Great German themed Bierhalle. My wife and I had a couple of beers. I tried both Hefeweizen's, I preferred the Tucher. My wife had the Snozzberry, which she said was great. The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was incredible. The only complaint I would have, is that it didn't open until 4 pm (jokingly). Great place. On a side note: Parking at a meter is $2.50 for two hours, either by quarters or card. After 5 pm it's free.

Haven't been to the location yet, but have gotten to try the food and drinks here the past two years at the Wax Buffalo winter market and I'll keep coming back! The first year the pretzels were the standouts to me (my brat was a little dry) but this year the brats were absolutely perfect. Their beer selection is also pretty great, even though I'm pretty picky about beer. Service has always been great, even though the lines can be overwhelming at events like this.

Simple food menu, clear beer menu, clean and functional space with nearby parking - there's a lot to like about this bierhall from Kinkaider.Food: three sausage options, and 2 sizes of pretzels. There is nothing confusing here. All five items were deemed both tasty and worth repeating by our group of six. Beer: Eight from Kinkaider and eight from others on draft; plus seltzers and bottles. Flights of four beers are $10. The space: includes an area that can be sectioned/walled off as a party room if needed. We were pleased to discover this option in the haymarket, and will return.

Fun new German themed bar in the Haymarket created by the Kinkaider folks. They have a number of authentic German beers on tap.Recently I've had their festbier and dunkel, and both were excellent. The food menu is limited, but good. I've had a couple pretzels and loved them. Some friends of mine are visiting from out of town soon, and I'm going to bring them here. Great spot!

Several beer selections. Not a lot for food. But the beer and food goes together well. We had a pretzel to begin with cheese sauce and mustard. Then we ordered the best wurst and the garlic wurst. They came with chips. The garlic wurst was our favorite. Open a tab at the checkout and pay at the end. Nice place and we would go back.

I can't stop thinking about that gigantic pretzel!! This was maybe the best pretzel and cheese of my life. It was so soft and buttery, I'm salivating just thinking about it. Oh and the beers are delicious too..Come hungry, get the big pretzel with cheese, knock some of the salt off - the roof of your mouth will thank you. I split this with my husband but you could maybe share with a 3rd person.. maybe.

It's nice to have a real German beer hall atmosphere, this place does a great job with the table settings, steins, and menu! The food is really good; the pretzel and bratwurst was delicious and the portions were good for two people! My husband and friends enjoy coming here often they love the dunkels & others. It's also a great place if you're not a beer drinker; gluhwein, vodka and other drinks are available! Big tvs on every wall for sports fan and they have a unique beer stein shelf for frequents/members! We have come here a few times since they open and every time the service was 20/10 it's so consistent and I'm just impressed with how they have everything handled! Such a fun place, the staff are incredibly helpful and always so patient with customers, best customer service in the haymarket! Highly recommend coming here!

How I managed to overlook this restaurant is still a mystery to me. We happened upon this because we parked right in front of it before the concert. My husband, I both love German restaurants and German beer so we were both excited to see this. We only had time for drinks so we both grabbed beers, but looking at the menu I could tell this is definitely a place we want to try again. The few people working behind the bar were super friendly, and it was nice to see a ton of TVs around to watch the game before heading over for the concert concert.

I love German beer, and I'm shocked we haven't seen this restaurant before. We grabbed beers before heading out for our dinner reservations. Had I known about this we would have stayed here to eat. They have a decent size selection of German beers, and they have the boots. That brings back many Germany memories. The two guys working behind the bar were cool to talk with too.

I stopped in on a Monday while wandering around the Hay Market. I popped in for lunch, unsure of the hours based on what I saw online, but they were open.I was greeted at the door by the bartender. He was very friendly and helpful. I sat at the bar and had food and drinks. I tried their in-house brewed marzen and the blackberry saison. Both were very good, the marzen being my favorite. For food, I had the cheddar bratwurst and a pretzel. I ordered the larger pretzel, not realizing portion sizes. Both the bratwurst and pretzel were excellent. If you get the large pretzel, just know it could be shared with 3-4 people. The overall vibe here is relaxed. I'd imagine on game days, this would be a good spot to watch the game or pre-game it. I don't make it to Lincoln often but on my next visit, I'll definitely stop in.
