Bethany Animal Clinic

As a first timer I was significantly underwhelmed. I wasn't greeted when I came in and the reception person seemed kind of agitated I was there even though it was my appointment time. When I got to the desk there was no smile... Just a look, then "name?" I'm like okay am I being booked into jail? I thought I was here to get my baby's cough examined. I was sat in an exam room for 25 minutes and apparently forgotten because I could here the staff say, "oh there's a lady in there?" Then finally the vet came in with zombie enthusiasm, looked at my pet for about two minutes shoved us some prescriptions and out the door.

I've been bringing my pets here for the last 17 years. At first just my pup Scooter, and now my dog Scout for 12 years, and my cat Dinah for 5. Even when we moved across town, I still come back to Bethany because I don't trust anyone else. Dr.Lionberger has taken such good care of my pets when I come in, and even compassionate in dealing with me when I become emotional about my very very seniored pup. We've had a variety of procedures and appointments over the years and we always get taken care of.
