Was apparently 6 months since we last here. Burger variants today. Rare prep both. Santa Fe for me. Fries also. All other customers' foods look amazing good. Our choices were very good and worth further research here.

Had their special...bison steak. Was not informed that it was only served medium rare. When it arrived, it was all like warm but it looked decent and then I cut into it. It was RARE...not medium rare. I asked the waitress to take it back and cook it more. They have an open kitchen...and when she told the chef he got angry and threw the plate up on the countertop for one of the line cooks to take. When the steak arrived back, it was just partially cooked above rare...the parts that were edible, did have good flavor. However the rice like side was completely undercooked and chewy. Not to mention that the price of this tiny meal was $32....Cold food. Undercooked food. Unprofessional chef. The waitresses were very nice and polite though.

Wow! There is something for everyone here! Service was fantastic. All the good is made from scratch, and it's very fresh. My husband had a bowl of chili and a bison burger. I had the new-to-the-menu poke bowl (I was reluctant because this is Nebraska), and we were quite happy with our choices. One thing we skipped but sounded amazing was the freshly made cookie skillet. We also heard about boozy ice cream treats, but we were quite full. The space is huge and can accommodate large groups easily. It would be awesome for a drag brunch if there are any local queens! If we lived here, we would be very frequent customers.**UPDATE** We couldn't leave Hastings without having another meal here, so we did takeout salads. They did not disappoint. Mine had snap peas and I added grilled salmon. My husband had the southwest chicken. We're glad we had a second meal here!

We enjoyed the brunch buffet on Sunday morning. The food selection was varied and delicious. Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, grilled chicken, fresh green salad, scrambled eggs, omelets, waffles, pastry and fresh fruit. My favorite was the biscuits and gravy. The restaurant was clean, open and very cutely decorated. The service was fine for a buffet.

Very good food and a great location right by the hotels. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and mac n cheese, both were delish. The wrap had wonderful flavor! I ordered online with ease and it took like 1 minute to run in and out so I'd say the service was good!

Very good food! Had a burger with sweet potato fries. Wine pours are on the scant side...not sure what the standard is but for 8$$ a glass it was less than half the glass full.Fire alarm went off during the meal and apparently they have no way to turn it off so waited "quite a while" for the fire dept. to arrive. Quite an ear piercing situation for over 10 minutes. Validation that it works--yeah! Guess that's the good news. Service was good---can't attest to ambience as truly the majority of the time the alarm was screaming.
