absolutely adorable hidden gem. This pumpkin patch is everything I want in a fall experience. Nostalgically I think every fall should look like it does in Hocus Pocus. This place makes me think I'm on my way to Salem. It's beautiful and well kept. There is so much to do and so much to see. I had a wonderful time with my toddler and my older daughter. We were there for hours. They also have a few places to grab a snack like fudge or pie or popcorn. Admission isn't too pricey but it is quite a drive much further west than others. I hope to make this a yearly tradition.

Just a quick country drive from Omaha/Council Bluffs and well worth it, especially if you're looking for something different than the usual busy places. This place still has a lot to offer while being a bit more intimate. The hay rack ride to pick pumpkins was great. My daughter also enjoyed the chickens, horses, goats, slides, checking out the combine and more. An affordable, fun place!

This Farm/Pumpkin Patch is an excellent alternative the larger venues in the Omaha area. Not to say the larger ones are not worth visiting, but they are very packed and your ability to enjoy what's there may be stymied simply because of an abundance of other people trying to do the same. Bloom Where You're Planted is around 35 miles from Omaha, but it is a very quick and scenic drive. Once there, parking is very convenient, the entrance fee is significantly less, and although there aren't as many things to do compared with the larger venues, it just feels more intimate. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hayrack rides are of high quality, as are the pumpkins. The food costs less, and little kids can play on things and enjoy them more because there's far fewer people at this one. To summarize, this place is worth a try.

My fiancee took me here for the first time on Saturday (10/12) and I can not stop talking about it. I have been to a couple other big pumpkin patched and I will forever come to Bloom where you're planted. Not only is the admission price incredibly reasonable but its not overwhelming crowded and busy. The staff was so kind and helpful and even offered to take us on a tractor ride when they were going to close in just a few minutes. I thought that was so kind of them to give us the full experience. They also have trails you can walk on which were absolutely gorgeous views. The vintage shop/ barn was full of some of the cutest vintage items I have seen and they were so much cheaper than going to a vintage market or an online shop. They had goats and horses to pet. They had games and tractors to climb on. They even had a cafe and KETTLE CORN! I Highly recommend for a family outing or a fun date night.
