Bloom Dance Studio - Blondo

I was really impressed with the offerings of Bloom - acrobatics, ballet, hip hop, tap, fun summer camps and more. Plus, the prices were really reasonable - around $100 for 6 weeks of classes, at least for the acrobatics option we selected.The staff and instructors are also friendly and engaging. The waiting room is cozy, it isn't real large and there isn't a ton of seating so finding a chair can be a challenge, especially when the studio is getting ready to turn over classes, that is my only complaint.

I love this dance studio! All three of my girls dance here. Great variety of classes... Ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical... You name it! Very positive and encouraging environment.

I didn't feel that my daughter learned any technique and there wasn't any communication from the teacher. Class seemed like a preparation for the recital and she felt pressured to do well instead of encouraged to enjoy herself. The recital had too much of an emphasis on teachers, with 2 teacher dances and the teachers literally standing in front of the kids at the end to bow and receive flowers. I wouldn't recommend this studio.
