What an incredible group of people. Eathan was patient and thoughtful, double checking that parts were in order. Maureen, the manager, was super awesome in making sure I got everything I needed. And Parker surprised me with a sweet t-shirt and water bottle included in my parts grab.It's so hard to find kind people when the world is going completely crazy. Imagine how we're all used to getting whatever we need instantly- but then the supply chain goes dry and you can't find parts at all. It puts a tremendous amount of pressure on everyone. Bike shops are all dealing with irritated customers who don't understand why things aren't in stock or why people can't always answer the phones. With everyone wanting a bicycle during lockdown and no parts being available, imagine the madness shops have to deal with in trying to stay open and satisfy customers while there are parts shortages.Somehow this team keeps their smile on, is helpful, and super awesome to deal with. AND they had what I needed in stock. A miracle. Elkhorn is lucky to have them. I can't wait to get more goodies from Bike Masters.And the t-shirt is super soft and a perfect fit! Thanks everyone!

Current service manager is lacking social skills. Been a long time customer and friendly with mechanics and yet the man who is apparently the lead is anything but "Friendly Staff" as the web site advertises. How about a smile and offering a kind "how can we help you?" instead of a scowl and lecture? Sad to see a good shop imploding.

I've not been posting much because, well, COVID. However, jumping on the "how do I incorporate activity in my stay-at-home life" I was searching for a bicycle to increase my level of activity.Two KUDOS points for Bike Masters. First off, they had the exact type of bike I was looking for - a 28-speed stepover model because a) I cannot raise my leg over that bar and 2) I need ALL the speeds because I haven't been on a bicycle in gazillion years. Test drove that sucker in the parking lot and I was sold. Also purchased an awesome helmet and clip shoes for my husband (who is a real bicycle rider) for a great deal.Oh and I wanted to be cute, so super happy with my purple bike and helmet. They also threw in a water bottle.Kudos #2 was their honesty and ability to fix my husband's bike. After 20 years, it was riding a bit "off" - don't ask me to explain, this is a new realm to me. He called Bike Masters, they said "bring it in for a diagnostic" that afternoon, which he did. They looked at it and told him he needed to replace the chain. He asked if he needed a tune up and Steve straight up told him he was keeping that bike in great condition and no tune up was necessary. Sure, he was willing to keep and tune it up, but was unnecessary. I appreciate that honesty.We called several bike shops (both times) before settling on Bike Masters. Not sure why the poor reviews because they are AWESOME! It's a bit of a drive for us, but worth the honesty and customer service. This is our go-to bike shop from now on.

We were shopping for cycle shoes for my husband & were told to go to Bike Masters. We were helped by Brad and Matt. Both were very helpful & professional. Brad helped us find the right shoe for our activity & fitness level; Matt was the guy to help us with the clips and adjustments. They were great and supportive and didn't intimidate us with cycle knowledge :). Highly recommend. Ike Masters!

By far and away the best bike shop around. I had the pleasure of working with Bobby who was beyond helpful, a true biking enthusiast who enjoys making a customers experience one worth sharing. Bike Masters couples a "buy local" environment with best in class products, expertise, and exceptional service. With big box stores and other chains filling the market, it's nice to have a genuine and authentic bike shop in the area. I highly recommend Bobby and Bike Masters! They have my business for life!

I was recommended to Bike Masters from my uncle, and boy was I not disappointed! I was buying my first mountain bike and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Matt C walked me through all of the details and really took the time to educate me through my purchase. I ended up spending more money than I originally expected, but I could not be happier! Matt's guidance was so great and he helped me feel so comfortable and ready to get out there. They even went as far as to ship my bike to California for an upcoming trip of mine! If anyone is looking to get into mountain biking, this was definitely the shop. And if they bring up YETI bikes, jump on it!! This thing is an absolute tank - completely bomb proof, and ready to take on anything you throw at it! Thank you, Matt and Rob!!

Really poor service for high-end bikes. I was looking to order a new mountain bike and it took 5 calls/emails to elicit a response. After finally getting in touch with the general manager (Matt), even he could not get me information on the bike I wanted to order. The next closest dealer to me responded within 1 hour with price and estimated ship date. I'm fine waiting 4 months to get my order due to COVID supply chain issues. I'm NOT fine going to a LBS with questionable service. I'm sure they are fine for your average bike needs, but for a serious bike purchase I would shop elsewhere.

I went in today and the employee completely ignored me. I waited for 10 minutes while he answered calls from customers and walked around the store after I got there. I left and went to the shop off 144th and Maple. They immediately took care of me and expedited my purchase. Hope they owners of this shop realize that customer service counts and they lost my business.

Absolutely horrible service department. Steer clear of these clowns. They are passive-aggressive and will it service your bike properly. They hate their jobs and lives and it shows in the shoddy work that they perform.
