Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar

First time in, from KC . Bunch of TV'S to watch sports, not a fan of the "bingo or keno" whatever it is. Jukebox to mess with folks. Very laidback and great server's here. After all it is a "sports bar".

A boat load of TVs... check. Beer worship... check. Soft-gambling... check. (The only city-licensed keno operator in Lincoln! Foul mouths and bff-hugs... check. Country rock... check. Odor of cigarette smoke?... check. Super kind and attentive service... check. The Cheers of west Lincoln,Open until 2AM 24/7 for keno, by the way.

We usually get our food to go as we have littles at home. It's always ready on time and as ordered. They are always busy, any day of the week. I'm going to try the nachos next time I dine in.

My wife ordered chicken wings here and they were served raw. Seriously we will not be back. Do better big red seriously serving raw chicken wings the cook should be fired for health code violations. If I could give negative stars I would. The waitress was great but the cook need to learn how to cook chicken wings or get rid of the cook

Good burgers good service and inexpensive. Would recommend. Way better than any burger down in the market area.

Stopped in after the game for a bite to eat. The staff were courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and atmosphere was good. If you're in town check this place out.

Nice place, TVs in every booth, reasonable specials. Also note party rooms don't require a deposit, it's Free! Just book and enjoy a morePrivate area for big groups

Great reco from the clerk at Holiday Inn!! We had stopped for the night on our drive west and wanted a quick, casual but good meal. Big Red was a winner on all fronts.It was packed. Upon checking In they said 10 minute wait. We got seated in less than that - looked like a well run machine with folks hustling to clear, turn tables. Our waitress was right there and was very helpful. We started with the house special dry rub wings. Outstanding! Piping hot, crisp skin, moist meat and great flavor from the rub.The meals came quickly and again served hot! The buddy who ordered the strip steak loved it! Cooked perfectly with great flavor. Other buddy ordered the double bacon burger - it was huge. He loved it. Fries were also very good - a unique crinkle cut shoestring style. The salads were ok - good but not exceptional. Apple Carmel pie was unique - almost cake like packed with flavor.A definite repeat!!

Drinks were weak and watered down. Waitress did not know menu or drinks and she was slow and unavailable. We told her we were ready to order and she took forever to come back. Will not be back.Keno staff seemed bored and were not friendly. We got an appetizer but decided to have dinner elsewhere

Not sure what happened to this place, poor management, lack of desire, over worked... ect ect..This company needs some employee engagement!! I heard they are having a hard time staffing the kitchen, which means the kitchen closes super early now. No more late night appetizers. The food use to be great, now its over priced & not at all great. The place needs a face life or some deep cleaning. The smoking area has a heater but it must be for looks only because it doesn't work. Let's talk about how cold the restroom was!! Holy ice buckets! My waitress was nice but lacked being attentive. Keno staff had a couple of pleasant workers but there was one that seemed like I was being inconvenient to them when I cashed in my pickle cards, they made me feel uncomfortable & I'm the customer. Someone needs to bring this place back to life!!
