Bird Cage Pet Shop

This place was awful. Smelled horrid because the puppies were covered in their own feces. The cages hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bird cages were packed with way too many birds. It was quite devastating to step into this store. I had to fight back tears and the urge to rescue all the animals in there. I hope they get shut down, I'm working on where I can report them to.

This place is absolutely terrible, the dogs are in literal kennels stacked on top of each other and there's not even anything to catch there waste so they're going to the bathroom on each other, not only that the owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was buying rats and he had grabbed it by the tail and chucked it into a box, I know not a lot of people like rats so I offered to grab her myself but he was super rude and said that he doesn't allow people to reach into the rat cages, which that is an overstatement he keeps them in fish tanks with way too many rats along with males and females being put together and there was even dead ones mixed in. I do not recommend going to this pet store unless absolutely necessary

Depressing to walk in here. They charge premium prices for dogs that sit for months in less than ideal conditions. Premium prices on everything really. It's really appalling that this place functions and takes pride in their environment.

They don't even deserve one star. Horrible place and even worse management. I feel so sorry for the animals in there.

If I could leave zero starts I would. The animals are in horrible shape. There was a Crested Gecko (which is arboreal) in a terrible cage with no climbing space or proper places to hide. All enclosures were disgustingly filthy. This establishment should be shut down.

one of the best places i have been to. customer service is amazing, they have the most adorable animals and love them as there own. Giving them the best home and best care is top priority to them! If you haven't been here i encourage you to really stop in and check it out, you will love it!!!

This business takes extremely good care of the animalsI have been in this store anout 50 times checking on the condition of the animals, watching staff clean, feed them. I purchased two ferrets, a puppy all past my vet check.Do not believe these negative remarks. ​​

Bought a puppy, supposedly a mini dasch for 1200 dollars, got a full size for my money. How low can you go? Of course I love my dog now, I had him 6 months. But Birdcage ripped me off. Will see what they say in their defense Jury still out. Jury's back. They are not trying to make things work Never doing business with them again. Love Sammy regardless.

Absolutely heart broken when I walked in, the animals are most definitely being me is treated, too small of a cage for all of them, the puppies are in small metal cages with no blankets or comfort. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down for animal cruelty.

Ferrets were literally dying. Puppies were fighting over the very little bit of food that was given to them. Kennels were disgusting. Everything was overpriced and all the animals looked sick and there were way too many birds in a single cage. Place needs to be shut down.
