Dirk was great, prompt, worked within my schedule, and took great care of my carpets. With two kids and a new puppy, he made my carpets like new. I will definitely use again in the future.

This company is as good as they get. They were timely, which is important to me as I dislike waiting for people. They were polite and friendly. They also did an excellent job on our carpets, we have 3 kids and I was kind of doubting some of the stains would come out, but they did. Their prices are also very comparable with others we have used in the past. I will definately use this company again.

Used Dirk again to clean our entire house carpets getting ready to sell. Thought we may have to replace some but after he cleaned them they look great!

Blue Monarch is my only floor cleaning company from now on.As an auto repair business owner I have dealt with many cleaning companies. The carpet in my lobby can get some pretty nasty stains when we track things in from the shop. Blue Monarch makes my carpet look like new and we hardly notice they've been here. The carpet is almost dry when they leave so we don't have to wait to put the furniture back.The service has been so good at my business that I started using them for my home. Dirk, the owner is so honest and trustworthy that I can just give him my keys and say "lock up when you leave". What a great company!Blue Monarch Rocks!

We have used Dirk at Blue Monarch for quite a long time. He is great to work with and is always prompt, polite and thorough. My wife wouldn't think of letting anyone else clean our carpets and marble. I spent 28 years in residential property management so, I've seen a lot of carpet cleaning. If Dirk/Blue Monarch had been available then, you wouldn't have a chance to use him because we would have him engaged full-time. I can't recommend highly enough.
