Fantastic customer service and great pricing, they go the extra mile to make your carpets look their best! They took excellent care of my recently deceased father's heirloom rugs to prepare them for moving across state to be placed in my new home. They were quick to schedule service and worked within our short turnaround time to make sure they were ready by the time the moving truck was coming. They took extra care to stretch and realign rugs that were out of shape or slanted and took the time in advance to explain their process and carefully review the rugs in person with me. I trust them completely to handle such precious items and I highly recommend you make the trip out if you need any help with your rugs! The prices were extremely affordable for what you get! Had the carpet cleaning guy show up this morning. He has the worst customer service attitude. It's like I inconvenienced him that he had to come and clean my carpets. Or he just hates his life and job. I'm glad that I am not paying for his service

Customer service and communication needs to be worked on BIG TIME. Scheduled to have my carpets done 1st thing in the morning (they open at 8 am). at 9:45 I had to call to find out where they were. They called me back at 10:00 to say it would be another hour. I had plans for the afternoon and now I have to reschedule MY day. I had to take the day off from work (I work from home) so I'm not re-scheduling. Had I not called to find out where they were, it's hard to tell when they would have showed up. They could have called me when they knew it wasn't going to be first thing in the morning. Once they showed up they were already whining about being tired (11AM?), and that their boss sucked (their words, not mine). Work was done quickly but not without the constant complaining.
