Big Shots

I first went to Big Shots a year ago and had a blast shooting. Everyone was real nice and their gun selection for rentals and sales was fantastic. They also carried 9mm for a fair price, which was a bonus.Visiting them today, I'm glad the excellent atmosphere hasn't changed. Micah and Brenden are great fellows and always happy to talk hobby with me. Great job, guys!All in all, Big Shots is a classic place in Lincoln, if you're a fan of guns.

Great store. Nice and clean with a lounge area. Knowledgeable staff+not intimidating=an excellent place for beginners to learn. Great selection of guns and accessories. One of the best indoor Ranges in Lincoln if not the best. I will be back!

Veteran Owned, Veteran Staffed, Owners Jim And Terry Are Great.They Have Firearm Classes For Both Beginners And Advanced Shooters In Addition To The CCW Class Taught By The Staff At Nebraska Shooters And Other Big Shots Staff Members.The Range Is Clean, Maintained, And Well Ventilated.

My wife and I went in just to look at handguns. I was happy that they let us try two out (paying for ammo and range time) and the knowledgeable staff were very helpful in explaining the differences. So far my family has bought three handguns and we have been very pleased with the service Big Shots provides. Also a very clean store and range.

First actual shooting range I've ever been to, but this place was awesome. Clean, well-stocked in many different firearms. Lane rentals are 20 dollars an hour, and for a novice includes a handgun, ammo, earplugs or earmuffs, safety glasses, and paper targets.The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Dayle, the older gentlemen, ran me through the basics of firearm operation (I'd only fired a pistol once before, and that was definitely without instruction). Everyone else was suitably strict with the rules, but still friendly. It was a great time. I went with some friends and rented a Beretta M9 9mm and a Springfield XDS .45, which were both fun to shoot. My hardcore shooter friends also brought their 5.56 AR15s, which were a blast.Did I mention they also have two corgis?

Took my husband here for a few hours of shooting and I must say I am impressed!!!! The store and range and very well maintained!!! Super well lit. The staff is super knowledgable and friendly always willing to help and show you around or make recommendations. You must watch a range safety video and sign a form before shooting which is good. Range master is on duty at all times on the range so safety is their number one concern!!! You can rent guns but you must buy ammunition from them for that weapon. Which is isn't a bad deal. Great range, amazing staff!! This place is a must for beginners or experienced shooters! They also offer classes!!

I literally cannot say enough good things about the fine folks at Big Shots! Jim and Terri are excellent proprietors and from the friendliness and ability of their staff it is clear that they place a heavy emphasis on customer service. In addition to the range, their selection of firearms and accessories is superb. I've bought several guns from them and their prices are at least competitive with other stores in town if not the best, which they frequently are.Big Shots features league shooting, which I intend to get into someday, "date night", which sounds great except that my wife is not a firearms enthusiast, and modern, up-to-date facilities. They also have "ladies' nights", which I think is a great idea for females who like to shoot. I took my concealed carry class at Big Shots and was very impressed with the knowledge and ability of the instructors. If you like shooting and firearms this place has it all and then some, as well as the most knowledgeable and helpful people in the business. You can't go wrong at Big Shots!

I was traveling on business and decided to stop in a evaluate some guns for purchase and they were wonderful. They explained the features and functions on the guns I was looking at (they have a very large rental selection) knowing the entire time that I can not purchase from them.The place is clean and well lit with a friendly feel.I shot three guns at their range and they were helpful and instructive for me as a rookie. I also ended up coming back with a co-worker for another try.I wish they were local to me in California!

Great place to shoot for beginners. Fun, professional, and welcoming staff. Selection of firearms was more limited than expected.

Joe. All i gotta say that man was very polite and very open to any of my dumb questions i ask and yet he was hella professional about it. The staff were also very helpful to my questions i asked. Might consider coming back with friends this time.
