Big Red Tire Pros

I needed four tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my truck. A friend suggested I try Big Red, so I called to check on prices and set up an appointment. They were able to get me in promptly on the next working day. My truck went into the shop the moment I arrived and they handled everything promptly and courteously, including accommodating my requests that they sort and set aside two of the used tires for spares, re-calibrate the air pressure sensors at the wheels, and be careful not to over-torque the lugs as had happened in the past with my last tire change. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. And, the cost was extremely reasonable - Big Red did the job for less than the other price quotes I got. I'm really happy I chose Big Red Tire Pros!

They lied to me and said that they require masks inside so I could wait for the hour and a half to get my tires aligned. When I show up, no one is wearing a mask in the waiting room and the employees have them down below their chins. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a bad flat. Rolled into their parking lot with it close to the rims. They could've told me "oh well to drive when it's that low can be risky so we recommend a new tire and oh hey it's best for all 4 to have the same wear so we recommend 4 new tires." But they didn't. They gave me exactly what was wrong, repaired the tire, charged me a super low price, and I was gone in under an hour. Impressive! Speed, affordability, AND integrity. I'd never gone here before, but my family will be taking both of our vehicles back here when they need new tires.

Had snow tires put on one car & all season tires on another car. Excellent service & price. Highly recommend!!

The owners of Big Red Tire Pros are fabulous. I called about grinding breaks and Dan had me stop by on my way home from work so he could take a look. They were closing in 10 minutes. I mentioned I knew I needed new tires too. He worked me in for the next morning and got my brakes and new tires on by 10:30 am so I could drive out of town for a commitment. They are honest and you never feel like they are taking advantage of you. They are friendly and professional. My brakes work great now and my tires will be good for 75,000 miles! They also have free roadside assistance if you buy a set of tires and free tire rotation for a year (I think I remember that correctly). I highly recommend them!! To top it off, their sign out front is the most witty in town!

I have been going to this store since it initially opened and they have worked on three different vehicles for my family. I have never ever had a problem with price or service. They even fixed my wheel barrow wheel one day for free. I recently had Husker Auto here in Lincoln try to tell me I needed new tires for my car. After consulting with Big Red I was assured my tires were fine for at least another year. They removed a nail from my tire for $20 and did not try to take a penny more. I own a nice BMW so like the dealership they could have been tempted to increase the costs but true to form they did no such thing. I recommend this store to all my friends.

Really friendly and accommodating. They figured out a cheaper way to replace my worn out mustang sensors rather than the OEM one which would have cost more and gave free gifts at the point if writing when I changed all 4 wheels. Amazing service too, and I got sick rims out of it!

There are so many good things to say about this place that's it's difficult to know where to start. First of all, the owners Dan and Lynda are such nice people. Came here on a Friday to get two tires for my Kia and was out the door right away. Being new to Lincoln and only living about 5 minutes from this place, I decided to give them a chance. Best decision I could ever have made. The staff there is great, very efficient in what they do. Dan and Lynda made me feel right at home. I've been in Lincoln for only a month and they made me feel as if I knew them for years. I'm definitely bringing my other car here too. They also sent me a thank you card after my service visit, very very nice people.

Would absolutely NOT recommend. Took our truck to them to have them fix a steering issue after getting wheels powder coated, and they "found" some other issues so paid $1800 to have it all "fixed." Got truck back and they bad forgotten to align it so took back again and still rattles and they completely chipped and gouged our trucks wheels that had just gotten powder coated a week prior. Owner said "we wouldn't do that to wheels" and told my husband "I'm about to wash my hands of this entire situation." Can't take claim for something that happened at his shop. Completely disappointed and frustrated with our experience.

These folks fit me in for a tire balance even though they were busy and I was only in town for a couple days. They corrected all four tires and made the next long leg of our journey. Keep up the good work!
