Bliss nails has amazing nail techs!! Generally there isn't a wait either because they have a lot of space and staff

I only go to Bliss and love Trang. She does a great job and isa beautiful person inside and out.

My wife went to get a Fourth of July nail pattern and the nail tech messed up on the pattern. He apologized but the manager was rude and blamed my wife for wasting their time. This is not the way to treat your customers. I would not recommend this nail business to anyone with customer service common sense. If you treat your customers with dignity and respect them you will gain a new customer and more will come just by the recommendation of a well treated customer. I just hope this gets read by the business management and they deal with this problem before too many other customers have to leave a negative review and lose many customers.

Bliss always has great service, is very clean, and they always do such a great job on my dip manicure every time! All the workers are super nice people!

Bliss always does a great job. I've been coming here for more than 2 years and I've never been disappointed. The area is clean, the staff is friendly and they always do their best to accommodate people. Amy also gives out the best pedicures so make sure to ask for her

Horrible experience! The owner is so rude. I still payed for my nails and left a tip and the owner had the audacity to embarrass me infront of everyone because I did not like my nails. Def the worst birthday experience and treatment.

I have went here for several years and have mainly seen one artist but he is now back in Vietnam. Got my nails done there today and had a basic design that I wanted and I have requested harder nail designs and Bliss has done a wonderful job doing them until now. After leaving the salon I realized that the nail tech did a very poor job on the length, shape, design and cut me several times with a nail file. I called later to schedule for them to redo them but when I came in for them to fix my nails the lady was rude because she had to fix them for free, wasn't going to completely start over and just "fix the shape of them" and cut me AGAIN with a nail file because she was shaping them with the same aggression she was giving me through our conversation. I was denied a refund and left before they fixed my nails. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

if there could be 0/5 stars, i would give that rating. the place is nice but the service is awful. the man who did my nails was tugging on my hands the whole time. he handed me the color book for dip and asked me what color i wanted several times immediately after i started looking in an attempt to rush me. the quality of the nails was very disappointing. i got a cut on 3 different fingers and burned one nail while filing. nails only lasted me a week and a half. never going back and do not recommend.
