I'm Mexican American born and raised San Diego, CA girl....I wasn't expecting good food in Lincoln during our visit. Holy smokes am I glad we tried this! Best birria I've ever had. The grilled cheese was PHENOMENAL. Beans and rice were what was expected but the tacos and meat were amazing. Thank you and well done

This popular food truck now has a brick and mortar storefront! A focused and creative menu that emphasizes, you guessed it, birria. The menu features Birria Tacos, Birria Ramen, Birria Quesadilla, and Birria Grilled Cheese plus elote and a churro cheesecake. Two tacos plus the generous helping of elote was $11.50 plus tax. Just enough food, and rich and flavorful.

Unreal birria tacos. So much flavor and crisp tortilla. The juice to dip them in was outstanding! I couldn't recommend this place more! Stop in next time in Lincoln.

We did a family dinner here tonight. I was sad to see the old place that was last here, but was glad to try a new place. Back home in California, birria tacos are a big hit with my daughter and me. So I was excited! The service type is that you just walk in, order, pay, and then they call out your number when your food is ready. The restaurant has cool colors to it and had a clean front, as well as the inside. They were decently busy, so they had some trash build up and trays at the receptacles. But the tables and chairs and floors seemed clean. For dinner I had one Birria beef Taco with the salsa Verde and consommé. Loved that the consommé dip juice was not too salty. Had perfect taste! Tacos are small, but very tasty. I also had the birria beef quesadilla. Was great! The meat was so good. I loved the salsa Verde and crema white sauce they swirled on there. Wonderfully cooked and great presentation! We were all happy with the foods here and we all agreed we would definitely come back again to try other items. Please stop by and give a try. Nice people work here!!!

The food and service was EXCELLENT!!!! Me and my wife ordered the birria tacos, beef quesadilla and the street corn. The food is great and we will be visitors again.

SO good!! I loved the elote and pizza Birria and they were accommodating to my cilantro hatred! I ate at the food truck when it was at Zipline and it was absolutely delicious. Good amount of food for what you pay for. Just takes a little longer for quality food.

Food was 5 stars. Here from Southern California and these are the real deal. Everyone needs to try this place. Blow it up. It's amazing

This place is really great! We went to a game and went here after. The service was excellent and showed a lot of care. The food was tasty. The tacos and elote was really good. We will be back.

Best Birria Tacos in Lincoln! Quick and efficient service! Their place is also extremely clean! They do have a bar as well! Definitely recommend.

I'm sorry but I was so disappointed.. those that think this is authentic Mexican sadly it's not. Close knock off, as usual when it's knock off Mexican means lots of cumin. Lots of cumin is not Mexican. Tortillas not authentic either, no salsa bar. Stop in Grand Island for the real deal. This is sad.
