Wow where do I start. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. First of all my son is very high-functioning ASD and was part of the school ager summer camp. They all wore red shirts, however there's 3 kids that were forced to wear last year's pink shirts claiming was for safety. Note all were on the Spectrum. Seems a little more like discrimination but that's besides the point. So my wife sends a message one day and asks if he could wear red like everyone else. Basically her response was yes if he wears a "BRIGHT" hat. Her words per - verbatim caps in all. So we send him to school in a hat, and we get a message that same day it's not "BRIGHT" enough. Literally he was the only child in a hat. Sounds like maybe a case of too many kids, not enough help. My son told me 40 kids go on these trips and there's only 3 teachers. Yikes. The director Allison, or joke of a director I should say, literally got vindictive and she is not at all a nice person. All kinds of problems started the minute we asked to not put him in pink. Again unreasonable request I know. When we signed up I specifically told them how to handle my son and they said hey no problem ($$$$), and I explained that if there's an issue, he's a very smart kid and just get down on his level and talk with him about it. We show up today and she's being stern, telling him he can't go on field trips any longer and claims he actually tried to hit a teacher (if you want to call them that). Basically looking for a reason to give him the boot. Everything there is on video. My wife asked her to prove it and was told it's a live feed and not recording. Sure lol. At the end of the day we're obviously done effective immediately and want to put the warning out there. Stay away. All the reviews you see from past employees are true. I've seen them ripping into kids walking in. Was skeptical from the go but gave it a chance. Bad idea...I promise don't do it. Worst of all my son is the victim in this. He was devastated and doesn't know the difference. All he knows is basically was kicked out for nothing and not wanting to wear pink. $170 weekly to have kid treated like garbage and a smug director who isn't qualified to clean their toilets in our opinion. Skip this place and go to the next. You'll be glad you did!

Matt showed unprofessionalism after I enrolled my son. I have three children and only one child was enrolled in this preschool. My family fee pertains to all my children not just one. He doubled charges me a monthly family fee that was already paid to my primary childcare provider whom has the majority of my children. When my primary provider refused to provide a payment receipt until the months end so that all hours and days would be accounted for. Matt unapologetically charged me the full fee that was already paid even though my authorization showed that Blondo Childcare was not the provider to receive payment. How unprofessional.

I never, ever leave bad reviews unless I feel like I have to warn people. My well behaved and brilliant high functioning autistic 3 year old son went through a terrible experience with these people. To begin, they had zero patience, way too many kids, absolutely no organization and are severely understaffed. (As of 5.5.2021)My son is very very sweet and highly academic and never caused real problems, but he is easily distracted and likes to run through open doors and has some funny habits. ALL OF WHICH I TOLD THEM MONTHS AGO WHEN HE STARTED THERE. IN DETAIL. He had been there since the beginning of the year and all of a sudden, one too many times of my boy getting away from his teachers, and he is KICKED OUT with 2 days notice to find another place. Let me give you some other negative examples of this place where they keep children alive.Every time we picked him up from there not one teacher greets us and nobody had ANY idea where he even was, and were irritated every time. My husband had to wander around for 15 minutes most days to find our son. One day I was thrown around between 3 different areas to find him, and he was nowhere. 3 different teachers, 'He's in the gym, oh no he's outside, oh wait, I thought I saw him in his classroom? ' I panic, bigtime. Not until I started screaming, 'Where the hell is my kid?????' Did they bother trying to locate him.'Mr. Matt' especially was a young man who works there that I hope to never see again. He actually appears to now be a director there which scares me to death for the other kids. And I can say with my hand on my heart, that this man speaks and acts like he has had no experience with children WHATSOEVER. Unprofessional phone calls telling me about how 'I need to work on my kid sitting still during lunch, he's always running off and 'WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO CHASE HIM.'Mr. Matt treats you like customer service. On top of it, he was coming home with MISSPELLED ART PROJECTS.They gave us absolutely no time to find another daycare, (kicked him out on a Wed., gave us until Fri.) and said word for word, 'We never like to have to do this.....' which leads me to believe they axe kids all the time. DO NOT take your child here if they require ANY attention. They herd them like cattle and the big beautiful space is simply just eye candy.

I'm writing this because I go to the Mega Saver quite often that is right next to the daycare and all I ever hear is kids getting yelled at on the playground. If you are looking for a daycare for your children I wouldn't pick this place.
