Blue Moon Bar

Horrible place! After 20 minutes without getting our drinks we ended up walking out. Terrible service and the kitchen looked disgusting with dirty dishes everywhere. They can't handle a large crowd especially during a poker run.

Smallish Midwestern off the beat n Path ( Off I-29) in a Small Town,.. Offers a Monday thru Friday Lunch SPecial, with a Full Liquor Bar,..Only Downside is NO DRAFT BEER,...Nice little Place with a Side Hall Available for Large Events,.. Vicki , the Owner is a Good Business woman

Saw good reviews, good pictures so we decided to stop for lunch. Walked in, told to take a seat. There were maybe two tables of other folks eating. We sat. Another 10 people came in. They were greeted, orders taken almost immediately...and there we sat. After over 10 minutes of nothing, we left. Really wish it had been a great experience, but it was as from it as possible. I guess they care only about locals.

Great little stop in this tiny town. Fresh popcorn and a pool table. Awesome bloody mary. Slightly spicy w secret ingredient--pickle juice. Cant go wrong with the grilled cheese and onion rings. Delicious. My hubby had the pork tenderloin. Giant portion, fresh and hot. Added pickles and hot sauce. Perfect. Have dessert at Stoner Drugs soda fountain. Grab a tee shirt!

Great service and best pork tenderloin around! I also had the grilled chicken salad and it was a big portion, could have shared it with someone else. Great tasting Ice tea to

If you stop over in Hamburg, Iowa, you will want to grab a bite at the Blue Moon Bar and Grill. It is neat and clean, family friendly and great freshly prepared food, served with a smile!My next trip into Hamburg will be a destination trip and not just a stop over!

Once again I am here on a Friday evening. First time it has been busy but my beer arrive quickly and I got the last seating of pan fryer fish.
