Big Ten Tavern

Called two orders in, guy that took my orders said 15-20 minute, get to bar 20 minutes later to pick up order. Couldn't get anyones attention to help. Understand bar was busy, yet guy said 15-20 minutes. Waited 50 minutes in total. No one helped me or my daughter. The bar itself where people sit was full. Gal behind bar seen us and said notta. My son's crispy chicken sandwich was ordered plain with cheese. Guy even asked what kind of cheese? I said American. Get home and there is lettuce tomato and mayo. No cheese at all. My son then called the bar very upset and guy said he didn't get the plain part I guess, and you gotta go to bar to get your order. We did that, no one helped us, they just let us stand there. I wasn't going to write a review because I like to support local businesses but after being ignored and lied to on pick up time, I'm am more than happy to say I will never return to this establishment. So not cool!

If I could give this 0 I would. So we ordered over the phone was told 15-20 minutes and we get there go to the counter standing and no one offers to help us and couldn't get anyone's attention. Walking by us and everything so we waited 50 minutes in total and I had to take action and literally go closer to the counter to get someone's attention. Practically behind the bar. One order was very wrong and way off. Felt humiliated and very uncomfortable and was so stressed that accidentally gave them a 12$ tip. It's not fun feeling ignored but food wasn't bad tho but I wouldn't say it's worth the wait or the treatment. :(
