Avoid! I moved out of state and called to cancel and they said I had to send a letter to corporate. Absolutely ridiculous! It's 2024. I can close bank accounts online or over the phone but I can't cancel a gym membership that way? So I closed my bank account that this payment was coming out of. Screw them and their seedy business practices.

I've been visiting this gym for the past few years and am satisfied overall. The facility is clean and provides a variety of gym equipment options. In addition, it's typically not fiercely overcrowded like larger gym facilities. Memberships are fairly reasonably priced. However, I feel that Blue Moon Fitness could be a little more transparent with annual renewal fees. As well as the implementation of a communication system would be nice. I ran into an issue where I found myself disputing charges with one of the staff for 20+ minutes. It got to the point where I decided to leave for the night without working out since it appeared to be such a hassle. The issue was resolved several day later but it should have never gotten to that point to begin with.

I love coming here! Very friendly and helpful everytime I go. Kayla is a personal trainer and amazing to work with. She knows what she's doing and is the reason I keep coming back. Rob the team leader is also extremely helpful whenever interacting with him. I would highly recommend coming to this location, especially if you want to be treated with kindness and respect.

Blue Moon Bellevue refuses to cancel my membership unless I sign a form agreeing to be billed further for a service that I am cancelling. I am outside my contract. When I tried to cancel a few months ago, they also refused to make accomodations for anyone who didn't feel safe using the facility during the pandemic, strictly enforcing a cancellation fee even during the current circumstances. I really enjoyed using this gym, but their unwillingness to make exceptions to ridiculous corporate policies will make me consider other options when I am ready to find a place to work out again.

Great open space, especially liked the women's only area and the selection of equipment available there. There are several extra amenities that are nice to have access to like the tanning bed, hydro massage and massage chairs. Affordable and clean!

Joined less than a month ago on autopay. Was told that if I joined VIP I could have enrollment fee waived and downgrade at any time. I only planned on using this gym a few times a month as a side gym near my office. Went in today and was told I was late on payment, even though on autopay. Which gave me pause but I paid it then noticed I was being charged a late fee. They fumbled around coming up with different reasons why I was being charged the fee and couldn't explain why they didn't do auto pay and way late fee can't be waived, but none of the excuses made sense. Whatever. So I said, well since I'm here I may as well get the downgrade done...they said then I have to pay the enrollment fee, which was like $50. So not only was I being charged a late fee for their failure to run autopay, but they were purposely totally shady when I joined by saying I could downgrade any time and NOT telling me I'd have to pay enrollment fee when I did. At this point I was so frustrated with all the ways they were trying to charge extra wherever they could, and the deer in the headlights looks when I pressed them to explain to me why they would even be doing this, that I just canceled. They made sure to stick me with another $50 charge too. Good for them, obviously it's worth more to try and sneak in extra charges then to keep my long term business. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with customer service at a gym, or really anywhere.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with Connor, the new manager at Blue Moon Fitness in Bellevue. Under his management, the club has transformed remarkably, setting a new standard for excellence in fitness facilities. One of the most noticeable changes Connor has implemented is the introduction of an entirely new staff who embody professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm. When you enter the club, you're greeted with warmth and expertise, creating a welcoming environment that motivates and inspires.Cleanliness has become a top priority under Connor's management, and it indeed shows. The facility is impeccably maintained, with a keen focus on cleanliness and sanitation. Members can work out with peace of mind, knowing that every corner of the gym is spotless and sanitized regularly. What truly sets Connor apart, however, is his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. He not only listens attentively to members' concerns and feedback but also takes swift and decisive action to address them. A shining example of this dedication is his initiative to bring my My Zone exercise monitor back online after it had been non-operational for over a year. This proactive approach demonstrates Connor's understanding of the importance of member services and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a fulfilling experience for everyone.Connor's leadership at Blue Moon Fitness has been exceptional. His passion for excellence, combined with his dedication to customer service and satisfaction, has elevated the club to new heights. I highly recommend Blue Moon Fitness in Bellevue under Connor's management to anyone seeking a top-notch fitness experience.

Limited facilities, It smells weird, and the cancellation process is a nightmare, I'd suggest trying a different gym if possible. They'll charge you for an extra month after you cancel, there's no way of cancelling online or over the phone, and if you live in a different state, don't worry! Just "send a letter to corporate" that's right, a letter, not an email. Avoid if possible.

just make sure you pay there every two weeks or they charge you $10 each late payment it's not monthly fee. and the early cancel fee is $50. they prefer you come in and pay at the gym not a monthly bill. they are predatory and prey on people like me who just wanted to try a gym for a while thinking id get an email with a bill. only time you get a "bill" is if you're past due. so, if you join pay ahead and pay close attention to your due bill date. bc again, it's due every two weeks!
