly recommend Gina's in Iowa City, has consistently great reputation for good work and good service. Dave Bak's in Sioux City can do good work, but reviews inconsistent, spotty.

I needed a new rear tire for my R1200GS this summer. BMW Motorcycles of Omaha were good at getting me in quickly, but they were vague when I asked for an estimate, and when they finished, they charged me $100.00 more than I paid for the same type of tire and mounting a few months ago in Oregon. I would recommend that you shop around before you go to BMW Motorcycles of Oregon.
