This is where all the best toys are found. My parents are big into gently used toys for the kids to use and I finally went with my mom a few days ago. There were endless amounts of toys right up my kids alleys. The pricing is quite good, and fair for barely used, and hard to find toys! My son is big into trains and PJ masks and all those big toys at Target are pretty pricey and here they're in my budget. I haven't found the store to be anything but friendly and easily accessible. Ample parking and in a somewhat busy spot on Maple. I appreciate all the Elkhorn folks donating their nice toys!

I've been selling popular label/designer childrens' clothing here for the past few years. I've been glad to make a little ROI on pre-loved items while helping to make nice, quality clothing available for other kids whose parents may be a bit strapped. However, after today I am rethinking continuing the practice with this store. The middle man seems to be putting me in a position that isn't worth repeating. To specify, I was offered $6 for a $180 Gap winter coat, in darn near perfect condition as it was worn very few times. Yes, it's from 2016, but still sold in the same style/design, as it is a best seller. Going by the typical garage sale pricing of 80% markdown from purchase price, this offer was a 97% markdown. I understand they are the middle man seeking to profit, but their prices are NOT garage sale level for the customer, either. I had other designer items, like never before worn Janie and Jack being offered same super low prices as well. I declined the offer on these items and accepted the offer for the remaining items, purely out of motivation to clear my daughter's closet at this time. The woman kept saying "I don't know if you've ever bought anything here before but our policy is to give this rate for Gap coats no matter what." No wonder FB marketplace is so popular!

My 4 year old and I came into this store today around 6:30 and were treated terribly! I come to at least one B2B weekly and this is the worst experience I have ever had. First, am older lady followed my son around getting frustrated with every toy he looked at and then said something about toys not being off shelves. Second, even though there was at least 28 or so minutes before closing, the employees stood around talking about how they should be like "Jenn from Papillion that turns off the lights before close so that people know it's time to go! This made me feel completely uncomfortable and I have the receipts to prove that I spend at least $100 or more a week at these stores. Typically it is a decent experience but today was bad enough that I had to write a review.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ive been shopping here since B2B opened years ago. It used to be great, however this place, especially since moving to it's new location on 192nd, has gone MAJORLY downhill. They won't take anything unless it's in mint condition, however the store is FULL of very very worn clothes, that take way too long to dig through. The employees are the rudest of the rude. There was a man today selling a toy and before he could even set it down she says "DO YOU HAVE THE TOP FOR THAT?" he said he was unsure as his wife sent him. So she told him they wouldn't take it because it was incomplete. So incredibly rude. Funny thing is, I went to purchase a toy that very clearly needed balls to work, and so I thought maybe they kept them behind the counter. I went to the counter to check out and asked for the balls that went to the toy. The same lady says "Oh it doesn't have the balls that go with it. everything is AS IS!" So let me get this straight.... you can SELL things that are not complete but you wont BUY things that are not complete? Tell me how this makes any sense?!?!?! I told her i wasn't buying it then and proceeding to check out with my two other items. She then told me that it would COST me to use my debit card. My total was maybe $5 and the charge to use my DEBIT card was $1.11. So i literally had to pay to pay. Unreal. Today was my last day in this store and I'd like to warn others about this store as well. Don't waste your time here.

If you're black NEVER and I mean NEVER got to bigwheels2butterflies aka B2B. I have been going to their store since they had one store on 168th. I literally brought 15 pair of name brand good conditioned toddler shoes. I'm talking Nikes, Jordan's, vans that my baby barely wore. I also brought 20 brand new outfits and they offered me 66 dollars to be exact. The kicker is they gave me a check. I told them I did not want a check for 60 dollars, and I have always received cash. They said it has to be less then 30 dollars unless you're buying back. I told them i did not want to buy back like I have done multiple times in the past, and nowhere on the website does it say it has to be less than 30 to get cash. I definitely have a bank account but that's not the point. The manager was extremely ignorant and told me you know banks are open still etc. My point is they don't want to give you cash they want to force you to spend money, and that's that! They were very rude needless to say I got my stuff back, and I'm donating it to the womens shelter. It's not about the money it's the principal. You shouldn't be forced to buy back to get cash over 30 dollars, and if that's the case post that disclaimer period!

I was in the new location on 192nd and Maple. Yeah the store looks great, but the same rude employees. I usually sell my nice quality items to the store. This will be the LAST time I ever set foot in any of these stores. Rude young man wrote up my ticket and I asked "how long would you say" He looked at my like I was stupid and said "well don't you see this line of stuff, at least an hour" Okay...I come back to pick up my totes and the gal said they were going to offer my 56.00 for what they took. My jaw hit the counter. Over 75% of my items were never worn or near new condition. 3 FULL totes of name brand items. I understand I didn't have to take the offer but I just wanted out of there. I will NEVER return.

If you go into the 132nd location, don't leave unless you buy something or you will be treated like a low life criminal. The last time I was at this location, I had a horrible experience. I went to sell some items but showed up a few minutes after they stopped buying for the day. I wasn't worried about it and had a half hour to kill before I needed to be back home so my husband could go to his night job. I had been looking around the entire store (I have five kids all range in different sizes) and I was holding onto a couple of toddler girl jackets. I wasn't sold on them but was holding them just in case. After about a half hourl of being in the store, I checked my phone to see what time it was and realized I needed to leave or my husband was going to be late. I was looking at stuff for my teenage daughter when I noticed how late it was so I hung up the two toddler jackets on the girl rack I was next to and walked out. As I was backing out of my spot one of the employees was standing by my driver side window. So I rolled down my window to see what she needed. She asked me where the two outfits I was holding were at.Not only did she ask me really rudely but I could tell she was incinuating I took the jackets. I told her where I hung them but she proceeded to stand by my car and insisted on saying she didn't see them.Well if she didn't see where I put them how would she know where they were and why was she assuming I took them?? So I was already late but just to make her feel like the fool she is, I got out of my car and walked into the store to show her where I had hung the jackets. Now for the kicker part-After I showed her the two jackets She STILL continued to argue saying she thought I was holding two 2 piece outfits not two jackets. This is AFTER I GOT OUT OF MY CAR WALKED BACK IN AND SHOWED HER THE TWO TODDLER OUTFITS I HAD HUNG ON THE TEEN/JUNIOR GIRL RACK. After this her, "manager," came up and apologized for the girl (who never apologized herself) and said people have stolen from them so the employee is just looking out for that.1. I didn't steal anything 2. Just because I didn't buy anything doesn't mean I'm a thief3. Just because I was holding two items and didn't purchase them doesn't mean I'm a thief. 4. Is it a store policy to purchase clothes or you will be harassed and accused of stealing from them?5. What professional employee who is trained properly follows a stranger out to their car to confront them? And to confront them with no evidence of stealing other than they noticed I was walking out and didn't buy anything.Disgraceful perceptions and humiliating treatment.Discriminating and unapologetic to say the least .I have spent hundreds of dollars at all three locations and that's the customer service I got in return. I tried contacting the owners to no avail.
